1.A viewpoint of environment concerned therapy through exploring the body constitute distribution of Shimian county
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(7):592-595
Objective To investigate the difference of TCM body constitution betweenpeople of the Shimian county and Chengdu city. Methods 200 sub-health patients in clinic of Shimian TCM Hospital were selected randomly. Another 200 sub-health patients in clinic of the Second Sichuan Province Hospital of TCM wererandomly selected. The two groups were identified with TCM body constitution based on the clinical symptoms, tongue, pulse condition, etc. Comparisons on body constitution were made between the two groups. Results In Chengdu, patients withbalance constitution and Qi deficiency constitution (respectively have the proportion of 33.0% and 20.0%)were significantly higher than thoseof Shimian County(the proportion of the two wererespectively 4.0% and 6.0%);while Shimian County have a significantly higher ratio of phlegm dampness and blood stasis constitution(43.5% and 13.0%)than those in Chengdu city(the proportion of the two wererespectively 8.0%and 4.0%), P<0.01. Conclusion Because of different regions, the population constitution ratio wasdifferent, so the disease tendency wasalso somewhat different. Therefore, physicians should give full consideration to the regional factors in diagnosing and treating patients.

Purpose:To investigate the treatment effect and toxicity of regimen containing ifosfamide (IFO) and etoposide (VP16) on relapse ovarian carcinoma. Methods:IFO 2.0 in 500 ml normal saline day 1—5, VP16 100 mg in 500 ml normal saline d1,3,5 Results:The overall response rate was 38.5%, mylosuppression and alopecia were the most common toxicities. Leukopenia rate was 71.4%, alopecia rate was 100%, gastro intestinal and nervous toxicity were mild. Conclusions:Combination of IFO and VP16 was very effective on relapse ovarian carcinoma with mild toxicity and should be widely used.

66 cases were treated with Yizhi(Intellingencebenefitted)Syrup. After treatment, the scores on behavioral appraisal markedly decreased with dramatic upgrading of learning results, marked lowering of positive soft nerve signs, the total effective rate being 84.8%. There wore also marked increase in the levels of urine NE, DA, 3-4(?)PAC, CAMP and(?)r.

Objective:To investigate the effect of cPLA 2(cytosolic PLA 2, 85-kD PLA 2) on the signaling pathways of IL-1?、IL-6 release in LPS induced Hela cells.Methods:①LPS stimulated Hela cells were exposed to the complex of cPLA 2 initiation site-directed antisense oligonucleotide and liposome in the indicated doses and time, and then, analyzed the changes of cPLA 2 both in mRNA and in protein by RT-PCR and Western blot.②At the same time, the supernatants were collected to detect the level of IL-1? and IL-6 under radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results:①The transfection led to a dose-dependent decrease in cPLA 2 protein, while the change of mRNA is not notable.②The levels of IL-1?、IL-6 in the transfected cells were reduced following the repression of cPLA 2 compared with that of LPS added only. Conclusion:cPLA 2 probably plays an important role in the signaling mechanisms on IL-1?、IL-6 release in LPS-induced Hela cell. Objective To investigate the effect of metronidazole and tinidaxole in breast milk on infants and their concentrations. Methods The concentration of metronidazole and tinidazole inbreast milk was assayed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results The pharmacokineticparameters(mean?s) t max(h), t 1/2ke of Metronidazole(20 mg/kg, n=8 ) and Tinidazole (13 mg/kg,n=7) in lactation women infused with a single dose were(1.7?1.0)h、(20?5) mg/L and (1.3?0.6)h、(17?3) mg/L respectively. The total amount of metronidazole and tinidazole ingested by the infant via breast milk were 3.02 mg/kg/day and 2.58 mg/(kg?d) respectively. which were 1/5~1/10. and 1/6~1/8 of the routine therapeutic dose for infants.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the current situation and developing trend of the use of antipsychotics.METHODS:The data of antipsychotics in Analysis System of Drug-use in the Hospitals of the Yangtze River Valley, reported by Hangzhou,Shanghai,Nanjing,Wuhan,Chengdu and Chongqing during the period 1997~2001,were analysed by using DDD as index.RESULTS:The sum of money and frequency of use of the antipsychotics were increasing year by year; The first generation antipsychotics still occupied the marketing predominance; The use of the second generation antipsychotics assumed an increasing tendency year by year.CONCLUSION:The marketing of antipsychotics will further expand in China and the pharmaceutical factories should strengthen the development of new antipsychotics.

To investigate the cardioprotective effect of percutaneous transluminal myocardial laser revascularization (PTMR) and its mechanism, in the ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) model of in vivo porcine heart, the effect of PTMR on myocardial infarct size (IS) was observed using TTC method, and expression of heat shock protein (HSP) 70 and 86 in myocardium was detected with Western blotting. It was found that PTMR significantly limited the myocardial IS induced by I/R (32%?3% vs 56%?7% in control group, P

Recently, along with the harmful factors in air in-creasing, the incidence of respiratory system diseases has been gradually rising. Therefore, more studies are focused on impro-ving the prevention and treatment on respiratory system diseases. Current researches have shown that microRNAs ( miRNA ) con-tribute to the prevention and treatment on respiratory system dis-eases, including virus infectious respiratory disease, pulmonary fibrosis, asthma, COPD, pulmonary tuberculosis and lung canc-er. The up-regulation and down-regulation of microRNAs could effectively regulate the biological process of these diseases. The review analyzes the recent years′study results of respiratory sys-tem diseases and microRNAs in depth, and discuss the role of microRNA in the treatment and prevention of respiratory disea-ses. Moreover, in this review we can provide new knowledge a-bout respiratory diseases and development of more potent drug targets for the treatment and prevention of respiratory diseases.

Objective To analyze the relationship between WT1 gene polymorphism rs16754 and prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) by meta-analysis. Methods Studies published in PubMed, CNKI, WanFang and CBM database were searched by using the search terms 'WT1', 'Polymorphism' and 'Leukemia, Myeloid, Acute', respectively. Deadline was December 1, 2015. Results A total of 11 English articles with a total of 2 789 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that there was no association between polymorphism rs16754 and complete remission of AML patients (RR=1.02, 95 % CI: 0.99~1.06, P=0.20), overall survival(OS) (HR=0.68, 95 % CI: 0.45~1.02, P=0.06), 5-year OS (RR=1.10, 95 % CI:0.90~1.34, P=0.37) or relapse-free survival (RFS) (HR=0.80, 95 % CI: 0.54~1.19, P=0.27). Conclusion There is no correlation between WT1 gene polymorphism rs16754 and the prognosis of AML.

Extract of Ground Beetle was found to affect rat rheology. when given orally to rats for 10 consecutive days, it resulted in the lowering of packed corpuscular volume, high and low whole blood shear viscosity, RBC aggregation and rigidity indices and sedimentation rate, but the constant of SR equation was raised and without effect on Plasma viscosity and fibrinogen content. These results suggested that the effect of ground beetle extract is by way of its action on RBC
