Objective To evaluate the cool-tip radiofrequency treatment of uterine myoma. Methods 42 volun-tary patients were treated with cool-tip radiofrequeney electrode,in ultrasound-guided,via abdominal or vaginal inser-tion the uterine myoma. The diameter of 56 uterine myomas was from 3.0 cm to 8.0 cm. Results After the treat-merit,following-up the 56 uterine myomas of 42 patients for more than 3 months,the curative rate was 100%. Con-clusion With tiny wound and remains the functions of uterus, the cool-tip radiofrequency is an effective, simple,safe and reliable technique on the therapy of uterine myoma. It can be applied to any site of the uterine myoma.

Objective To detect ESBLs in E.coli and K.pneumoniae with appropriate method.Methods The suspiciously produced ESBLs were detected by standard screen test among 110 E.coli and 84 K.pneumoniae. ESBLs possessing strains were confirmed by E test, single disc diffusion test with clavulanic acid or sulbatan, and two kinds of double disc synergy test. Results There was a significant difference between the detected rate of ESBLs in E.coli (16/26) and K. pneumoniae (4/20) by E test( P 0.05). The single disc diffusion test with clavulanic acid or sulbatan was applicable to confirm ESBLs in K. pneumoniae (12/20). Conclusions Single disc diffusion test is a sensitive, convenient and inexpensive method to confirm ESBLs in E.coli and K.pneumoniae in clinical laboratory.

Objects To observe the TEM gene characteristic of Acinetinbacter lwoffi strains which were resistant to most kind of antibiotics and to compare their sequences with that of Escherichia coli Methods Two strains of A lwoffi, JN18 and JN70,were isolated from sputum of patients′ who suffered from respiratory infection TEM, SHV, OXA, IMP and CTX M genes were tested by PCR TEM sequences of JN18 and JN70 were detected by ABI automated sequencer and were analysed by DNAStar software to compare the differences with E coli TEM genes that had been published in GenBank Results Detected sequences of A lwoffi JN18 and JN70 strains were 1012 bp and 887 bp, respectively They coded regions of 832 bp and 772 bp for TEM of the two strains that were 98 2% identical In other hand, there were 14 pair bases differently in TEM regions The TEM sequence of JN18 was 98 72% identical to that of E coli TEM on the average, which was over 99% to TEM1D, TEM 70, TEM 76, TEM 77 and TEM 95 of E coli The divergence of TEM genes was 1 26 between A lwoffi JN18 strains and E coli JN70 strain had higher identity (98 93%), which reached 99 5% to TEM1D, TEM1F and TEM84 of E coli As JN18 strain, TEM gene of JN70 had very small divergence (1 06 ) with E coli Conclusion JN18 and JN70 strains of A lwoffi isolated from patients′respiratory tract in Jinan shared most of sequences with E coli TEM76 and 84 However, there were many mutant sites in them

Objective To understand the combined effects of selenium (Se), germanium (Ge) on the level of Ca, Mg, Zn in the tissues of rats exposed to fluoride(F). Methods SD rats were divided into 5 groups and respectively treated with distilled water(control), 100 mg NaF/L(through drinking water), based on the fluoride treatment, Se, Ge were respectively given by gavage at the doses of 0.1 mg Na2SeO3/(kg?d), 10 mg Ge-132/(kg?d) and 0.1 mg Na2SeO3/(kg?d) plus 10 mg Ge-132/(kg?d) for 90 days. The body weight, activity, and general state were observed. The content of Ca,Mg,Zn in the serum,liver and kidneys were determined by flame atomization method. The content of F was detected by ion chromatography. Results The body weight in F+Se, F+Ge and F+Se+Ge groups were higher than that in F group and lower than that in the control group. Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism of narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB)in psoriasis. Methods Forty-two patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 20 healthy controls were enrolled into this study. All the patients received 20 sessions of NB-UVB radiation. Psoriasis area severity index (PASI)was used to evaluate the severity of psoriasis. Blood samples were collected from all the patients before and 15 cured patients after the treatment as well as from 20 healthy controls, and skin samples from 10 patients before and after the treatment as well as from 10 healthy controls. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)was performed to determine the serum levels of IL-17 and IL-22, and real-time fluorescence-based quantitative PCR to measure the mRNA expressions of IL-17 and IL-22 in skin specimens. Statistical analysis was carried out by using the two-sample t-test, paired t-test and Pearson correlation analysis. Results After 20 sessions of NB-UVB radiation, 15 out of the 42 patients were cured with a significant decrease in PASI. Compared with the healthy controls, the 15 cured patients showed a significant elevation in the levels of IL-17and IL-22 proteins(IL-17: 34.26 ± 10.05 ng/L vs. 16.34 ± 4.73 ng/L, t = 7.016, P < 0.01; IL-22: 13.72 ± 4.45 ng/L vs. 5.03 ± 1.84 ng/L, t = 8.282, P < 0.01)and mRNAs (IL-17: 13.43 ± 2.12 vs. 5.26 ± 0.87, t = 6.312, P < 0.01; IL-22:16.53 ± 2.65 vs. 7.72 ± 2.13, t = 6.823, P < 0.01)before the treatment. The PASI score was positively correlated with the levels of IL-17 and IL-22 proteins in sera (r = 0.76, 0.70, respectively, both P < 0.05)and their mRNAs in skin lesions (r = 0.65, 0.68, respectively, both P < 0.05)in these patients. The serum levels and mRNA expressions of IL-17 and IL-22 all significantly reduced in the cured patients after the treatment compared with those before the treatment(all P < 0.05). Conclusion NB-UVB may treat psoriasis by downregulating the levels of IL-17 and IL-22 in peripheral blood and skin lesions in patients with psoriasis.

