China Pharmacist 2017;20(2):360-362
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 4-hydrazinobenzenesulfonamide hydrochloride in celecoxib. Methods:HPLC was used and the chromatographic column was a Hypercarb series C18 column (150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 3 μm) with 100% porous graphite as the filler. The mobile phase consisted of 10 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate aqueous solution-methanol (50 :50) and methanol. The flow rate was 0. 8 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃and the injection volume was 20 μl. Results:The linear range was 99. 897-599. 382 ng·ml-1(r=0. 9982) for 4-hydrazinobenzene-sulfonamide hydrochloride. The average recovery was 97. 4%(RSD=3. 0%,n=9). Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the determination of 4-hydrazinobenzenesulfonamide hydrochloride in celecoxib.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2001;21(1):7-9
ObjectiveTo determine the bispectral index and dose of propofol at which 50 % of patients fall into unconsciousness during induction (BIS50 and EDs0 ). MethodsThirty unpremedicated ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients scheduled for elective surgery were included in this study. The patients did not take any sedatives or hypnotics and had no psychiatric disease. Loss of consciousness and changes in BIS during induction with propofol were studied by sequential experimental method. The loss of responses to verbal command and eyelash stimulation was used as an induction of unconsciousness. The data obtained were analyzed by linear regression and calculated to determine BIS50 and ED50 using weighted averaging method. ResultsThe BIS50 and ED50 for propofol were 79.17 and 1.0192 ng/kg with the 95% confidence intervals of 72.08-88.55 and 0.94-1.148 mg/kg respectively. Conclusions The sequential experimental method for determination of ED50 is simple, efficient and reliable and also suitable for determination of BIS50.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2000;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the variability of four parameters of multi-focal electroretinogram (mERG) a-wave amplitude, b-wave amplitude, a-wave latent period, b-wave latent period. Methods Sixty normal eyes of 46 volunteers were divided into 3 groups of different ages. RETIscan 3 12 system was used to carry out mERG examination. The stimulus matrix of 61 hexagonal elements spanning the central 24?of the visual field. These hexons were scaled with eccentricity and divided into 5 rings. First-order kernel was selected. Results The variability of four parameters of mERG was great. The variability of b-wave latent period was the smallest, its coefficient of variatian was 4.52%~15.62%;that of a-wave latent period held the second place:10.29%~48.67%;that of b-wave amplitude was greater:25.92%~76.11%;that of a-wave amplitude was the greatest:43.82%~88.23%. The results of three groups showed that b-wave amplitude of ring 1 had the smallest variability. Conclusions The variability of latent period is smaller than that of amplitude; the variability of b-wave was smaller than that of a-wave. The longer the centrifugal distance, the lower the amplitude density of a-wave and b-wave. Physiological and anatomical factors might be important for the variability of parameters of multi-focal electroretinogram.

Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2001;19(3):239-241
ObjectiveTo study the correlations among age, sex, eye and mERG results.Methods60 normal eyes of 46 volunteers were divided into 6 groups at different ages.RETIscan 3.12 system of Rodenstock was used to carry out mERG examination.ResultsVariation of mERG parameters among normal eyes was significant.Age,sex and eyes have little influence on mERG results, except latency A was longer in male than in female. The size of pupil and fixation were found to influence the results directly.ConclusionsCare should be exercised in explaining the results.Disease history and other examinations shoud be taken into consideration.Attention should be given to the changes in wave-form and vision mountain in addition to amplitudes and latencies.

Objective: To study the inhibition and mechanism of tea polyphenols (TP) on apoptosis induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). Method: HUVEC cells were administered with TP (25 ?g/ml), ox-LDL (200 ?g/ml)+TP (25 ?g/ml), ox-LDL (200 ?g/ml) respectively, cells with equal volume of solvent as control. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay, apoptosis by acridine orange fluorescence dyeing, and expressions of Bcl-2、Bax and caspase-3 were analyzed by Western blotting. Results: Ox-LDL could inhibit HUVEC cell proliferation. After treated with both TP and ox-LDL , the cell proliferation increased obviously and showed significant difference from the cells treated with ox-LDL only (P

International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2012;(6):361-364
With the rapid development of medical sciences in recent years, tissue engineering technology has made great achievements, while the choosing of seed cells has been a major focus of the field.Adipose-derived cells have the advantages of rapid expansion, good stability,no immune rejection and potential of multiplex differentiation. They can differentiate into cells originated from different germ layers such as:adipocytes, osteoblasts, chondrocytes, endothelial cells, myocytes, neuronal cells and so on.Besides, adipose tissue can be harvested easily and substantially with small trauma to human body.So ADSCs are expected to be an ideal choice of seed cells in tissue engineering. This article introduces the research progress of ADSCs in osteochondral tissue engineering.
