2.INFLUENCE OF PINE-SEED OIL ON BODY WEIGHT,BLOOD FAT AND LIPID PEROXIDATION OF MICE FED BY HIGH FAT
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(02):-
Objective To study the influence of pine-seed oil upon body weight, blood lipid and lipid peroxidation of mice fed on high fat feed.Method The mice were fed by high fat feed(80% basal feed added 20% lard,HF) and HF added pine-seed oil(80% high fat feed added 20% pine-seed oil,SHF).At 45 d and 90 d,the body fat content, blood lipid level, and malonyldehyde(MDA),lipofusin(LP),catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) of brain and liver homogenate were measured respectively. Results Pine-seed oil could reduce the body weight serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) content, but increase high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) of the mice fed by HF.It suggested that pine-seed oil had definite effect on regulating blood lipid.Compared with normal control(NC) group, the activities of CAT、T-SOD、GSH-Px of brain and liver in HF group were remarkably lower, but MDA and LP remarkably higher. It suggested that HF could promote lipid peroxidation in brain and liver of mice.Compared with HF group, the activites of CAT,T-SOD and GSH-Px of brain and liver in SHF group were remarkably higher, but MDA remarkably lower. Conclusion Pine-seed oil can reduce the body weight, blood lipid, and lipid peroxidation of mice fed by HF.

Objective To investigate couple's personality similarity effect on the marital quality, and to explore the vairance of such effect under different levels of spouse's depression. Methods The cross?sectional da?ta of 4644 couple from the national survey of mental health database in china( 2009) was used. Couples completed Locke ?Wallance marital adjustment test,The CES?D scale a self?report depression scale and Eysenck personality questionnaire short scale for Chinese version (EPQ?RSC). Results The personality similarities of couples(0.44 ±0.27) and their marital quality (wife (103.71±27.54),husband (106.15±26.94))had significant positive corre?lation ( r=0.25~0.27, P<0.01). Regression analysis showed the effect of personality similarity on the marital quality were varied according to the level of spouse depression( β=0.09?0.22, P<0.05) . Among participants whose husband or wife had higher level of depression, couple's personality similarity had stronger effect on his/her per?ceived marital quality. Conclusion Husband and wife personality similarity is related to marital quality signifi?cantly, and the spouse depression plays a significant moderating role in this relationship.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2001;0(01):-
Objective To provide an essential features of the knee for the prothesis design more suitable in Chinese. Methods 240 knees of 120 healthy Chinese adults were selected on trial, with an average age of 30.6 years (range, 21 to 40 years) and an average height of 1.68 m ranging from 1.60 m to 1.75 m. Each individual was asked to do deep flexion activities. Fluoroscopy were used to determine accurately the weightbearing kinematics in vivo of 240 knees at different position. The anterior articular surface of the femoral condyle was designated as the "extension facet"(EF), while the posterior surface as the "flexion facet"(FF). Their centers are labelled as EFC and FFC respectively. The distances between the ipsilateral posterior tibial cortex and the center of the posterior femoral condylar circles at different position were measured by drawing a line through the most protruding points in the medial and lateral tibial subchondral bony landmark. A second line was drawn perpendicular to the first and tangent to the posterior tibial cortex. The distance d1 and d2 were measured perpendicularly from FFC and EFC to the second line respectively. The change of d1 and d2 in different positions denoted the relative movement between the tibia and femur. The data were used by ANOVA analysis containing two factors with SAS software. Results The difference of sex and side had no influence on the relative movements between the tibia and femur. In normal adults, the range of relative motion at the medial and lateral condyle during deep flexion was (1.4?0.3) mm and (15.9?4.7) mm respectively. Conclusion The lateral condyle undergoes posterior translation including sliding and rolling significantly during the deep flexion that leads to the relative axial rotation of the tibia to the femur.
