1.Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance behavior of patients with primary hypertension compliance and quality of life
China Modern Doctor 2015;(15):144-146
Objective To observe the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with primary hypertension. Methods Atotal of 64 patients with primary hypertension were se-lected from 2013 January to 2014 January, according to the ratio of 1:1 were randomly divided into intervention group(n=32) and control group (n=32), the control group underwent random symptomatic care, the intervention group un-derwent com prehensive nursing intervention implementation, after the intervention rate of compliance, quality of life score, the blood pressure control efficiency were compared between two groups. Results The intervention group patients with hypertension compliance rate was 96.87% (31/32), was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00%), with significant difference (P<0.05). The quality of life of the patients in the intervention group in physiological func-tion, social function, role physical and bodily pain scores were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). The intervention of blood pressure in patients'effective rate in the observation group was 87.5% (28/32), significantly higher than that in the control group(71.87%), with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures for the patients with hypertension at the same time the implementation can effectively control blood pressure, improve the compliance behavior of patients, improve the quality of life of the patients.
2.The effect of psychological nursing on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus
China Modern Doctor 2015;(16):121-123
Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of psychological nursing on patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 84 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes from 2013 January to 2014 January in our hospital as the object of study, all patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing care for patients, including regular monitoring of blood sugar, diet guidance, medication guidance, exercise guidance. The intervention group focused on the implementation of psycho-logical nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, blood glucose control effect, two groups of patients with diabetic knowledge were compared between two groups of patients. Results The intervention group patients blood glu-cose control and effective rate of 92.85%,significantly higher than that of the control group blood sugar control effec-tive rate 76.19%,two group of comparison of the effects of blood glucose control, with significant difference (P<0.05). Patients in the intervention group of diabetic knowledge rate of 97.61%,was significantly higher than the control group of patients with diabetic knowledge rate of 73.81%,two groups of comparison to master the situation of patients with dia-betic knowledge, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing for patients with type 2 di-abetes can effectively control blood sugar, improve patients to grasp the degree of the diabetic knowledge,so that pa-tients actively cooperate with the treatment and nursing.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2007;24(2):350-355
In order to improve the bonding strength of the hydroxyapatite (HA) coatings on the metal substrate, we prepared the HA-Ti/HA composite coatings by two-step electrodeposited method, and then we studied the component, microstructure, surface morphologies and the bonding strength of the HA-Ti/HA composite coatings. SBF test and cell culture in vitro were carried out to evaluate the biological properties of the composite coatings. The results showed that the bonding strength of the HA-Ti/HA composite coating (Ti, 51.2wt%) was as high as 21.2 MPa which was 3 times that of pure HA coatings. The coatings' surface was covered by carbonate-apatite layer after being immersed in SBF, and the bone marrow cells attached firmly and proliferated well on the surface of composite coatings. These findings indicate that the composite coatings possess good bioactivity and excellent biocompatibility.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the association of two single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of beta 2-adrenoceptor (beta 2-AR) gene with hypertension in elderly patients.
METHODSThe study samples were collected from unrelated Chinese Han population of Dabie Mountain in Anhui province. Eighty-six elderly patients with hypertension and 43 controls were selected. Genotypes of +1053 and +1239 SNPs were typed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism.
RESULTSThe frequencies of the two SNPs complied well with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in normal group. The distribution of genotypes AA, GA,GG of the SNP at locus +1239 in moderate and severe hypertension group was significantly different from that in normal group (chi square=8.67, P<0.05). There were evident differences in the frequencies of alleles of the two groups (chi square=4.02, P<0.05). No significant difference was observed in the distribution of genotypes of the SNP at locus +1053 between the two groups.
CONCLUSIONThese data indicate that the SNP at locus +1239 of beta 2-AR gene is associated with hypertension in elderly patients.

The Chinese Standard Aphasia Examination was made according to Chinese language and cultural habits by referring to Japanese Standard Language Test of Aphasia.151 normal people and patients whose brain damaged without aphasia were tested.Mean and standard deviations were calculated. The significant differences were not found by analysis of variance to age, sex, handedness, profession and education except oral instruction and describing pictures in different educational groups. Therefore, the examination is suitable for Chinese aphasics who live in different parts of China and spoken mandarin.
