Thus, this paper analyzes the information privacy protection of ethical challenges are: data has been weakened by the autonomy of the parties, the right to self-determination; The double-edged effect of wearable medical equipment increases the difficulty of the privacy protection, Has not been perfect wearable medical equip-ment behavior increase the difficulty of privacy protection. Privacy protection facing the challenge of wearable medi-cal devices for causes mainly include:commercial interests drive;Privacy violation cost greatly reduced. Objective To demonstrate that miR-483-5p and its targeted gene ERK1 involved in the regulation of proliferation and apoptosis of human granulosa cells.Methods ① The ERK1 mRNA and protein level expression were detected by PCR and Western blot after miR-483-5p overexpression in vitro normal human granular cells.De-tected the relative luciferase density after cotransfecting miR-483-5p mimics and its control respectively with wild or mutant ERK1 mRNA 3`UTR cloned luciferase report vector in granular cells.② Granular cells proliferation and ap-optosis were detected by MTT and TUNEL after transfecting miR-483-5p mimics or ERK1 siRNAs alone or simulta-neously.Results ① It showed that both ERK1 mRNA and protein in granular cells were markedly downregulated after the transfection of miR-483-5p mimics.A significant relative luciferase activity decrease were detected in the granular cells co-transfected with ERK1 wild and miR-483-5p mimics comparison with the control mimics,but not in the cells co-transfected with the ERK1 mutant and miR-483-5p mimics.② When miR-483-5p mimics and ERK1 siRNAs were alone or co-transfected into granular cells,the proliferation was inhibited while apoptosis trend was monitored to be promoted in all cases.No obvious statistic difference was shown between each other.Conclusion MiR-483-5p is involved in the regulation of the proliferation and apoptosis of human granulosa cells by directly binding to the target gene ERK1.

Objective To investigate the effects of alcohol extract of Kunmu decoction on proliferation and apoptosis of rheumatoid arthritis fibroblast-like synoviocytes (RA-FLS). Methods Synovial tissues were obtained from patients with active RA received joint replacement or arthroscopy. The surface antigen and the amount of apoptotic cells were determined by flow cytometry. The inhibitive effect was detected by MTT assay. Results The CD90+surface antigen of synoviocytes was (94.78 ± 0.98)%. The inhibitive effect on the proliferation in all treatment groups were in a time-and dose-dependent manner. The apoptosis rate was increased in a dose-dependent manner among all dosage alcohol extract groups. Conclusion Kunmu decoction might inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of RA-FLS.

Objective: To study the expressions of endothelin-1 in primary cultured atrial myocyte model at early stages of atrial fibrillation by rapid pacing. Methods: The primary rat atrial myocytes were cultured, in which a rapid paced cell model was established. The polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were applied to detect the messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) expression and secretion of endothelin-1 on 3 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after rapid pacing. Results: Compared with before pacing, there were continuous and significant increase in expression of ET-1mRNA [ (0.31±0.02) vs. (0.52±0.07), (0.62±0.09), (0.75±0.05) ] and secretion of endothelin-1 [ (3.4±0.8) ng/L vs. (6.0±1.4) ng/L, (8.3±1.5) ng/L, (11.2±2.1) ng/L] on 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after rapid pacing, P<0.01 all. Conclusion 　 Expressions of ET-1mRNA and secretion of endothelin-1 significantly increase depend on time in early rapid pacing atrial myocytes, indicating that endothelin-1 participates in atrial pathological remodeling during atrial fibrillation.

Objective To investigate whether miR-122 is a target of oxymatrine against HBV. Methods HepG2.2.15 cells were incubated with culture medium containing different concentrations of oxymatrine. The cyto-toxicity of oxymatrine was determined by cck-8 assay. The surface antigen of HBV (HBsAg),antigenof HBV (HBeAg)and HBV DNA in supernatant and intracellular miR-122 were determined in HepG2.2.15 cells after incu-bation with culture medium containing oxymatrine for 72 h. Results The survival percentage of HepG2.2.15 cells under different concentrations of oxymatrine was higher than 95% when the concentration of oxymatrine was lower than 4 mg/mL. After treatment with oxymatrine for 72 h,the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg,the level of HBV DNA in the supernatant were reduced. The intracellular miR-122 in oxymatrine experience group was 3.5 times higher than that in the negative control group. Conclusions Oxymatrine might be used to inhibit viral replication and antigen expression by enhancing the expression of miR-122 in HepG2.2.15 cells.

Objective An analysis was carried out for the reports of traditional Chinese medical syndrome patterns of psoriatic arthritis (PsA) patients in related reports issued in the recent 35 years, thus to explore the characteristics of syndrome patterns of PsA patients and to supply evidence for the syndrome classification. Methods Electronic retrieval was performed in the reports of PsA syndrome analysis issued in the Chinese medical journals from the year of 1979 to 2013. Traditional Chinese medical syndrome information of PsA patients was extracted from the reports, and then was standardized and classified. SPSS 17.0 software was applied for the analysis of occurrence frequency of syndromes, syndrome elements, tongue and pulse states. Results A total of 84 reports were obtained, and 26 reports met the inclusion criteria. In the 26 included reports, 10 kinds of tongue texture, 15 kinds of tongue fur and 22 kinds of pulse states were present. After the standardization of the syndromes, a total of 39 syndrome patterns were obtained. After combination of the similar syndromes, 14 syndromes were included into the analysis. In the 14 included syndrome patterns, the leading 5 patterns were wind-damp heat arthralgia, wind-heat with blood dryness, excessive heat toxin, wind-cold damp arthralgia, and liver-kidney deficiency. Fourteen syndrome elements were extracted from the syndromes, and 9 were included into the analysis after combination of the similar syndrome elements. The top syndrome elements were heat, phlegm-dampness, wind, dryness, deficiency, and blood stasis. Conclusion The syndrome patterns of PsA patients are various, and the syndrome elements of cold, heat, phlegm-dampness, wind, dryness, and blood stasis play an important role in the pathogenesis of PsA.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the feasibility and mechanism of intracerebral transplantation of umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cel s for treatment of Parkinson’s disease rats.
METHODS:Intracerebral injection of 6-hydroxydopamine was used to make Parkinson’s disease models in SD rats. Twenty-two model rats were randomized into cel transplantation group (n=12) and control group (n=10) and respectively injected intracerebral y with umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cel suspension and PBS. At 1-8 weeks after cel transplantation, intra-abdominal injection of apomorphine was performed every week to observe the rotation behaviors of rats;at the 2nd and 8th weeks, rat’s striatum and substantia nigra were taken for immunohistochemistry staining.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The rotation behaviors were gradual y decreased with time in the cel transplantation, but had no changes in the control group. At 3-8 weeks after transplantation, there were significant differences in the rotation behaviors between the two groups (P<0.05). At 2 weeks after transplantation, tyrosine hydroxylase-positive cel s were found within and around the striatum of the cel transplantation group;but there were no exogenous cel s in the control group. At 8 weeks after transplantation, there were stil active cel s and tyrosine hydroxylase-positive cel s in the striatum of cel transplantation group, and there was no tyrosine hydroxylase expression in the striatum of the control group. These findings suggest that transplanted umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cel s can survive in the brain that are positive for tyrosine hydroxylase, which can improve the behavior abnormalities of Parkinson’s disease rats.
