Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(1):45-46
[Objective] To sum up the clinical efficiency of Qianyang Fengsui Pil (suppress Yang and seal marrow)Pil (hereafter cal ed Pil ). [Method] By introducing medicine composition, functions and indications, it enumerates 3 cases to analyze the clinical application of the Pil . [Result] The Pil is the mostly recommended by vulcans, with function of inducing Qi to kidney and fire to the root.[Conclusion] The Pil has good clinical cure effect on the diseases of fire not returning to the origin and deficient Yang come-up, worth wide application.

11.0 mmol/L).Perioperative decontamination in digestive tract was a protective factor in the prevention of bacterial infection. Conclusion Bacterial infection is one of the most severe complications after OLT.Therefore,it is very important to remove those risk factors, make early diag- nosis and take effective treatment.

OBJECTIVETo compare clinical outcomes of locking plate for proximal humeral fracture whether application of inferomedial screws.
METHODSFrom January 2012 to July 2013, 46 patients with proximal humeral fracture underwent locking plates were retrospectively analyzed. There were 25 males and 21 females aged from 29 to 80 years old with an average of 55.1 years old. Among them, 25 patients were treated with inferomedial screws (support group), including 13 males and 12 females aged from 38 to 80 years old with an average of (55.8 ± 11.8) years old; 8 cases were part two fracture,10 cases were part three fracture and 7 cases were part four fracture according to Neer classification. Twenty-one patients were treated without inferomedial screws (non-support group), including 12 males and 9 females aged from 29 to 79 years old with an average of (54.2 ± 14.8)years old; 6 cases were part two fracture, 9 cases were part three fracture and 6 cases were part four fracture according to Neer classification. Operative time, fracture healing time and complications were observed and compared, Neer scoring of shoulder joint were used to evaluate clinical effect.
RESULTSAll patients were followed up from 12 to 41 months with an average of 15.6 months. Operative time and fracture healing time in support group was (1.6 ± 0.4) h and (3.0 ± 0.6) months, and (1.5 ± 0.4) h and (3.1 ± 0.6) months in non-support group, while there was no statistical difference in operative time and fracture healing time between two groups. There was significant differences in Neer score between support group (89.7± 4.9) and non-support group (83.1 ± 7.1). No complication occurred in support group, while 4 cases occurred complications in non-support group.
CONCLUSIONLocking plate with inferomedial screws for proximal humeral fracture has advantages of stable fixation, less complications, quick recovery of function and satisfied clinical effect.

7.The Experimental Studies On the Promoting Effect of Ligustrum Lucidum and Acanthopanax Senticosus on T Cell
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(02):-
The effedt of ligustrum lucidum(LL)and acanthopanax senticosus(AS)on T cells was observed by Ea rosette formation and lymphocyte stimulation test with diff- erent experimental conditions. Both of the two drugs can promote the response of lymphocyte to PHA,but can not stimulate al one lymphocytes to proliferate.LL can raise EaRFC% of lymphocyte and accelerate the restoration of the EaRFC% of trypsin-treated lymphocytes, but AS not.AS can antagonize the inhibition of hydr- ocortisone, but LL not,In this paper, the mechanisms of the action of the two drugs were discussed.

Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(4):307-310
Janus kinase 2,myeloproliferative leukemia virus and tet encogene family member2 mutations affect a variety of cytokines signal transduction pathway in BCR/ABL-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN). In the influence of mutation load,co-mutation and genetic susceptibility, these mutations can induce different MPN phenotypes, and affect the characteristics of patients, the distribution of peripheral blood cells and prognosis. But how these mutations contribute to disease initiation, development, and transformation needs further reseach.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(3):272-276
The prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test contributes a lot to the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer (PCa) and, along with imaging-guided prostate biopsy, has improved the diagnosis rate of lower-risk PCa and the accuracy of its clinical staging. However, many questions and controversies remain as to the choice of optimal biopsy strategies. Scholars differ in views about how to utilize PCa-related biomarkers to optimize the detection of initial and repeat biopsies. This review focuses on the present status of and advances in transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy for PCa.