Objective To investigate the effect of infecting betamethasone dipropionate 5mg/betamethasone disodium hydrogen phosphate 2mg in articular genu cavity on osteoarthritis.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with diprospan,injected into the inside of knuckle. The control group was treated with oral administration NSAIDs. Results In treatment group the rate of amelioration was 84% after one injection,the rate of amelioration was 90% after one course of treatment. Conclusion Injected diprospan into the inside of knuckle could relieve pain of arthritides, improve the function of arthrosis.

AIM: To investigate the effect of Qingjiening(QJN) on cytokines in sheep red blood cell(SRBC)-immunized mice. METHODS: After immunization of mice with SRBC, the effect of QJN o n IL-1、IFN-?、IL-2 in mice was observed, the IFN-? level was measured by macrophage NO - 2-release assay, the IL-1 level was measured by thymocyte a ssay, the IL-2 level was measured by mitogen activated lymphocytoblast assay. RESULTS: QJN can significantly inhibit mice to secrete IL-1、IFN- ? and IL-2. CONCLUSION: The immunosuppressive activity of QJN may be associate d with inhibition of immunocyte to secret IL-1、IFN-? and IL-2.

Objective Analysis and evaluation of cystatin C (Cysc) ,N‐acetyl‐beta‐D‐glucosaminidase (NAG) ,β2‐microglobulin (β2‐MG) ,blood urea nitrogen(BUN) ,serum creatinine(Scr) five biological parameters in the diagnosis of early renal damage caused by the diseases of Systemic lupus eythematosus ,diabetes or high blood pressure .Methods Collecting 61 patients with high blood pressure ,62 patients with systemic lupus eythematosus (SLE) ,59 patients with diabetes ,56 cases of healthy controls .Cysc was e‐valuated by immune transmission turbidimetric method ,latex enhanced immune turbidimetric method was used to detectβ2‐MG ,u‐sing two point method to determine NAG ,enzymatic assay Scr ,UV‐GLDH method was used to measure serum BUN ,and using the statistical method to analyze the data .Results There was no significant difference between healthy controls and patients group (P>0 .05) in BUN and Src levels .However ,there were significant differences in Cysc ,urineβ2‐MG and NAG concentrations (P<0 .01) .Under ROC curve ,the largest square of diagnosis indexes for early renal damage caused by SLE ,diabetes ,high blood pres‐sure were blood NAG ,urineβ2‐MG and Cysc .Compared to a single parameter ,the rate of joint detection in the diagnosis of early re‐nal damage is high ,a joint detection of Cysc ,β2‐MG and urine NAG could enhance the positive rate to 88 .7% ,which was signifi‐cantly higher than the joint detection with two indexes (77 .4% ,70 .9% or 66 .1% ) .Conclusion The most sensitive and specific in‐dex in the diagnosis of early renal damage caused by SLE ,diabetes ,high blood pressure were blood respectively NAG ,urine beta 2‐MG and Cysc .Joint detection has higher detection rate ,sensitivity ,specificity ,and has important clinical value in the early diagnosis of patients with renal damage ,which is suitable for clinical application .

The quantitative real-time PCR method was used to inspect the influence of OSR on GAT-1 mRNA expression of braininmice.Results OSR(500,250,125mg· kg-1 ,iv ) could significantly increase the foot-licking latency.OSR(500 mg·kg-1,ip)could significantly decrease the number of GAT-1 immuopositive cells incerebral cortex and thalamus in mouse brain,and re-duce GAT-1 mRNA expression in brain(P<0. 01,P<0.05)intheformalintest.Conclusion OSRhasa significant analgesic effect,and its analgesic mecha-nism is related to the GAT-1 expression in mouse brain.

BACKGROUND:To build up an effective method of isolating and culturing granule cels is a pivotal step to enhance fertilization-embryo transfer rate. Current studies mainly focus on the isolation methods of human ovarian granulosa cels rather than cel counting, purity and subsequent growth. OBJECTIVE: To establish the effective methods of isolating, purifying and culturing human ovarian granulosa cels in vitro. METHODS: Folicular fluid was harvested from women undergoing fertilization-embryo transfer procedures. Human ovarian granulosa cels were obtained from the folicular fluid by lysis treatment, precipitation method or density gradient centrifugation. Granulosa cel mucus masses were digested with type I colagen enzyme or hyaluronidase and then cultured in the culture medium with or without autologous folicular fluid. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Lysis treatment yielded the largest amount of granulosa cels compared to the precipitation method and density gradient centrifugation (P > 0.05,P < 0.05, respectively). Cels prepared by the three methods showed the same cel viability. After 24 hours of culture, the precipitation method obtained the largest amount of adherent granulosa cels (P < 0.05); and the density gradient centrifugation obtained the least amount of cels (P < 0.05). Compared with type I colagen enzyme, hyaluronidase took less time to digest the cels thoroughly. Autologous folicular fluid could promote the growth and survival of granulosa cels. These findings indicate that the precipitation method, though time-consuming, can obtain the highest cel viability and harvested the largest amount of granulosa cels after culture; hyaluronidase is more suitable for digesting granulosa cel mucus mass than type I colagen enzyme; autologous folicular fluid added into the culture medium is more conducive to granulosa cel growth.
