1.Clinical Observation on Compound Danshen and Cerebrolysin Vial Combination Therapy in Treating Cases of Neonatal Hypoxic Ischemie Encephalopathy

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound Danshen and Cerebrolysin Vial combination therapy in treating cases of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods 90 cases of neonatal HIE hospitalized form May 2005 to September 2006 were randomly separated into an experiment group and a control group.On the basis of conventional trigeminal supporting treatment,the experiment group was treated with additional compound Danshen and Cerebrolysin Vial combination therapy.At the end of therapeutic courses,overall effective rate was evaluated.Results The overall effective rate of the experiment group was 95.56%,comparing with a 77.78% overall effective rate in the control group.The overall effective rate of the experiment group was significantly different from the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Compound Danshen and Cerebrolysin Vial combination therapy was significantly effective in treating neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.This therapy is recommendable in daily clinical treatment of HIE.
2.A Cross-sectional Study of Children Injures in Fuzhou City

Objective To study the epidemic and distribution characters and its relevant risk factors of children injury in Fuzhou city.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling with probability of selection proportional to size in three random selected stages,8 800 families from 44 communities of 22 towns over 11 counties of the whole Fuzhou city were investigated.There were 30 214 family members were surveyed with questionnaire,including 8 405 children aged between 0 to 17 years old.Result The results showed the general rate of non-fatal injury was 6.38% for children between 0~17 yrs,and it was the highest(7.90%)in children of 5~9 yrs;the rate was higher in the male than in the female,and the rate of the urban districts was higher than that of the rural areas.The first three types of children injury were caused by animal biting,falling and traffic accident.Among the children of 1~17 yrs,there were 6 children died in fetal injury,of 5 cases(83.3%)were drown.Conclusions Injury has become one of the important social and health problems to children growth.Therefore,to protect children health and safety,the intervention measures against children injury should be carried out as soon as possible.

4.Research on medical equipment reservation system based on hospital information platform

Objective: To further optimize the hospital inspection process, shorten the patient waiting time of examination and improve the overall utilization of medical equipment. Methods:HIS and PACS to realize the information system integration by using hospital information platform, and then develop a set of medical equipment reservation system. The doctor workstation through the system could real-time help patient appoint check items, and eliminate patients to check the front desk or reservation center reservation registration steps. Results:The successful application of medical equipment reservation system not only optimize hospital inspection process, shorten the patient waiting in line inspection time, but also increase the utilization rate of MR equipment by 35%. Conclusion: The use of medical equipment reservation system saves the patient queuing registration, waiting for the examination of the time, and improve the utilization rate of hospital medical equipment, create economic benefits for the hospital and brought widespread popularity and reputation for the hospital.
5.Clinical research on hyperbaric oxygen and electrocoagulation in the treatment of venous ulcers on legs

Objective To observe the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen and electrocoagulation in the treatment of venous ulcers on legs.Methods 36 patients with venous ulcer on legs were divided into group A of 12 cases,group B of 12 cases and group C of 12 cases.Group A was treated by hyperbaric oxygen and electrocoagulation;group B was treated by hyperbaric oxygen;group C was treated by electrocoagulation.The operation method:every one had been performed electrocoagulation,and performed improved Linton operation if traffic vein valve had functional disorder,and performed wearing ring operation if vein reflux exceed Ⅲ °.Results The time of healing:group A was ( 18.00 ± 4.66) days,group B was (28.20 ± 6.42 ) days and group C was (31.32 ± 4.88 ) days.The time was significantly different between the two groups( A and B,P <0.01 ;A and C,P <0.01 ; B and C,P < 0.05).29 cases had been investigated by 6 to 40 months,the venous ulcers on legs had no recurrence.Conclusion The treatment for venous ulcer on legs by hyperbaric oxygen and electrocoagulation was a new therapy which had advantage of healing quickly and less recurrence,It ought to be popularized.
7.A New Method for Accurate Determination of Peroxidase Activity Based on Fluorescence Decrease of Guaiacol

