Objective To investigate the effects of attentional bias training on mood and disease uncertainty in anxious patients with coronary artery intervention treatment during transition period. Methods A total of 82 anxious patients with coronary artery intervention treatment during transition period were assigned into control group (28 cases), escape-negative-training group(27 cases) and positive-direction-training group (27 cases) by random digits table method. Patients in control group only received routine psychological counseling, while patients in escape-negative-training group and positive-direction-training group also received spot-type attentional bias training(200 trails/time,10-15 minutes/time,2 times/week, all 4 weeks in the two groups;the negative and neutral words between the probe points were 20%and 80%in escape-negative-training group, and positive and neutral words between the probe points were 100%and 0 in positive-direction-training group). All the patients were evaluated by Stroop test, Self-evaluation of Anxiety Scale (SAS), Attention to Positive and Negative Information Scale (APNIS), Profile Of Mood States (POMS) and Illness Uncertainty Scale (IUS). Results After intervention, 21.4%(6/28) was alleviated in the control group, while respective 70.4%(19/27) and 44.4%(12/27) in escape-negative-training group and positive-direction-training group (χ2=8.15, P=0.003). There were no significant differences in SAS, POMS, Stroop test, APNIS and IUS among three groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the SAS, negative emotion scores in POMS (tension-anxiety, depression-dejection, fatigue-inertia, baffling-confusion) and IUS were lower in escape-negative-training group than those in control group(Q=3.79-7.58, all P<0.01);and the SAS and IUS were lower in positive-direction-training group than those in control group, while positive emotion scores in POMS (vigor-activity) higher than those in control group (Q respective was 3.11, 4.34, 6.12, all P<0.05). The SAS, POMS (tension-anxiety, depression-dejection, fatigue-inertia, baffling-confusion, vigor-activity) were more improved in escape-negative-training group than those in positive-direction-training group (Q = 3.09-4.04, all P<0.05), while no difference in IUS (P>0.05). Conclusions Attentional bias training could improve the anxiety symptoms and reduce illness uncertainty in anxious patients with coronary artery intervention treatment during transition period. Escape-negative-training is more effective in reducing patients′ negative mood and alleviating anxiety symptoms than the positive-direction-training.

Fourteen H9N2 avian influenza viruses (AIV) were isolated from sick chickens in China from 1998 to 2008. The sequences of the Non-structural(NS) gene of these isolates were determined by RT-PCR and sequencing, and the entire ORF sequences of NS1 and NS2 protein were obtained.-The homology of these nucleotide sequences and the putative amino acid sequences were compared with several classic reference viruses of H9N2. These isolates were proved to be highly homologous in NS gene (92.9%-99.9% identity) and all belonged to A/Chicken/Beijing/1/1994-like group in the Asia bird-swine branch of allele A of HS gene phylogenetic tree.-According to this study and previous reports of other researchers, NS gene of H9N2 subtype AIV in chickens of China is genetically stable and there is no enough evidence to support the establishment of other sub-lineages in chickens.

Objective To describe the adequate feeding of early enteral nutrition in critical patients with cancer, and explore its influencing factors. Methods A retrospective analysis study was performed and 161 patients were involved. Results Nearly 57.14%patients got adequate feeding. The independent risk factors included complications (P < 0.05,OR=2.312,OR 95%CI 1.078-4.958), Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ (APACHEⅡ) scores (P < 0.05,OR=1.111,OR 95%CI 1.017-1.214) and hypoalbuminemia (P<0.05,OR=2.252,OR 95%CI 1.036-4.892) , and the protective factor was previous enteral nutrition experience (P<0.01,OR=0.123,OR 95%CI 0.021-0.494). Patients who got adequate feeding showed more increase in albumin levels, more decrease in APACHEⅡscores and shorter ICU stays. Conclusions Part of patients got inadequate feeding, due to comprehensive effects of many factors. And adequate feeding may be beneficial to the increase of albumin levels, also helps patients rehabilitate early and shorten the ICU stays.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of artesunate on the expression of vascular endothlial growth factors(VEGF)and VEGFR in SHI-1 cell line.MethodsEnzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analysis was performed to detect the amount of VEGF in culture supernatants of SHI-1 cell in the condition of artesunate or not. The expression of VEGFR1 and VEGFR2 in SHI-1 cell in the condition of artesunate or not were detected by flow cytometry.ResultsWithout artesunate, the concentration of VEGF in the culture supernatant of SHI-1 cell were (980.3±2.2) pg/ml in 24 h and (982.4±2.3) pg/ml in 48 h. The expression of VEGFRI in SHI-1 cell were (6.40±3.11) % in 24 h and (6.45±2.85) % in 48 h. The expression of VEGFR2 in SHI-1 cell were (13.90±2.26) % in 24 h and (13.95±1.96) % in 48 h. With artesunate at 5, 10, 20 ng/ml, the concentration of VEGF in culture supematant of SHI-1 cell were (234.6±1.8)pg/ml, (114.9±1.6)pg/ml, (108.8±1.5) pg/ml in 24 h and (62.3±1.7) pg/ml, (60.9±1.6) pg/ml, (32.7±1.7) pg/ml in 48 h, respectively. The levels of VEGF in SHI-1 cells treated with artesunate at different concentrations decreased significantly (P <0.05).There was significant difference between 24 hours group and 48 hours group(P <0.05).The expression of VEGFR1 in SHI-1 cell were (4.30±2.21) %, (4.20±1.37) %, (3.90±1.86) % in 24 h and (3.80±2.87) %, (3.60±1.73) %, (3.00±1.82) % in 48 h, respectively. The expression of VEGFR1 in SHI-1 cell treated with artesunate at different concentrations were not significantly different (P >0.05). No significant difference between 24 hours group and 48 hours group was observed (P >0.05). VEGFR2 expression of SHI-1 cell were(4.40±1.15) %, (3.10±0.68) %, (1.10±0.72) % in 24 h and (3.00±1.68) %, (2.20±0.93) %, (0.60±0.92) % in 48 h, respectively. The results indicated that the expression of VEGFR2 in SHI-1 cells treated with artesunate at different concentrations reduced significantly (P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between 24 h group and 48 h group (P >0.05). ConclusionThe concentration of VEGF in SHI-1 cell was high, and artesunate can down-regulate the expression of VEGF and VEGFR2,but the effect of artesunate on the VEGFR1 was not significant.
