OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of children's viral pneumonia.METHODS:A total of sixty children with viral pneumonia were randomly divided into 2 groups:the treatment group(n=30)were treated with Tanreqing injection(20mL)plus Glucose(250mL)qd for 7d while the control group(n=30)with Cibavirin(10～15mg?kg-1)plus Glucose(250mL)bid for 7d.The primary outcome measures were clinical efficacy and adverse drug effects(ADRs).RESULTS:The effective rate was 100% in the treatment group as compared with 80% in the control group,showing significant differences between the two groups(P

Objective To construct a eukaryotic expression vector in Pichia pastoris containing human tissue factor( hTF) gene,in order to achieve high level secretory expression in extracellular.Methods Expression plasmid, pGAPZaA-hTF, was constructed by inserting the synthesized sequence encoding human extracellular tissue factor into yeast expression vector pGAPZaA and transformed into Pichia pastoris SMD1168H with electroporation.Having been selected by Zeocin, transformants containing hTF cDNA were expressed in YPD, extracellular proteins were detected by SDS-PAGE and confirmed by Western bolt.Results Successfully constructed the recombinant pGAPZaA-hTF expression system in Pichia pastoris.SDS-PAGE showed that the molecular weight of the expression product was about 37 -40 kDa.Western-blot indicated that it was human extracellular tissue factor.The crude yield of total protein in medium was up to 1 g/L, more than 80% of which was hTF.Conclusion Truncated rTF gene is expressed in Pichia pastoris and the active products are secreted into the medium which have the same activation as the native TF.

Objective To investigate the needs of the main caregivers of children with cerebral palsy and probe into the nursing strategies. Method One hundred and fifteen main caregivers of children with cerebral palsy participated in the survey by a general state questionnaire and the family needs questionnaire. Results The score by the family needs questionnaire was (96.13 ± 19.47), with an average score of (3.00 ± 0.61). And the top needs of the main caregivers were information and econony need. Conclusions The needs of the main caregivers of children with cerebral palsy are high. More attention should be paid to community and family-based rehabilitation and supports to those care-givers.

Liver cancer remains one of the leading cause of cancer death in the world.Animal models, especially mouse models, are important tools for studying the biological characteristics, pathogenesis, new drug screening and therapy of liver cancer.Up to now, although the development of various animal models accelerates the research of liver cancer, all the existing models have their own disadvantages.Lacking of economical and applicable animal models that can mimic the human liver cancer seriously restrict the further study of liver cancer.With the development of genetically modified technologies, it provides a fast, easy and reliable method to establish liver cancer models.In this review, we describe the different types of mouse models used in liver cancer research, with emphasis on genetically engineered mice used in this field, which may open an avenue for functional cancer genomics and generation of liver cancer models by using gene editing technologies.

objective To assess relationship between microvascular changes of hemodynamics of the fingertip and evolution of hypertension in patients with essential hypertension(EH)by enhanced power Doppler imaging(E-Flow).Methods The right ring fingertip'S blood flow peak systolic velocity(PSV),end-diastolic velocity(EDV),resistance index(RI)of finger ventral arteriole and nail bed arteriole in thirty-nine patients with EH were separately observed and were made contrast with 35 age-matched healthy subjects by E-Flow imaging.Results Compared with traditional colour Doppler flow imaging and power Doppler imaging,E-Flow imaging was clearer to demonstrate the distribution and movement of the fingertip'S microvascular.It was shown that the PSV and EDV in the ring finger ventral arteriole and nail bed arteriole of EH were decreased(P＜0.05),but the RI increased(P＜0.05),along with the evolution of EH.Conclusions Fingertip'S microvascular changes of hemodynamics could be a criterion to detect obstruction alternations of essential hypertension.E-Flow imaging iS superior to traditional color Doppler flow imaging and power Doppler imaging in differentiating microvascular and could provide a new method in assessing microvacular changes of patients with EH for clinic.

To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of stress urinary incontinence in women of Miyun County.Questionnaire survey was conducted in 8665 residents selected from urban and rural areas of Miyun County.Total 8663 questionnaires were completed with a response rate of 99.98％.The prevalence of urinary incontinence was 34.43％ (2983/8663),among which 1790 cases were of stress type with a prevalence rate of 20.66％,414 cases were of urgent type with a prevalence rate of 4.78％ and 779 cases were of mixed type with a prevalence rate of 8.99％.The risk factors of the stress urinary incontinence were advanced age(OR =1.555),BMI≥24 kg/m2 (OR =0.556),alcohol drinking(OR =1.308),constipation (OR =1.360),delivery times≥3(OR =1.998),history of macrosomia-bearing (OR =0.572).