At present the most common colorimetry for the activity determination of the peroxidase ( POD) is based on the detection of the absorbance of product at 470 nm in a reaction system of the H2 O2/POD/guaiacol ( GA) , but the shortcoming of the method is that the formed product is not stable and there is the serious adsorption phenomenon on the cell. To solve this problem, a new method was established for accurate determination of POD activity based on the fluorescent feature of GA. By using standard solutions of horseradish peroxidase as the test samples and under these optimum conditions such as 0. 5 mmol/L of GA, 0. 5 mmol/L of H2 O2 , pH 6, 0. 05 mol/L of phosphate buffer solution and the reaction temperature of 20℃, the sample volume was only consumed 20 microlitre at a time, the linear response range was 500-60000 U/L ( r=0 . 9993 ) , the detection limit was 385 U/L and relative standard deviation was ≤2 . 4% ( n=11 ) . The comparisons for the determination results of the POD activity in the white radish’s extraction solutions were conducted among our method (9714±132 U/L) and the colorimetric method (9926±352 U/L) as well as the recirculating-catalytic flow analysis ( 9608±456 U/L ) . The results showed that the mutual consistency is better.

9.Application of intraperitoneal perfusion of IL-2 combined with Addi injection for ascites control after decompression of abdominal compartment syndrome induced by malignant ascites

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of intraperitoneal perfusion of IL-2 combined with Addi injection for ascites re-growth control after decompression of abdominal compartment syndrome induced by malignant ascites.Methods 69 patients with abdominal compartment syndrome induced by malignant ascites,after tube decompression and paracentesis,were given intraperitoneal perfusion therapy,and they were randomly divided into two groups.42 cases in the observation group were given with 0.9% sodium chloride injection 50mL + IL-23 millions u and Addie injection 50-60mL,once a week,a total of 2-3 times;27 cases in the control group were given with 0.9% sodium chloride injection 50mL and cisplatin 40mg,once a week,a total of 1-3 times.Results In the observation group,CR 25 cases (59.5%),PR 11 cases (26.2%),NC 6 cases (14.3%),the total effective achieved in 36 cases (85.7%).In the control group,CR 11 cases (40.7%),PR 6 cases (22.2%),NC 10 cases (37.0%),the total effective achieved in 17 cases (62.96%).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,there was statistically significant difference(x2 =4.78,P < 0.05).The qualities of life of the observation group were improved,8 cases were stable,lower in 2 cases,the effective rate was 76.2%,which of the control group were improved,10 cases were stable,lower in 4 cases,the effective rate was 48.1%.The effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,there was statistically significant difference (x2 =5.70,P < 0.05).Conclusion Intraperitoneal perfusion of IL-2 combined with Addi injection for ascites control after decompression of abdominal compartment syndrome induced by malignant ascites is a new method,which is worthy of clinical application.
10.Clinical Observation of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Combined with Lipoic Acid in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic foot. METHODS:A total of 68 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divid-ed into observation group and control group with 34 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional therapy and Lipolic acid injection 0.6 ml added into Sodium chloride injection 250 ml. ivgtt(protecting form light),qd;observation group was additionally giv-en rhEGF for external use 1 ml and vaseline on the wounds,gauze dressing,qd. Treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 7 d. Clinical efficacy,ulcer area,the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax were compared between 2 groups as well as the occurrence of ADR. RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group(94.1%)was significantly higher than that of control group(67.6%),with statistical sig-nificance (P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in ulcer area,the levels of Bcl-2 and Bax between 2 groups(P>0.05). After treatment,ulcer area decreased significantly, the level of Bcl-2 increased significantly in 2 groups,while the level of Bax decreased significantly;the improvement of observation group was more significant than that of control group,with statis-tical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLU-SIONS:rhEGF combined with lipoic acid is effective for diabetic foot with good safety.
