2.CT Diagnosis of the Splenic Lymphoma

Objective To evaluate the CT findings and diagnostic value of splenic lymphoma.Methods 15 cases of splenic lymphoma proved by clinical or pathohistological evidence and examined with plain and enhanced CT scans were retrospectively analyzed with literature reviewed.Results Of 15 cases of splenic lymphoma,The CT findings of splenic lymphoma included:5 cases of Solitary pattern displayed as a uniform density,solitary lesion in the liver with mildle uniform enhancement or peripheral enhancement;8 cases of multiple nodular patterndemonstrated multiple,round-like or lobular lesions with uniform density(in most lesions) with clear margin,and with mildle uniformenhancement or peripheral enhancement after contrast medium administration;2 cases of diffuse pattern showed diffuse enlargement of thespleen with hypodensity or miliary low-density foci.Of 15 cases of hepatic lymphoma,the lesion extended out of spleen in 9 cases.Conclusion The CT findings of splenic lymphoma are of certain characteristics,the presence of abdominal lymphoma is also helpful tosuggest the diagnosis.

4.Dynamic modeling and simulating of squatting-standing action of human body.

It is very difficult for stroke patients to complete the action of squatting-standing because their equilibrium function ability has been seriously declined. It was necessary, therefore, to do a deep research on the action of human squatting-standing and to set up an accurate model and simulation. In our modeling research, the movements of upper limbs and head was neglected, and a seven-segment model was developed to establish the coordinate system of human squatting-standing action. It calculated the knee joint moment and hip joint moment during squatting and standing by utilizing Lagrange method, and then simulated this mathematical model by utilizing Matlab. Geometric model of human squatting-standing was developed and simulated in ADAMS which proved that the established Lagrange model was reasonable. It would also provide significant theoretical references for further study and development of squatting-standing rehabilitation training equipment.

5.Therapeutic Effects Analysis of Combined Therapy on 40 Lubar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion Patients with Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Objective To observe the changes of combined therapy on disci intervertebrales and their surrounding tissues and thus to determine its therapeutic effects on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion with magnafic resonance imaging. Methods After combined therapy including physical agents, drugs, traction, manipulation and remedial exercises had been adopted to treat 40 iubax intervertebral disc protrusion patients for 30 days, morphologic changes of disci intervertebrales and their surrounding tissues of these patients were observed by magnetic resonance imaging. Results The effective rate of combined therapy on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion was 82.5%, there were no obvious changes of thickness, salient degree of disci intervertebrales, anteroposterior diameter, transverse diameter and latero-cryptae extent of vertebral canal after the treatment. Conclusion Though the combined therapy can not change the morphous of lobar intervertebral disc protrusion, it may efficiently relief the clinical symptoms of patients with lobar intervertebral disc protrusion.
6.The situation and prospects of interventional nursing care in China

Through the exploration and practice,the interventional nursing care has become an important part of Interventional Radiology,which bears a close relations to the pros and cons of the interventional therapeutic quality.The interventional nursing has been developing along the direction to become an independent nursing specialty.At the same time,various issues that affect the interventional nursing development start to emerge.At present,the setting up of a system to strengthen the establishment of the special care unit and human resources is urgently needed.The following measures are indispensable to promote the sustainable development of interventional care: to raise special awareness,to work out nursing routine and quality control standards,to explore the proficiency in order to stabilize nursing team,to pay attention to specialty education and to establish an integration mode for standardized training and professional development.
7.Study on the Nutrition Status in Patients with COPD.

Objective To investigate the parameters of nutrition status in the patients with COPD and study the difference nutrition status among COPD GOLD classification including A, B,C and D.Methods According to the global initiative for chronic obstructive lung disease ( GOLD) criteria, we classified the COPD outpatients into A, B, C, D group, with 10 cases in each group, 20 cases healthy people as control group as well as 20 patients with chronic bronchitis.Body mass index ( BMI) , triceps skin-fold thickness( TSF) ,ser-um albumin ( ALB ) were measured in each person.Results BMI was significantly lower in COPD group than health control group (21.3 ±4.0kg/m2 vs 24.7 ±3.7kg/m2, P<0.01) ; TSF was significantly reduced in COPD group than the control group (10.3 ± 4.4mm vs 13.0 ±4.4mm, P<0.05);ALB in COPD group was significant decreased than the control group (34.4 ±5.3g/L vs 39.5 ± 6.7g/L, P<0.01).Moreover, there were significantly differences in the nutrition status among COPD groups.BMI in the group of(C+D) was significantly lower compared with the group of (A+B) (19.9 ±4.3kg/m2 vs 22.1 ±3.5kg/m2, P<0.05).TSF was significant-ly decreased in the group of (C+D) than the group of (A+B)(7.7 ±2.4mm vs 12.9 ±4.4mm, P<0.01).Compared with the group of (A+B), ALB was also significantly reduced in the group of (C+D)(32.3 ±4.5g/L vs 36.5 ±5.4g/L, P<0.01).Conclusion The parameters of BMI, TSF, ALB are significantly reduced in the patients with COPD.Severe COPD easily develops malnutrition.Ac-cording to COPD GOLD classification, the nutrition status is worse in the group of ( C+D) than in the group of ( A+B) .It is worthy to pay attention to the nutrition status of COPD patients, and give appreciate therapy for patients with COPD.
