This paper introduced the application and effects of mobile operating room nursing information management system (MORNIMS) in the operating room. The MORNIMS was designed by operating room and information center based on the Enterprises Digital Assistant (EDA) and was applied in the operating room for two years. Its application significantly improved work efficiency, optimized the work flow, reduced nursing mistakes, enhanced the retrospective quality monitoring of sterile materials, and realized information management in the operating room.

Objective To investigate better heating and thermal insulation methods of enteral nutrition solution by comparing different thermal insulation devices. Methods A total of 90 patients with continuous enteral nutrition support, in accordance with the random number table, were divided into 3 groups. Enteral nutrition solution was heated by three different methods. It included the heating infusion thermostat, the heating nutrition pump and the heating special insulation using medical liquid bag device, and to comparatively observe the temperature of nutrition solution of three groups in the nasal feeding tube before infusion finish, in addition, to comparatively observe adverse reaction in course of enteral nutrition support and calculate the cost of heating device. Results The percentage of nutrition solution with temperature during 35-40 ℃, the incidence rate of adverse reaction and the cost of heating device in the heating special insulation using medical liquid bag device was 100.00%( 30/30), 6.67%(2/30) and 1837.23 yuan while the heating infusion thermostat was 73.33%( 22/30), 33.33%(10/30) and 2079.46 yuan, and the heating nutrition pump was 0, 26.67% (8/30) and 2007.05 yuan. The difference among three heating devices was statistically significant (Z=48.50, P =0.000; χ2=6.69, P=0.038; F=17.87, P=0.000). Conclusions The heating special insulation using medical liquid bag device is good insulation effect, low cost and easy to handle, and is worth being popularized.

Objective To explore the application effect of SmartTrack Traceability Management System in operation room and the sterilization supply center in our hospital .Methods The smarttrack traceability management system was used in Zhejiang Provincial People′s Hospital on November 16th, 2015, and combined with quick response code (QRC) technique and the artificial intelligence (AI) voice guide, the System had been used in the instruments sterilization , disposable medical consumables management , items sending and receiving, and the achievements of working personnel , etc.Incomplete recycling rate of instruments , packaging miss, labels error, instrument management and satisfaction degree of working staff were compared . Results Before using the system , the incomplete recycling rate of instruments was 4.0%, the packaging miss rate was 2.5%, and the incorrect rate of the labeling was 3.5%; after using the system , they were all significantly reduced ( P<0.05 ) .The average checking time of per-package was ( 6.10 ±0.35 ) s, and it decreased to (0.10±0.13) s after using the system (t=276.00,P<0.01).Employee satisfaction before and after the use of system were 98.6%and 99.3%( P>0.05) .Conclusions The tracking system realizes quickly trace management , and provides a strong guarantee for the security work of operation room and sterilization supply center.

Objective To explore the application effect of cross-team scenario simulation exercise in the training of fire emergency plan in operating room. Methods Totally 48 nurses,16 anesthetists and 16 workmates in operating room of Zhejiang Provincial People′s Hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected and divided into eight groups. The training of fire emergency plan in operating room was carried out with the method of scenario simulation exercise. The system of exercise contained three phases. The first phase was the theoretical study;the second phase was a teaching of centralized operation exercise;the third phase was the exercise in groups according to the design of simulation scenarios. The score was evaluated according to the method of subjective comment with over 80 points as the qualified, and below 79 points as the unqualified. At the same time, the time of completing the process before and after the exercise was recorded. Results The mean score of exercise examination was (88.75±4.23) points among eight groups with six groups whose scores were more than 90 points. When the small fire in operating room could be put out within three minutes by themselves, the time from the occurrence of fire to the restart of surgery after training (428.8±19.1) s was less than that (605.0±17.9) s before training with a significant difference (P<0.05). When the big fire in operating room could not be put out within three minutes by themselves, the time of retreat after training (44.6±4.2) s was less than that (71.0±6.4) s before training with a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions The cross-team scenario simulation exercise can improve the mastery level of fire emergency plan in operating room of operating room members. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
