1.The analysis on clinical data of 22 patients with preliminarily diagnosed islet cell adenoma

Objective To study and evaluate islet cell adenoma of preliminary diagnosis.Method Retrospective analysis Wag done on 22 patients clinical data of preliminarily diagnosed islet cell adenoma.They were divided into two groups according to final diagnosis,group of islet cell adenoma(n=16)and group of reacfional hypoglycemia n=6).Results There were significant differences between the two groups in term of fames,cold sweat,cataphora,Whipple triad,hungry test,the ratio offasting blood insulin and fasting blood glucose exceeding 0.3 (I/G>0.3) (P<0.05).No statistical differences were found on blood glucose level in hypoglycemia onset,psychiatric symptom.Conclusion The clinic data is helpful for preliminary diagnosis,and Whipple triad,hungry test,I/G>0.3 above all.
2.PREPARATION AND APPLICATION ON MONOCLONAL ANTI-A ANTI-B ANTIBODIES

BALB/C mice were immunized by intraperitoneal injection with A-group erythrocytes, B-group erythrocytes and saliva of A-group,B-group secretor. Immune spleen cells were fused with sp2/0 murine myeloma cells. The supernatants from each well were examined for antibodies by hemagglutination using A-,B-, O-group RBC.3 hybridoma cell lines of secreting anti-A antibodies and 3 hybridoma cell lines of secreting anti-B antibodies were established.These hybridoma cells have maintained and produced antibodies possessing higher specificity and titer.The agglutination titer of supernatants reached 2048-fold. These antibodies were used in the field of forensic science.
3.Effects of electro-acupuncture on muscle tension and motor function in flaccid paralytic limbs after stroke

Objective To investigate the effects of electro-acupuncture on muscular tension and motor function in the flaccid,paralytic limbs of stroke survivors.Methods Seventy-two stroke survivors with flaccid,paralytic limbs were divided randomly into a control group and an electro-acupuncture group.Both grourps received routine therapy and rehabilitation training,but the electro-acupuncture group was also treated with electro-acupuncture.Muscular tension and motor function in the flaccid,paralytic limbs in both groups were evaluated by modified Ashworth scale (MAS)and Fugl-Meyer scores before treatment and at the end of 4 weeks.Results After treatment,in 24 patients of the electro-acupuncture group and 10 patients of the control group muscular tension had increased 1-2 grades.The effectiveness rate(68.57%)in the electro-acupuncture group wag higher significantly than that(27.03%)in the control group(P<0.01).Fugl-Meyer scores in the electro-acupuncture group were significantlv higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Electro-acupuncture supplementing traditional rehabilitation improves muscle tension in flaccid,paralytic limbs and promotes the recovery of motor flunction after stroke.
4.Quantitative ultrasound measurement and evaluation of bone quality in normal Hubei Yichang subjects

Objective To measure the parameters of ealeaneal quantitative ultrasound(QUS)in nomal Hubei Yichang subjects.which were compared between different age groups after standardization by body mass index(BMI).Methods Calcaneal parameters were measured by UBIS5000 in 2912 normal Hubei Yichang subjects,from 20 to 82 years old women 1450,men 1462).Results The peak values of broadband ultrasound attenuation(BUA)and stiffness(STI)of the calcaneal were both in 45-49 year group for women.The peak value of BUA was in 50-54 year group for men.Standardized by BMI,the peak value of BUA、STI and sound of speed(SOS)were both in 20-24 year groups for women and men.Conclusion BUA、SOS and STI of the calcaneal may change with age.After the influence of body mass is eliminated,the change still exists obviously,and the parameters may gradually reduce with increasing age.
5.Ultrasonographic clues and methods for fetal anomalies of the aortic arch

Objective To study the ultrasonographic clues and methods for fetal anomalies of the aorta arch and improve prenatal detection of anomalies of the aorta arch.Methods One thousand four hundred and seventy-two cases fetus who were carried out detailed scan and whose results were confirmed were chose as study objects.Every routine fetal echocardiography included four chamber and left and right outflow tract and three-vessel trachea view(3VT).The more views which included longitudinal and coronary view of the aorta arch and coronary view of the trachea and main bronchus were obtained when the abnormality of aorta arch was suspected.Results One hundred and forty-eight cases with anomalies of aorta arch were diagnosed by ultrasonography.One case was misdiagnosed.Ninety-two fetus with anomalies of aorta arch which included 28 aortic coarctation(CoA) and 10 interrupted aortic arch (IAA) and 52 right-side aortic arch and abnormal aortic branch and 2 double aortic arch were confirmed by postmortem or postnatal echocardiography and surgery.Of the 92 confirmed cases,24 had prenatally diagnosed additional complex intracardiac anomalies.All cases with CoA and IAA presented ventricular and/or great arterial disproportion with smaller left ventricle and aorta diameter on four chamber view and 3VT.Right aortic arch (RAA) and abnormal aortic branch(AAB) displayed aortic arch located on the right side of the trachea and increased distance between the aortic arch and arterial duct and abnormal aortic arch branch-subclavian artery originating from the beginning section of the descend aorta which coursed behind the trachea with U-shaped appearance on the 3VT plane.The display rate of the transverse and longitudinal and coronary view of the aorta arch was 98.4%,90.0%,81.9%,respectively.Conclusions Disproportional ventricular and /or great arterial with smaller left ventricle and aorta diameter are the clues for CoA and IAA.Increased distance between the aortic arch and arterial duct is the clue for RSA.The transverse view of the aortic arch 3VT is the most sensitive for detecting the anomalies of the aortic arch and the most easily be obtained.The longitudinal and coronary view of the aorta arch and coronary view of the trachea and main bronchus are helpful in differentiating the anomalies of the aortic arch.
6.A survey of reproductive health of women at reproductive age

