The effedt of ligustrum lucidum(LL)and acanthopanax senticosus(AS)on T cells was observed by Ea rosette formation and lymphocyte stimulation test with diff- erent experimental conditions.Both of the two drugs can promote the response of lymphocyte to PHA,but can not stimulate al one lymphocytes to proliferate.LL can raise EaRFC% of lymphocyte and accelerate the restoration of the EaRFC% of trypsin-treated lymphocytes,but AS not.AS can antagonize the inhibition of hydr- ocortisone,but LL not,In this paper,the mechanisms of the action of the two drugs were discussed.

The prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test contributes a lot to the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer (PCa) and, along with imaging-guided prostate biopsy, has improved the diagnosis rate of lower-risk PCa and the accuracy of its clinical staging. However, many questions and controversies remain as to the choice of optimal biopsy strategies. Scholars differ in views about how to utilize PCa-related biomarkers to optimize the detection of initial and repeat biopsies. This review focuses on the present status of and advances in transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy for PCa.

4.Analysis of the Causes of Subclinical Hypothyroidism in Children and the Effects of Interventional Therapy with Thyroxine on Its Course

Objective To explore the causes of subclinical hypothyrodism in children and the effects of the interventional therapy with thyroixine on the course of it.Methods Two hundreds children with subclinical hypothyroidism were measured for thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),thyroid microsomal antibody(TMAb) in the blood serum,examined by colord Dopplor ultrasonic,examined by fine needle aspiraton cytology of the throid and measured the rate of 131I absorbed by thyroid in order to find out the causes of the disease.Two hundreds cases were randomly divided into two groups on the base of the cause of diseases,treatment group 100 cases and control group 100 cases.The treatment group were treated by throxine 25-75 ?g/d and the therapeutic dosage were chosen with the normal value of free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4)and high sensitive thyrotropin(sTSH) in the blood serum .After one year thyroxine therapy were stopped.Thyroid function was examined 6 months later after stopping the thyroxine.Results Among all of the causes of subclinical hypothyroidism in children,Hasgumoto′s thyroiditis accounts for 56%,simple goiter accounts for 26%,antithyroid drug accounts for 6%,the lack of thyroxine substitution therapy on the hypothyroidism accounts for 5% and undefined causes accounts for 7% .The thyroid function could keep normal for 1 year with an alternative therapy with thyroxine on subclinical hypothyroidism in children.Half a year later after stopping thyroxine,the thyroid function turned normal in most of the children.There were obvious differences in the ratio of cure and the ratio of effectiveness between treatment group and control group (t=20.2,3.2 Pa
5.Effect of continuous quality improvement in shortening the patients’ waiting time in transfusion room

Objective To explore the effect of the continuous quality improvement ( CQI) on shortening the patients ’ waiting time and improving the satisfaction of the waiting time in transfusion room . Methods The CQI procedure including setting up CQI groups , collecting and analysis the data , analyzing the cause, setting goals, making improvement plan and implement method , evaluating effect, summarizing and formulating the consolidation measures etc were carried out , and the patients’ waiting time and the satisfaction of the waiting time in transfusion room were compared before and after the implementation of the CQI . Results The average patients’ waiting time in transfusion room was (18 ±3) min after the implementation of the CQI, and was significantly lower than (30 ±5 ) min before CQI, and the difference was statistically significant (t=20.580, P<0.05).The satisfaction of the waiting time in transfusion room was 89% after the implementation of the CQI, and was significantly higher than 65% before CQI, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =9.416, P=0.024).Conclusions The nurses find out the best way to solve the problem and strengthen the team cooperation spirit through the implementation of the CQI and the utilization of team wisdom.The nurse work flow is smoothly, and the performance evaluation mechanism is reasonable , which greatly enhance the work enthusiasm and efficiency , shorten the patients ’ waiting time, and improve the patients’ satisfaction.

Use of microbiology to deal with oil pollution is one of the most effective, the most secure and the most thorough method. Abstract: Objective To evaluate the value and significance of rifampicin-resistant real-time fluorescence quantitative nucleic acid amplification detection technology (GeneXpert MTB/RIF) in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The clinical data of 228 patients with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis, who admitted to Hebei Chest Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019, were analyzed retrospectively. The sputum was collected for GeneXpert MTB/RIF, sandwich cup liquid-based bacterial acid-fast staining smear microscopy (referred to as “sandwich cup method”) and Loop-Mediated isothermal amplification (referred to as “LAMP method”) and the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results Among the 228 patients with suspected cases, 200 cases were clinically diagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis and 28 were non-tuberculosis. The positive detection rate of GeneXpert MTB/RIF (81.0%, 162/200) was significantly higher than that of sandwich cup method (62.5%, 125/200) and LAMP method (72.5%,145/200) (χ2=16.885, 4.049, P<0.05). Taking clinical diagnosis as gold standard, the sensitivity of GeneXpert MTB/RIF (80.00%,160/200) was significantly higher than that of sandwich cup method (60.00%, 120/200) and LAMP method (70.50%, 141/200) (χ2=19.048, 4.846, P<0.05). The diagnostic consistency of GeneXpert MTB/RIF (K=0.73) was higher than that of sandwich cup method (K=0.39) and LAMP method (K=0.56). Conclusions The GeneXpert MTB/RIF detection method is rapid and simple, and can diagnose pulmonary tuberculosis rapidly and simultaneously detect rifampicin resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis with high sensitivity. It has high clinical value for early diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and guidance of treatment in general and specialized hospitals.
9.Application of electrocardiogram in predicting culprit vessels in acute inferior myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the value of electrocardiogram in predicting culprit vessels in acute inferior myocardial infarction.Methods The clinical data of 129 patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from January 2015 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were received coronary intervention treatment,and the culprit vessels were identified by coronary angiography.The culprit vessels during surgery were recorded.The preoperative electrocardio-gram of patients were analyzed,a new method for predicting culprit vessels in acute inferior myocardial infarction was established based on the previous researches,and the accuracies of the Fiol method,Tiala method,Huang's algorithm and new method in predicting the culprit vessels in acute inferior myocardial infarction were also counted.The predictive abilities of various methods on culprit vessels were evaluated using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated.Results The culprit vessels of 109 patients were the right coronary artery,16 cases were the left circumflex artery,and 4 cases were the anterior descending artery.A total of 52 patients developed clinical complications,of which the culprit vessels of 47 cases were right coronary artery and 5 cases were circumflex artery.The accuracies of the Fiol method,Tierala method,Huang's algorithm,and new method in predicting culprit vessels were 83.7%,81.4%,82.9%,and 85.3%,respectively.The ROC curve analysis showed that the Fiol method(AUC=0.941),Tierrala method(AUC= 0.945),Huang's algorithm(AUC=0.945),and new method(AUC=0.964)all had strong predictive ability for culprit vessels.Conclusion For patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction,the Fiol method,Tierala method,Huang's algorithm,and new method all have high predictive value for culprit vessels in analyzing the preoperative electrocardiogram,and the new method has a higher predictive value.
