This study was aimed to establish the thin layer chromatography (TLC) identification and content determination of Tibetan medicineJi-Ni De-Xie (JNDX). TLC was used to identifyBerberis kansuensisSchneid,Terminalia chebula Retz.,Phyllanthus emblicaandCurcuma LongaL. The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride. The results showed that the TLC identification had a good resolution with clear spots and no interference from the negative reference. The content of berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.05-0.45 mg·mL-1. The regression equation wasY = 40 679X-130.56. The average recovery was 99.07%. It was concluded that the established method was easy to operate with good repeatability. It can effectively control the quality of Tibetan medicine JNDX.

This study was aimed to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Rhizoma Coptidis. With the R.Coptidis of extraction yield, polysaccharide yield and uronic acid yield as evaluation indexes, the impact of extraction temperature, extraction times, extraction duration and liquid-to-solid ratio on the process of R.Coptidis polysaccharides reflux extraction were investigated by the Box-Behnken design-response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were achieved and listed as follows:extraction temperature at 100℃,extracted 3 times with 3.8 h per each time,liquid-to-solid ratio of 1:15.7.It was concluded that the Box-Behnken design-response surface methodology was accurate, rational and feasible to optimize the extraction method of polysaccharides fromR.Coptidis.

Objective To observe the effect of very early intervention with cerebellar fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation and neurodevelopmental treatment on infants of central coordination disturbance(CCD).Methods 86 infants(0~6 months)with central coordination disturbance were divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group was treated with neurodevelopmental treatment, cerebellar fastigial nucleus(FN)electrical stimulation and family interference. The control group was treated with neurodevelopmental treatment and family interference. The effect of infant was assessment with Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM)and Gesell Development Test after 3 months treatment. Results The total improved incidence of the intervention group was 95.6%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The difference of scores in social, adaptive and motor area improved in the intervention group compared with that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Very early intervention with cerebellar fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation can facilitate the development of gross motor, social, adaptive capability of infants with CCD treated with neurodevelopmental therapy.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2013;27(2):88-90
OBJECTIVE:
To study the efficacy of endoscopic intranasal structure reconstruction surgery for rhinogenic headache.
METHOD:
One hundred and seventy cases of rhinologic headache were examined by nasal endoscopy and CT scan. The various abnormal anatomy were found in the patients. The nasal abnormality were corrected by nasal endoscopic surgery.
RESULT:
Followed up survey 6-12 months postoperatively, 156 cases were cured, the cure rate of 183 cases was 85.2%,18 cases were obviously recovered (9.8%). 9 cases did not recover. The clinical cure rate was 95.0%.
CONCLUSION
Rhinogenic headache was caused by anatomic abnormality or disease. Endoscopic sinus surgery can accurately and completely clear the ill tissue, reconstruct the nasal structure, which have good therapeutic effect and important clinical value.
