AIM: To explore the appearent partition coefficient of flavonoids from Hawthorn leaf in phospholids complex. METHODS: With the aid of the shake-flask method,The contents of rhamnosylvitexin,rutin and quercetin were determined by HPLC and apparent partition coefficient in the system of n-octyl alcohol and water of each ingredient in the physical mixture of Hawthorn leaf flavonoids and phospholipids,Hawthorn leaf flavonoids and its phospholipids complex were calculated respectively. RESULTS: Apparent partition coefficient of rhamnosylvitexin and rutin and quercetin in phospholipids complex were enhanced comparing with both in Hawthorn leaf flavonoids and the physical mixture of Hawthorn leaf flavonoids and phospholipids. CONCLUSION: Phospholipid complex may be an effective carrier to elevate the oral bioavailability of total flavonoids from effective fraction of Hawthorn leaf.

AIM:To establish the assay method of Nobiliside-A,an anticancer active component in sea cucumber,by HPLC. METHODS:Comparative experiment was carried out between different detector and different chromatographic column and different mobile phase,at last a HPLC-ELSD method was determined,and linear range,precision and stability were studied. RESULTS:ELSD detector and Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18) column were used,mobile phase was methonal:0.5%HAC(78(∶)22),the natural logarithm of content of Nobiliside-A and the natural logarithm of the peak area were linear in the range of 0.273～4.24 ?g(r=(0.999 5)),stability and precision within day and between day were satisfied. CONCLUSION:The experiment has provided a rapid and precise method for determining the content of Nobiliside-A.

PRL-3, belonging to the family of protein tyrosine phosphatase, has been found to be high expressed in colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, ovarian cancer and melanoma.It also has been reported that PRL-3 plays an important role in the progression of tumor.With the distinction of PRL-3 in tumor progression, especially in the metastatic tumor, there are more and more researches about the regulating mechanism of PRL-3.This paper reviews the development of signaling pathway of PRL-3.

Objective To observe the clinical effects and complications of coronary intervention through radial artery and femoral artery.Methods A hundred and sixty patients received coronary intervention treatment or coronary angiogram in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from March 2010 to March 2015 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into radial artery puncture group (n =80),who received radial artery puncture and femoral artery puncture group (n =80) who received femoral artery puncture.The general date such as puncture time,intervention success rate,time in bed,postpuncture compression time and complications such as postoperative bleeding,arterial occlusion and postoperative untoward reactions were recorded and compared.Results The intervention success rate of radial artery puncture group was 90.0％ lower than that of femoral artery puncture group (97.5％),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The puncture time,postpuncture compression time,time in bed and hospital stays of radial artery puncture group were significantly shorter than those of femoral artery puncture group (P ＜0.01).As for complications,the incidences of postpuncture bleeding and vagus nerve reflex in radial artery puncture group were significantly lower than that in femoral artery puncture group (P＜0.05).As for postoperative untoward reactions,the incidences of irritable and insomnia,uroschesis,pain caused by puncture,local skin injure,back pain in radial artery puncture group were significantly lower than those in femoral artery puncture group (P＜0.01).Conclusion With the advantages of mini-invasion,such as shorter time in bed and hospital stays,lower complications and untoward reactions rates,coronary intervention through radial artery is worth of clinical application.

BACKGROUND:The lumbar interspinous device, as a kind of non-fusion technology has been extensively applied in the clinic and exerts superiority in biomechanics compared with the traditional fusion technology. With the development of prosthesis design and impanation technology, it reveals a better application prospect. OBJECTIVE:To review the biomechanics and finite element analysis of lumbar interspinous devices. METHODS:The first author retrieved the databases of CNKI, WanFang, PubMed and SpringerLink using the keywords of“lumbar spine, interspinous devices, biomechanics, finite element analysis”in Chinese and English, respectively. Researches related to the biomechanics and finite element analysis of lumbar interspinous devices were included and repeated researches were excluded. A total of 44 literatures were enrol ed for review, including 8 Chinese and 36 English literatures. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) Biomechanical y, several interpinous devices, which are commonly used in the clinic, can increase the stability of the implanted segment in sagittal alignment by limiting the range of flexion-extension, with no significant change in lateral bending and axial rotation. (2) Few studies analyze the influence of the implant size and placement on the implanted segment and on the adjacent segments. (3) Through the stress nephogram, three-dimension finite element analysis can intuitively analyze the changes of the stress distribution in the intervertebral disc, isthmus and facet joints before and after implantation. Both biomechanical studies and finite element analysis indicate that interspinous devices can share the load of the disc and facet joints, and at the same time, make no effect on the range of motion and stress of the adjacent segment. (4) In conclusion, the short-term biomechanical advantage of the interspinous devices is obvious, but further studies are needed. The finite element analysis can simulate different body physical environment, and can analyze mechanical distribution changes after implantation, which is an effective way to evaluate the mechanical mechanism of the interspinous devices.

