Objective To investigate the differential expression profiles of microRNAs in the liver of 60Co γ-ray irradiated mice using microRNA microarray and to explore their main functions by bioinformatic analysis. Methods After SPF C57BL/6J mice expose to 4 Gy-single whole body radiation, total number of peripheral WBC and the fMNPCE were measured at 3 d.The differentially expressed miRNAs in mouse liver were detected with miRNA microarray,miRNA-124 and miR-34a were confirmed by real time RT-PCR assay.Bioinformatic analysis was applied to explore target genes and the main functions of the differential expressed miRNAs.Results Compared with control group, the total number of peripheral WBC decreased( t = 2.87,P < 0.05 ) ,while the fMNPCE in bone marrow increased ( t =-2.91,P <0.05) after 4 Gy γ-ray irradiation.miRNA microarray revealed that 17 miRNAs were differentially expressed,in which 9 up-regulated,8 down-regulated.The expression levels of miR-124 and miR-34a were coincident with the result of real time RT-PCR.GO analysis showed that some pathways including adherens junction and cell cycle were suppressed, while some immune-related pathways were activated. Conclusions miR-34a and miR-194 were involved in the regulation of acute radiation damage, some other miRNAs including miR-124、miR-382 and miR-92a* also played important roles in radiation process.

This paper aimed at evaluating the therapeutic effects of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of heart-spleen deficiency and observing the improvement effect for insomnia patients′ sleep quality. A total of 70 cases of heart-spleen deficiency were selected as the research data, to the all cases were divided into acupuncture group and controlgroup. Acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion in many acupoints, the control group weretreated with estazolampo. After 3 courses of treatment, the PSQI and TESS of the two groups were observed. The totaleffective rate of the acupuncture group was 94.3%, the total effective rate of the control group was 77.1% (P < 0.05), andthe acupuncture group was more ideal than the control group (P < 0.05) . After treatment the PSQI score and TESS scorein acupuncture group were decreased compared with control group (P < 0.05) . Acupuncture and moxibustion in thetreatment of heart-spleen deficiency insomnia curative effect is ideal and reliable, can effectively decrease the PSQI andTESS score, and has lower auxiliary work compared with taken estazolam.

Objective:
To determine the value of hyperextension MRI evaluation in determining whether to perform decompression therapy after reduction of reducible atlantoaxial dislocation as well as assess the decompression effect.
Methods:
A retrospective case series study was conducted to analyze 24 patients with atlantoaxial dislocation admitted to Honghui Hospital affiliated to Xi'an Jiaotong University from May 2015 to May 2017. There were 10 males and 14 females, aged 40-74 years, with an average age of 52 years. There were 14 patients with os odontoideum, four patients with odontoid fracture, and six patients with transverse atlantal ligament rupture. Hyperextension MRI was performed to assess spinal cord compression for all patients. Eight patients with anterior spinal cord compression (Group A) underwent posterior atlantoaxial arch decompression plus atlantoaxial internal fixation reduction and bone graft fusion; 16 patients without anterior compression of the spinal cord (Group B) underwent only atlantoaxial internal fixation reduction and bone graft fusion. Intraoperative and postoperative complications were recorded. Spinal cord compression index and improvement rate of spinal cord decompression were evaluated by routine cervical spine MRI. Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) score was used to evaluate the clinical effect.
Results:
All patients were followed up for 3-24 months, with an average of 9.3 months. There was no nerve or vertebral artery injury during the operation, and no screw loosening occurred after surgery. The spinal cord compression index (0.37±0.18) in Group A at the last follow-up was significantly lower than that before operation (0.73±0.22) (

Objective:
To analyze the prognostic value of CD7 expression in newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients, and to further explore the correlation between CD7 expression and CEBPA mutation, and to clarify the prognostic value of CD7+ in AML patients with wild-type (WT) or mutant-type (MT) CEBPA.
Methods:
The clinical data of 298 newly diagnosed non-M3 AML patients between January 2010 and December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical characteristics and prognosis of CD7+ and CD7- patients were respectively compared in all patients, and in patients with WT and MT CEBPA. The relationship between CD7 expression and CEBPA mutation was determined by chi-square, and the effects of CEBPA mutation on survival and prognosis in CD7+ group by Kaplan-Meier method.
Results:
In CD7+ group, the frequencies of CEBPA mutation were 10.1% (single site) and 33.9% (double site) , significantly higher than those of the CD7- group (5.3% and 4.2%) (
