ObjectiveTo explore the risk factors of pulmonary complications in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.MethodsClinincal data of 341 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed.Children under 2 months were divided into study group and control group according to X-ray or lung CT,the study group of children left lung sequelae in children and the control group without sequelae.Using statistical analysis methods to study the children age,sex,hot process,symptoms,signs,lung lesions,lesion type,white blood cells,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,antibiotics,gamma globulin,glucocorticoid application.ResultsAt electasis 30 cases,3 cases of bronchiectasis,bronchiolitis obliterans in 1 case.Logistic regression analysis showed that children fever ＞ 10d,pleural effusion,lesion in the right upper lung,X-ray showed a large shadow,pulmonary complications in children with pulmonary high risk of complications,including chest plot sequelae in children with lung fluid was a strong risk factor( P ＜ 0.01,OR =7.684).ConclusionChildren of fever ＞ 10d,pleural effusion,lesion in the right upper lung,X-ray showed a large shadow,pulmonary complications in children with pulmonary high risk of complications,clinical treatment should be noted.

A total of 185 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were consisted of male group (n =95) and postmenopausal female group (n =90).The parameters of fasting plasma glucose,HbA1c,fasting insulin,fasting C peptide,homeostasis model assessment insulin resistant index (HOMA-IR) and β-cell function (HOMA-β),blood lipid,body mass index,and waist to hip ratio were collected and analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis.The relationships between osteocalcin and these parameters were investigated.The results revealed that osteocalcin was negatively correlated with HbA1C (P＜0.05),and osteocalcin was an independent relevant factor affecting HbA1Clevels.Osteocalcin may be involved in the regulation of glucose metabolism in T2DM.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the non-homonymy single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of C19170G,C30799G in the coding area of class Ⅱ transaetivator(CII TA)and the different clinical phenotypes of chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.Methods Six hundred and twenty-seven patients with chronic HBV infection and 101 healthy blood donors were enrolled in this study.Genotyping of C19170G,C30799G in C Ⅱ TA gene coding region were done by sequence-specific primer polymerase chain reaction(PCR-SSP).Hardy-Weinberg balance of the genotypes was analyzed using chi-square test.Differences between two sets were tested by contingency table chi-square test and unconditional Logistic regression was performed. Results The frequencies of G allele and GG+GC genetypes at 19170 site were significantly higher in patients with liver cirrhosis than those with non-progressive liver diseases(X2=7.128,P=0.008;X2=6.404,P=0.011,respectively).There were significantly differences of the allele frequencies between patients with liver cirrhosis and non-progressive liver diseases(OR:0.742,95%CI:0.552～0.998,P=0.048),and the main differences were observed in G dominant model(OR:0.581,95% CI:0.353～0.954,P=0.032).The frequencies of C allele and CC genotype at 30799 site were significantly higher in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma than those in patients with liver cirrhosis(X2=4.861,P=0.027;X2=4.993,P=0.025).There were significant differences of the genotype frequencies at 30799 site between patients with liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(OR:0.557,95% CI:0.334～0.930,P=0.025),and the differences were mainly observed in C recessive model(OR:0.491,95% CI:0.269～0.898,P=0.021).Conclusions The polymorphisms at 19170 site are associated with liver cirrhosis in chronic HBV infection,and the G allele carriers are prone to progress into liver cirrhosis.The polymorphisms at 30799 site are associated with hepatocellular carcinoma in chronic HBV infection,and CC genotype carriers are prone to progress into hepatocellular carcinoma.

Objective To explore the mediator effect of coping styles in relationship between hope level and subjective well-being of empty-nesters in urban community.Methods 208 empty-nesters were tested with Herth Hope Scale,Coping Style Questionnaire and Subjective Well-Being to investigate the influence and the pathways of hope and coping styles on subjective well-being with structural equation modeling.Results Influence of hope level on subjective well-being of empty-nesters in urban community accorded with completely-mediated model (x2/df =1.971,GFI =0.955,AGFI =0.911,RMSEA =0.068),and influence of hope level mediated by positive coping styles accounted for 41.76％(Z=3.692,P＜0.01).Conclusion The influence of hope level on subjective well-being is mediated mainly by positive coping styles for empty-nesters in urban community.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the teaching quality of the course of Drug Abuse and ADR Moni-toring in pharmacy master degree candidates. METHODS:In Pharmacy College of Jilin University,traditional teaching method was adopted among pharmacy master degree candidates of grade 2014(n=30,control group);case teaching method was adopted for the course of Drug Abuse and ADR Monitoring among those of grade 2015 (n=32,observation group). The teaching effects were evaluated by questionnaire and examination. RESULTS:Theoretical examination result and case analysis score as well as the rate of excellent case analysis score in observation group were all significantly higher than control group,with statistical signifi-cance (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group in respects of teaching methods,arousing interest in classroom learning,establishing the awareness of safe and rational drug use,with statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:For the course of Drug Abuse and ADR Monitoring in pharmacy master degree candi-dates,case teaching method improves students'exam results,stimulates students'interest and enthusiasm,promotes the establish-ment of students'safe and rational drug use consciousness and improves teaching quality.

Objective To investigate the effects of neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin(NGAL) on renal tubular epithelial cells apoptosis and apoptosis-regulated protein fas,bcl-2 in rat renal ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI).Methods Renal IRI models of rats were established.Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,including control group,IRI model group and NGAL group.The pathological change of kidney tissue was investigated by hemotoxylin-eosin staining.Renal tubular epithelial cells apoptosis was detected by TUNEL method.Expression of fas and bcl-2 was measured by real-time PCR and Western blotting.Results Compared with IRI model group,NGAL group showed a decreased number of renal tubular epithelial cells apoptosis [(8.6±3.4)/HP vs (20.8±3.7)/HP,P＜0.05],down-regulated fas mRNA (2.34±0.51 vs 6.84±2.34,P＜ 0.05),fas protein (0.65±0.05 vs 0.95±0.08,P＜0.05) and up-regulated bcl-2 protein (0.33±0.05 vs 0.24±0.03,P＜0.05),but the bcl-2 mRNA had no significant change.Conclusion NGAL can protect renal tubular epithelial cells in renal IRI,which may be associated with decreasing cell apoptosis and adjusting protein expression by apoptosis-regulated cytokines.

ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanism and the protective effect of heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) on rat cardiomyocytes when ischemic preconditioning performed.MethodsCultured rat cardiomyocytes were divided into four groups: control group, ischemic group,ischemic preconditioning group and cyclohexamide group. Cell viabilities were analyzed by MTT. The apoptosis was evaluated with DNA ladder and flow cytometry Annexin V Flous staining. Western Blot was used to determine the expression of HSP27 and caspase-3 in cardiomyocytes.ResultsIschemic preconditioning could improve cell viability. The apoptosis ratio in ischemic preconditioning group was significantly less than that in ischemic group. These were accompanied by an increase in the expression of HSP27 and a decrease in caspase-3. The expression of the increased HSP27 and the protective effect induced by ischemic preconditioning were completely abolished by the presence of cycloheximide, a translation inhibitor.ConclusionThe expression of HSP27 induced by ischemic preconditioning plays an important role in protecting cardiomyocytes, and the mechanism is possibly related to the inhibition of cell apoptosis.