Objective To explore the status of reproductive health of women at the reproductive age.Method A self-designed questionnaire was used among 960 married women at the reproductive age to investigate the health status.Results The women(59.8%)had an abnormal pregnant history.The reproductive diseases in them were mainly cervicitis(11.6%),pelvic inflammatory disease(5.4%)and uterine fibroids(4.0%).Thirty-one point one perent of them knew well about their fertile time, 58.6%of them wanted most to know the choice of contraception,and 30.0%obtained the knowledge on female reproductive health knowledge from the hospitals.Conclusion Such measures as doing health education in various ways,strengthening the reproductive health knowledge and enhancing the knowledge of contraception are important for the improvement of the reproductive health knowledge.

The authors summarize Professor SHI Qi's clinical experience in diagnosing and treating chronic tendon and bone disease.The specific diagnosing and treating thinking and methods could be summarized as follows:1)Three stages,which means chronic tendon and bone disease could be treated according to early,medium and late stages.2) Three differentiations,which include differentiating disease,type and syndrome.3) Three examining,which include seeing patient clearly,reading the disease and getting the key point.In addition,Prof.SHI emphasizes threepoint syndrome differentiation which means the combination of the lesion's target,peri-target and whole syndrome characteristics differentiation.In the process of treatment,Prof.SHI emphasizes three methods combination of herb,technique and breathing technique.Both internal and external treatments should be used.Prof.SHI advocates that the control strategy should be the prevention,treatment and recuperation integration concept,including preventing disease,early treatment to prevent deterioration and preventing reoccurrence after cure.
8.Prenatal sonographic diagnosis on agenesis of fetal corpus callosum

Objective To assess the value of prenatal sonographic diagnosis on fetal agenesis of corpus callosum(ACC). Methods A retrospective study was on prenatal sonographic findings of 10 cases with ACC malformation and their abnormalities in central nervous system (CNS) or extra-CNS.Results The special sonographic findings established the diagnosis of ACC malformation in all 10 cases,with 7cases diagnosed absence agenesis. Among all patients with ACC,6 cases were accompanied with abnormalities in extra-CNS,8 in CNS and 5 in both. Conclusions Prenatal ultrasonography plays a vital role in accurate diagnosis on fetal ACC. Attentions should be paid to the indirect encephalic features and complicated abnormalities so as to make accurate and prompt diagnosis.
9.Applications of Different Insulin Therapies on type 2 diabetic patients in Fasting State

Objective To investigate the status of diabetes in fasting state on different therapies.Methods 244 type 2 diabetic patients were divided into four groups according to different insulins:60 for insulin pump group(A),64 cases for insulin glargine group(B),59 cases for microinjection pump group(C),61 cases for isophane insulin suspension group.Then the time when blood glucose was up to standard,the usage of insulin and the rate of hypoglycemia were abserved.Results A group was(2.89 ± 1.32)d on the time when blood glucose was up to standard,B group was(3.14 ±1.25)d,C group was(4.91 ±2.81)d and D group was(5.62 ±2.52)d.There were significant differences between A and other groups( P < 0.05 ) on time.There were significant differences between B and C group,B and D group,but there was no difference between C and D group.A group was(30.61 ±2.21) IU/don the usage of insulin,B group was ( 31.12 ± 3.38 ) IU/d,C group was ( 42.25 ± 4.01 ) IU/d and D group was (44.31 ±3.22)IU/d.There were significant differences between A and C group,A and D group,B and C group,B and D group(P <0.05)on usage of insulin,but there were no differences between A and B group,C and D group.A group was 3.3% on the rate of hypoglycemia,B group was 4.7%,C group was 15.2% and D group was 16.4%.There were significant differences between A and C group,A and D group,B and C group,B and D group ( all P < 0.05 ) on usage of insulin,but there were no differences between A and B group,C and D group.Conclusion Compared to other insulin therapies,insulin pump had obviously superiority,which could be generalized to diabetics in fasting state.
10.Exploration and practice of humanistic care in children’s fever clinics from the perspective of narrative medicine

To explore the application of humanistic care in children’s fever clinics, the children’s fever clinics of Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center conducted relevant research using narrative medicine as a guiding concept. This paper elaborated on the medical humanistic dilemmas and narrative care needs in children’s fever clinics, and focused on exploring the practice paths of narrative medicine in pediatric with Chinese characteristics from five dimensions, including the cultivation of nursing staff’s abilities of professional narrative and humanistic care, the establishment of health lectures featuring narrative patient education, the alleviation of medical anxiety for children and their families, related support of narrative nursing, and caring services. The aim was to improve the narrative care ability of nurses in children’s fever clinics, develop methods for pediatric patients that can eliminate the fear of seeking medical treatment, and protect children’s physical and mental health. A carrier of care, support, and emotional expression can be provided for parents. The foundation for nursing staff to achieve professional growth through narrative reflection can be laid. Thus, it can assist in establishing a life narrative community relationship between doctors and patients, and jointly explore the meaning of life.