Objective To optimize the formulation of self-microemulsifying drug delivery systems containing tanshinone ⅡA(tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS) and assess the quality of tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS. Methods Pseudoternary phase diagrams were used to choose the oil,emulsifier,co-emulsifier,and their proportion in the formulation on the basis of the ability to form emulsions and regions. Then the self-emulsifying time,droplet and morphology,size distribution,?-potential,stability,and other aspects of the quality were evaluated. Results The formulation of tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS was as follows:ethyl oleate-Labrasol-PEG 400=10%:45%:45%,drug loading ratio was 2.25 mg/g. The self-microemulsifying time of tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS in 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution was less than 1 min,the emulsion drops were spherical shape with average particle size of (84.9?2.1) nm and the average ?-potential (-24.0?1.15) mV (n=3). So tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS was stable. Conclusion In this paper,the tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS has a good self-emulsifying performance. It is expected to further stabilize the preparation of tanshinone ⅡA self-microemulsifying agents.

Objective To explore the significance and value of Kisspeptin in the diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation for idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP) in girls.Methods Twenty-four girls with ICPP and 21 girls with premature thelarche(PT) who were hospitalized in the Children's Hospital of Jiangxi Province from Jun.2012 to Jan.2013 were selected as ICPP group and PT group,and 25 healthy girls were selected as healthy control group.The coagulation vein blood in ICPP girls before treatment and after 6 months treatment and PT girls and healthy girls were collected,and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the plasma Kisspeptin level,and t test was used to analyze the differences among the 4 groups.Results The Kisspeptin level of girls with ICPP [(1.80 ± 0.13) μg/L]was apparently higher than that of PT groups [(1.41 ± 0.10) μg/L] and healthy control group[(1.39 ± 0.13) μg/L],and the differences were statistically significant (t =10.974,14.787,all P =0.000).However,the difference of Kisspeptin between PT group and healthy control group was not statistically significant(t =10.970,P =0.095).In addition,the Kisspeptin level of ICPP girls who undewent 6-month treatment [(1.49 ± 0.15) μg/L] was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (t =10.80,P ＜ 0.05) ;but,compared with PT group and healthy control group,there was no significant difference (t =6.32,P =0.060 ; t =7.44,P =0.214).Conclusions Kisspeptin level is related with pubertal development,and it can be used as an important evidence in ICPP diagnosis and an important parameter in ICPP therapeutic evaluation.

AIM:To develop a method for determining cholic acid by HPLC-ELSD and GC was applied to determing muscone;in Jawei Xihuang Soft Capsule(Calculus Bovis,Moschus,Venenum Bufonis,Olibanum,Myrrha).METHODS:AC_(18) column(Kromasil C_(18),5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)was used as stationary phase,the mobile phase was methanol-0.01% glacial acetic acid(73:21)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The parameters of ELSD were set as follows:evaporation temperature was 40℃,carrier gas(N_2)pressure was 200 kPa.The GC system consisted of DB-1 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm)and FID as the detector.The programmed temperature-GC and internal standard method were employed to determine the content of muscone.RESULTS:The linear ranges of cholic acid and muscone were in the range of 45.2 ng-904 ng and 0.05 mg/mL-0.5 mg/mL respectively.The average recoveries were 99.06% and 99.40% with RSD of 1.56% and 0.95% respectively.CONCLUSION:The method is convenient and accurate,and it can be used for the quality evaluation of Jawei Xihuang Soft Capsule.