Objective To explore the effect of nursing support on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with brain tumor. Methods A total of 139 cases of brain tumor in Shandong Provincial Cancer Hospital of Shandong University from September 2014 to February 2016 by convenient sampling , according to the random number table, they were divided into the control group and the intervention group. The patients in the control group were given routine discharge follow-up, while the patients in the intervention group were given emote team nursing support on the basis of the control group. We used anxiety self rating scale (SAS), depression self rating scale (SDS) and quality of life assessment scale (QLICP-BN) evaluation two groups of patients with anxiety, depression and quality of life level in the patients when they were discharged from hospital and discharged after 1 month, 3 months. Results Comparing the two groups of patients with anxiety and depression level and quality of life in the hospital, there was no statistically significant difference (t=0.187,0.174, P > 0.05);1 month after discharge, the scores of SAS and SDS respectively (62.97 ± 485), (63.83 ± 5.24) points in the intervention group, the scores of SAS and SDS respectively (64.58 ± 5.15), (65.17 ± 5.11) points in the control group, the difference is statistically significant (t=2.753, 2.321, P<0.05);3 month after discharge, the scores of SAS and SDS respectively(61.04±4.13),(62.25±3.95)points in the intervention group, the scores of SAS and SDS respectively(63.91 ± 4.73),(64.83 ± 4.29)points in the control group, the difference is statistically significant (t=4.621,5.196, P < 0.01); 1month, 3 months after discharge, the total quality of life scores respectively (65.28 ± 12.53), (68.71 ± 12.78) points in the intervention group, the total quality of life scores respectively (62.07 ± 11.27), (63.86 ± 12.13) points in the control group, the difference is statistically significant (t=2.439, 3.803, P < 0.01). The intervention effects and time effects of anxiety, depression and quality of life were statistically significant (W Mauchly's were 0.823, 0.782, 0.757, P <0.05). Conclusions Remote team nursing support can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients with brain tumor, improve the quality of life, can be used in the department to promote the quality of clinical care.

ObjectiveTo study the feasibility and stability of hepatocellular carcinoma model established in mouse with the guidance of ultrasound, and to explore the value of ultrasonography in hepatocellular carcinoma model.MethodsThe type of H22 cells, whose concentration was 2×107/ml, were injected into the left liver of 30 mice with the guidance of ultrasound. After injection, the mice were examined by ultrasound on the tenth and twentieth day, and implemented laparotomy on the twentieth day. The tumors were examined pathologically. The formation rate and growth of tumors were evaluated, and the ultrasonic features of tumors were observed.ResultsThe formation rate of implanted tumors was 96.7% (29/30), and the peritumoral blood flow could be detected. The diameters measured by ultrasound and explorative laparotomy were (8.4±0.3) mm and (8.6±0.2) mm, respectively (P>0.05). The pathological examination showed that the tumors were hepatocellular carcinoma.ConclusionEstablishing mouse model of hepatocellular carcinoma by ultrasound-guided is simple and minimally invasive, and it provides an ideal model of high formation rate for the study of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Objective:To observe the effects of All-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on the immune functions of AChR-specific lymphcytes via in vitro assays,and investigate the possibility of ATRA in the clinical treatment of myasthenia gravis (MG).Methods:CFA control group and EAMG experimental rats were established to obtain single lymphocytes suspension and cells were followed by AChR97-116 peptide with or without ATRA stimulation for 72 h,and then viable cell population,cell apoptosis,cell cycle and the distribution of Th cells were determined by flow cytometry.CCK-8 assay was selected to evaluate the effects of ATRA on proliferatory ability of lymphocytes.ELISA was used to detect the antibody secretion of B cells affected by ATRA.Results:Compared with CFA group,lymphocytes obtained from EAMG rats had higher ratios of living cells,and this ratio was obviously decreased after ATRA treatment,P＜0.001.Different concentrations of ATRA promoted the apoptosis of AChR-specific cells (P＜0.001),and the promoted effects were ATRA dose-dependent,however,cell cycles were not changed.ATRA markedly inhibited the proliferation of cells from both CFA and EAMG groups,moreover,AChR-specific cells were more sensitive to ATRA treatment (P＜0.01) than that of cells from CFA rats (P＜0.05).The ratio of AChR-specific CD4+T cells was reduced by ATRA (P＜0.01),and ATRA incubation significantly promoted the percentages of Th2,(PCD4+-4IL-4+＜0.001),Treg (PCD4+-Foxp3+＜0.001) cell types,but markedly inhibited the percentages ofThl7 (PCD4+-IL-17+＜0.05),Thl (PCD4+-IFN-γ+＜0.001) cells.ELISA data showed us that ATRA obviously down regulated the antibody secretion of AChR-specific B cells,P＜0.01.Conclusions:ATRA not only inhibited the functions of AChR-specific T cells,but also suppressed the roles of AChR-specific B cells,predicating a therapeutic effect of ATRA on myasthenia gravis therapy.
