4.Comparison of postoperative analgesia between lornoxicam and buprenorphine
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(10):1338-1339
Objective To study the efficacy arid side effects of postoperative analgesia between Lornoxicam and Buprenorphine. Methods Sixty ASA I-II patients were randomly divided into Lomoxicam group(group A) and Buprenorphine group(group B). Analgesiae were subcutaneously injected via an electronic patients controlled analgesic pump post surgeries. The visual analgesiae sacle( VAS) was used to evaluate the postoperative pain relief, and analgesic response was recorded. Result There were no significant differences between Lomoxicam and Buprenorphine about the analgesic response(P>0. 05),moreover,no stastical differences in the patients demography, analgesic and anesthetic type were associated with the analgestic outcomes. Conclusion Lomoxicam without respiratory distuber-ance was a good alternative to Buprenorphine in PCSA.
5.Effect of scopolamine-tramadol-fentanyl mixture for patient-controlled analgesia after hysterectomy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(14):1948-1949
Objective To study the efficacy and side effects of tramadol combined with and fentanyl for patient-controlled analgesia(PCA) after pancreatectomy. Methods 30 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients were randomly divided into tramadol group (group A) and droperidol group ( group B). Results Sedation score in group B at 24 h was significantly higher than that in group A(P <0. 05). Side-effects were significantly more in group B than those in group A. Conclusion The analgesia efficacy of tramadol combined with and fentanyl was effective and safe with less side effects than Droperidol
6.Efficacy and safety of meropenem and imipenem cilastatin in elderly pulmonary infection
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(2):273-275
Objective To study and compare the efficacy and safety of meropenem and imipenem cilastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary infection. Methods A total of 124 elderly patients with pulmonary infection treated in our hospital were chosen. They were randomly divided into two groups.61 patients in the control group were treated with imipenem cilastatin, and 63 patients in the study group were treated with meropenem injection. After two weeks of treatment, the clearance rate of the pathogens, the effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clearance rate of pathogens in the study group was 98.41%, significantly higher than the control group (88.52%).There was no significant difference in effective rate between the study group (98.41%) and the control group(93.44%).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the study group (7.94%) and the control group (13.11%).Conclusion Meropenem or imipenem cilastatin has similar effective rate and adverse reactions , while meropenem could effectively eradicate bacterial infection in the treatment of pulmonary infection in elderly patients.
7.Effects of kinesio taping on lower limb function after stroke: a meta-analysis
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2021;43(2):170-176
Objective:To review the effect of kinesio taping on the lower limb function of stroke survivors. Methods:PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, the Cochrane Library, China′s National Knowledge Internet (CNKI), China Biology Medicine (CBM), Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database and the WanFang Database were searched for reports of randomized and controlled trials (RCTs) testing the effect of kinesio taping on the lower limb function of stroke survivors published between January 1st, 2000 and October 1st, 2019. Two reviewers independently screened the reports, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias in the studies included. Version 5.3 of the RevMan software was used to analyze the extracted data. Results:A total of 13 RCTs involving 932 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that the experimental group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of the improvement in walking speed and function, balance, fall risk, quadriceps strength, leg triceps strength, and general lower limb motor functioning. Their ability in the activities of daily living was also better on average as was their general life quality. Conclusions:Kinesio taping can improve stroke survivors′ balance, motor ability, muscle strength and life quality.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
Aim To explore the effect of Baicalein and its mechanism on the invasion and migration of human breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells. Methods The effect of Baicalein on cell viability was tested by MTT.The cell invasion and migration were determined by transwell chamber model. The cell movement capability was determined by cell scratch assay. The expressions of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)2 and 9,urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA)were detected by Western blot. Results 50,100 ?mol?L-1 of Baicalein inhibited significantly cell invasion(P

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(12):-
Objective:To explore the brain function asymmetry characters of the patients with major depressive disorder (MDD).Methods:The study examined the ear advantage of 58 healthy subjects, 115 patients with MDD using two kinds of rhyming words by the method of focused attention. Results:1.In healthy group, no ear advantage was found in true words test, but appeared significant right ear (left-hemisphere) advantage in pseudo-words test. 2.In MDD group, there was also no ear advantage in true words test, but appeared enhanced right ear (left-hemisphere) advantage in pseudo-words test. There was a significant difference between the MDD and healthy subjects. Among patient group, 3. by true words test, no ear advantage was found in those with a comorbid anxiety disorder, but those without comorbid anxiety appeared right ear advantage. By pseudo-word test, both patients with or without comorbid anxiety appeared right ear (left-hemisphere) advantage, and those without had larger advantage. there was a significant difference between this two groups. 4.HAMD, HAMA and SCL-90 ratings had no relation to asymmetry scores of true words or that of pseudo-words.Conclusions:1. both healthy control and MDD patients have no ear advantage for process and cognition of true words in, but as for that of pseudo-words, both of them appear right ear (left-hemisphere) advantage, with the MDD patients have greater advantage. 2.The patients with or without a comorbid anxiety disorder were different in response, patients with comorbid anxiety appear more close to normal control. 4. Asymmetry scores don’t correlate significantly with the scores of HAMD, HAMA or SCL-90. 5.The pseudo-words is the better choice as stimuli for dichotic listening test.
