China Pharmacist 2016;19(6):1105-1107
Objective:To explore the application value of continuous positive airway pressure ( CPAP) in the treatment of obstruc-tive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS ) complicated with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:Totally 50 patients with OSAHS complicated with CHD from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and CPAP group with 25 ones in each .The patients in the control group were treated with the conventional drug therapy for coronary heart disease , while those in CPAP group were treated with CPAP additionally .After 6-month treatment, PSG index, clinical symptoms, arrhythmia and ischemia electrocardiogram changes of the patients in the two groups were compared .Results:After the 6-month treatment , AHI and oxygen desaturation index in CPAP group were significantly decreased when compared with those before the treatment , and the min-imum value of SaO2 and the average value of SaO 2 were higher than those before the treatment (P<0.01), and the above indices were better than those in the control group (P<0.01).The incidence rate of chest pain and chest tightness , arrhythmia, times of myocardi-al ischemia in a day and time of myocardial ischemia in a day were decreased after the treatment (P<0.01), and the decrease in CPAP group was more notable than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion: CPAP combined with the conventional drug therapy for coronary heart disease can improve the oxygen concentration and reduce the incidence of arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia in the patients with OSAHS with CHD , which can be widely used in clinics .
2.Curative Effect of Chuankezhi Injection Combined with Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
China Pharmacist 2015;(11):1938-1939,1940
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Chuankezhi injection combined with budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) . Methods:Totally 120 patients with COPD were ran-domly divided into two groups:the observation group inhaled budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation combined with intramuscular injection of Chuankezhi injection, and the control group inhaled budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhala-tion. The treatment course was 28 days. The pulmonary function indices [ FEV1% expected value, FEV1 /FVC, 6 min walking dis-tance (6MWD)], the times of acute exacerbation and the adverse drug reactions during the treatment were observed and compared be-tween the two groups. Results:After the treatment, the lung function and 6MWD were improved in the two groups, and the improve-ment of FEV1% expected value in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group [(59. 7+12. 1)% vs (49. 8+11. 3)%, P<0. 05]. The number of patients with at least once of acute exacerbation was significantly reduced in the treatment group when compared with that in the control group (35% vs 62%, P<0. 01). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups showed no significant difference. Conclusion:Chuankezhi injection combined with budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for in-halation can notably improve the lung function in the patients with COPD and reduce the times of acute exacerbation without effect on the incidence of adverse drug reactions.

Objective To observe the prevention effect of Hubai powder applied on navel for nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy with cisplatin. Methods 97 patients who received chemotherapy with cisplatin (75mg/m2 )were randomly divided into observation group(n =49)and control group(n =48).In the control group, 30min before chemotherapy, the patients were treated with intravenous granisetron 3mg as antiemetic;Based on the control group, the observation group were treated with Hubai powder 10g applied on Shenque point in the night before the chemotherapy until the end of the next morning after chemotherapy. The curative effect of the two groups were observed. Results The acute vomiting rate of the observation group was 83.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(60.4%)(χ2 =5.423,P =0.019);The delayed vomiting rate of the observation group was 85.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(56.3%)(χ2 =8.867,P =0.003);The patient appetite of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group,0 -Ⅰ degree occurrence rate of the two groups had statistical significance(χ2 =6.469,4.552,P =0.011,0.033);Ⅱ -Ⅲ degree occurrence rate of the two groups did't have statistical significance. Conclusion Hu Bai powder umbilicus can effectively prevent nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy with cisplatin.

Objective To explore the efficacy and adverse reactions of improved VTD regimen (pirarubicin combined with vincristine and dexamethasone) plus low-dose thalidomide in patients of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma(MM).Methods Twenty-nine cases of newly diagnosed MM were enrolled in this study. The improved VTD regimen was intravenous injection vincristine 2 mg/d on the first day, intravenous drip pirarubicin 20-30 mg/d from the first day to the second day,and intravenous drip dexamethasone 8 mg/d from the first day to the tenth day.Twenty-eight days was one course of treatment.Response and adverse reactions were evaluated after 4 course of treatment. On the first day of chemotherapy, all the patients were orally administered thalidomide 50 mg/d.Three days later, thalidomide was added to 100 mg/d and chronically maintained if toxicities could be tolerated. Results There were 3 cases(10.3%) in complete response,12 cases (41.2%) in very good partial response,10 cases (34.5%) in partial response,3 cases (10.3%) in stable disease, and 1 case(3.5%) in progressive disease. The overall response rate was 86.2%.Main adverse reactions were myelosuppression, asthenia and constipation, all could be tolerated. Conclusion It has significant response rate and less side effects of improved VTD regimen plus low-dose thalidomide for the patients of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma, and deserves further clinical practice.

Objective To study the role of Lugol staining for detecting early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods 2% Lugol solution was adopted to stain esophageal mucosa in 45 cases with esophageal suspicious lesions, observed and multiple biopsies were taken for pathological study. Results Thirty-nine cases were light or non-stained among the 45 cases with Lugol staining.Which revealed 8 esophageal cancers(5 early cancer,3 advanced cancer),5 Barrett esophagus,,11 mild-moderate dysplasias. The rate of detecting early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions with Lugol staining was 46.7%.Conclusion Lugol staining is helpful for diagnosis of early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions, and it is simple in operating. The role of Lugol staining in detecting early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions has important clinical value.

Objective To observe the changes of neural blood flow when oppressed with different pressures and at different sites in rat's sciatic nerve.MethodsThe sciatic nerve compression model of rat with pressure and time controlled simultaneously was established. The changes of neural blood flow were observed by oppressing the sciatic nerve with five grades pressures using Gasbag. The rats were randomly divided into the distal compression group and proximal compression group, and the changes of neural blood flow were observed in each group.ResultsThe neural blood flow changed significantly(P<0.05) when the sciatic nerve was oppressed with different pressures and it had the decreasing tendency with the pressures increasing. The neural blood flow of each group decreased obviously(P<0.01).The effect of oppressing distal nerve on neural blood flow was more obvious than that of oppressing proximal nerve(P<0.01).ConclusionMechanical compression can influence the neural blood flow obviously. The distal vessels of sciatic nerve are the major sources of nerve blood supply.
