1.Chinese Version of Nolen-Hoeksema Ruminative Responses Scale (RRS) Used in 912 College Students:Reliability and Validity
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2006;0(05):-
Objective: To explore the reliability and validity of Ruminative Responses Scale in Chinese version. Methods: A total of 912 Chinese college students completed the RRS. Results: All the indexes of confirmatory analysis including ?2、RMSEA、GFI、AGFI、NNFI、CFI、IFI met the requirements of psychological assessment. The ? coefficients of the scale and subscales and test -retest reliabilities were over 0.63. There was gender difference in rumination level. Conclusion: RRS is appropriate for the assessment of rumination in Chinese colleges.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(11):-
Human FceR I a subunit extracellular domain was cloned and expressed with 2 different expressing systems and Dot blot was used to detect its biological activity to bind with IgE,providing reference for binding mechanism of human FceR I a subunit extracellular domain with IgE. It was shown that FceR I a subunit extracellular domain from pBAD/g I A expressing system could bind with IgE, but the one from PQE30 expressing system could not bind with IgE. It is suggested that FceR I a subunit extracellular domain alone is sufficient to bind with IgE without P and Y subunit. The proper space configuration and disulfide bond of FceR I a subunit is necessary for binding with IgE, but its glycosylation is unnecessary.

Objective To determine the surface expression of Fas Ag on RBL 2H3 and its function. Methods RT PCR and Western blot were used to detect the transfection and expression of Fas in RBL 2H3. Surface expression of Fas Ag was studied by immunochemistry. Apoptosis changes following treatment with anti Fas antibody were analyzed using flow cytometic analysis with annexinⅤ. Results It was successful in amplifying gene of rat Fas Ag, and a band of 32kD was detected by Western blot. The Fas Ag expression on the surface of RBL 2H3 by immunochemistry. RBL 2H3 exhibited apoptosis in response to anti Fas treatment. Conclusion Induction of rat mast cell apoptosis by activation of the Fas pathway provide the mechanism by which the number of mast cells may be regulated in the potential therapeutic strategy for anaphylactic diseases

Object To study the ultrastructure destruction of plants in the process of microwave assisted solvent extracion and its mechanism. Methods Cell structures of fresh leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. were observed by transmission electron microscpoe. Results The cell structure changed when the leaves were under microwave radiation or soaked by solvents or heated, such as plasmoysis, destruction of cell organellaes, disappearance of starch grain and so on, while the cell wall was not broken both in microwave assisted solvent extraction and in traditional heating extraction. Conclusion Microwave radiation could lead to the relaxation of the cell structures, but not be enough to make the cell wall broken.

The quality and integrity of clinical trials and associated data are not only derived from accuracy of trial data analyses, but also closely embodied to the authenticity and integrity of those data and data documents as well as the compliant procedures obtaining those data and relevant files in the life cycle of clinical trials. The compliances of good clinical practices and standards suggest the reliability, complete and accuracy of data and data documents, which is constructing the convincible foundation of drug efficacy and safety validated via clinical trials. Therefore, the monitoring and auditing on clinical trials and associated data quality keep eyes on not only verifications of reliability and correctness on the data analytic outcomes, but also validation of science and compliance of the trial management procedure and documentations in the process of data collections.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the prevalence and subtype distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and its correlation with age among women in Beijing urban area, and provide some epidemiological evidence for the clinical application of HPV vaccines.
METHODSWe collected cervical specimens from 1999 women in the Outpatient Department of our hospital, performed genetyping of HPV-DNA, and analyzed the incidence of HPV infection in different age groups.
RESULTSHPV infection was detected in 502 (25.2%) of the 1999 women patients, with 391 (19.6%) cases of high-risk HPV, which included 326 (83.4%, 326/391) cases of single infection. HPV-16 was the most common type (21.2%, 69/326), followed by HPV-52 (19.3%, 63/326) and HPV-58 (16.0%, 52/326). The prevalence of HPV infection was the highest among the women aged 41 -50 years and the lowest among those over 60 years.
CONCLUSIONThe subtype- and age-specific distribution of HPV infection among women in Beijing urban area shows an obvious heterogeneity, which deserves due consideration in the clinical application of HPV vaccines.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the effect of cobalt chloride on tumor cell proliferation and apoptosis in vitro, to explore the reasonable strategy of chemical hypoxia induced by CoCl2. Methods Two tumor cell lines (A549 and HeLa) were respectively exposed to CoCl2(0.05~2 mmol/L) for different time period (4~48 h), cells viability、proliferation and apoptosis were maesured by MTT and FCM methods. HIF-1? and related apoptosis proteins expression were detected by Western blot. Results Cells viability was weakly changed in low concentration(≤200 ?mol/L)of CoCl2 within 24 h. However, higher dose or prolonged challenge of CoCl2 significantly decreased cell survival rate (P
