OBJECTIVETo explore the distribution characteristics of basic syndromes and its related factors in patients with chronic functional constipation (CFC).

METHODSThe complete data of 538 patients with CFC were collected and initial database was established with Epidata 3. 0. TCM syndrome typing was performed. The distribution characteristics of basic syndromes were analyzed using SPSS 17. 0 Software. The univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were performed with SPSS 17. 0 Software to determine basic syndrome related factors such as age, engaged professionals, sleep quality, depression, mental stress, interpersonal relations, work fatigue, stimulating beverage, exercise conditions, Western medicine type of constipation, and so on.

RESULTSThe TCM syndrome frequency of CFC patients was sequenced from high to low as qi deficiency syndrome (380 cases, 70.6%), qi stagnation syndrome (337 cases, 62.6%), blood deficiency syndrome (234 cases, 43.5%), yin deficiency syndrome (220 cases, 40.9%), yang deficiency syndrome (197 cases, 36.6%), and others(58 cases, 10. 8%) . Most patients were complicated with complex syndromes, and the most common complex syndromes were qi deficiency complicated qi stagnation syndrome (275 cases, 51.1%) and qi deficiency complicated blood deficiency syndrome (222 cases, 41.3%). Aging, work fatigue, and exercise conditions were main related factors for qi deficiency syndrome (P <0. 01, P <0. 05). Poor emotional (depression and anxiety tendencies), mental stress, interpersonal relations, defecation barriers constipation were main related factors for qi stagnation syndrome (P <0.01). Sleep quality and poor emotional (depression and anxiety tendencies) were main related factors for blood deficiency syndrome (P <0. 01, P < 0.05). Stimulating beverages were main related factor for yin deficiency syndrome (P <0.05). Engaged in mental work and slow transit constipation were main related factors for yang deficiency syndrome (P < 0. 01, P <0. 05).

CONCLUSIONSCFC is featured as complex syndromes. The most common complex syndromes were qi deficiency complicated qi stagnation syndrome and qi deficiency complicated blood deficiency syndrome. Basic syndrome related factors such as age, engaged professionals, sleep quality, poor emotional (depression and anxiety tendencies), mental stress, interpersonal relations, work fatigue, stimulating beverage, exercise conditions, Western medicine type of constipation were associated with the distribution of CFC syndromes.

Objective To explore the causes of subclinical hypothyrodism in children and the effects of the interventional therapy with thyroixine on the course of it.Methods Two hundreds children with subclinical hypothyroidism were measured for thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),thyroid microsomal antibody(TMAb) in the blood serum,examined by colord Dopplor ultrasonic,examined by fine needle aspiraton cytology of the throid and measured the rate of 131I absorbed by thyroid in order to find out the causes of the disease.Two hundreds cases were randomly divided into two groups on the base of the cause of diseases,treatment group 100 cases and control group 100 cases.The treatment group were treated by throxine 25-75 ?g/d and the therapeutic dosage were chosen with the normal value of free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4)and high sensitive thyrotropin(sTSH) in the blood serum .After one year thyroxine therapy were stopped.Thyroid function was examined 6 months later after stopping the thyroxine.Results Among all of the causes of subclinical hypothyroidism in children,Hasgumoto′s thyroiditis accounts for 56%,simple goiter accounts for 26%,antithyroid drug accounts for 6%,the lack of thyroxine substitution therapy on the hypothyroidism accounts for 5% and undefined causes accounts for 7% .The thyroid function could keep normal for 1 year with an alternative therapy with thyroxine on subclinical hypothyroidism in children.Half a year later after stopping thyroxine,the thyroid function turned normal in most of the children.There were obvious differences in the ratio of cure and the ratio of effectiveness between treatment group and control group (t=20.2,3.2 Pa

Purpose To evaluate the expression of miR-21 in the tissues and cell lines of hepatocellular carcinoma,and to try to find its possible target genes.Methods The expression profile of miR-21 was detected in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and cell lines.Mter miR-21 inhibitor was used,the alterations in the vitality and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma cells were observed.The possible target gene of miR-21 was predicted by bioinformatics analysis.The influence of miR-21 inhibitors on the target gene activity was evaluated by dual luciferase reporting gene system.Results The expression level of miR-21 was significantly higher in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues than that in the adjacent ones (P ＜0.05).The expression level of miR-21 in hepatocellular carcinoma cells was significantly higher than that in the hepatic cells (P ＜0.01).After inhibiting miR-21,the viability and invasion ability of hepatocellular carcinoma cells were decreased (P ＜ 0.01).The expression level of programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4) in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that in the adjacent tissues (P ＜ 0.01).Its expression level in hepatocellular carcinoma cells was significantly lower than that in the hepatic cells (P ＜ 0.01).After interfering with PDCD4,the vitality and invasion ability of liver cancer cells were increased (P ＜ 0.05).Dual luciferase reporter gene assay indicated that by inhibiting miR-21,the expression level of PDCD4 was up-regulated (P ＜ 0.01).The vitality and invasion ability of liver cancer cells were reduced (P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion MiR-21 can regulate the growth and invasion of liver cancer cells through targeting PDCD4.

Hydrolytic amino acids were extracted by acid hydrolysis method, then derivatized with phenyl isothiocyanate (PITC). And the samples were analysed by HPLC on an Ultimate Prime C18 (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm) column with gradient elution of 0.1 mol x L(-1) sodium acetate buffer solution (adjusted to pH 6. 5)-acetonitrile (93:7) (A) and acetonitrile-water (8:2) (B) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL x min(-1). Column temperature was 40 degrees C and the detected wavelength was 254 nm. Amino acids derivative solution remained stable in 36 hours. The response was linear for 16 amino acids with a correlation coefficient r > 0.999 5. The average recoveries were 98.01% -101.8%. The method is reliable with good accuracy and repeatability, which is useful for the determination of amino acids in Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum.

Objective:To research the solubilization of sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin ( SEB-β-CD) on voriconazole and the sta-bility of voriconazole with different pH values. Methods:Phase-solubility diagram was applied to study the solubilization of SEB-β-CD on voriconazole. Meanwhile, the impurity of voriconazole was determined to study the stability. Results:SBE-β-CD could increase the solubility of voriconazole significantly and the apparent stability constant was similar within the pH range of 5. 0-8. 0. The stability of voriconazole was decreased with the increase of pH. Conclusion:SEB-β-CD is an ideal solubilizer for voriconazole, while the stability is influenced by pH.
