Objective To explore the feasibility of nasolabial fold wrapped perforator flap in repairing pinna defects to produce the relative perfect appearance.Methods We treated 10 cases of pinna nasi defects by the nasolabial fold wrapped perforator flap.We examined the blood vessel distribution and exit of the blood vessel before surgery,and designed the nasolabial fold wrapped perforator flap according to the pinna defects.The flap with reasonable thickness was able to repair the both sides of defect after being cut properly.Meanwhile,the flap could be folded to form a local flap covered or lined with skin,and rotately transfered to repair nasal alar defect.Results All the flaps survived with incisions of donor sites healed primarily.Following up for 4 to 24 months showed that the color,texture and thickness of the flaps were similar to those of recipient sites.The scar in donor site was concealed and not obvious.Those cases who kept neurocutaneous branch had good sense.Satisfactory appearance was received without secondary repair.Conclusions The nasolabial fold wrapped perforator flap has abundant blood circulation and easily survives.It can also afford ample tissues to repair major area of pinna nasi defects,The blood vessel peduncle is too long to be survived easily.And the donor has not clear scar.Second reconstruction can be avoided in this procedure.The nasolabial fold wrapped perforator flap is one of the best choices to repair pinna defects.

Carcinoid tumors are relatively rare neuroendocrine malignancies most commonly originating from enterochromaffin cells in the gastrointestinal tract.Carcinoid syndrome occurs when tumor cells metastasize to the liver,as the vasoactive substances produced are able to reach the systemic circulation via the hepatic vein.The development of carcinoid heart disease (CHD) is thought to be related to the vasoactive substances secreted by the metastatic tumor cells in the liver,reaching the right heart.This is associated with deposition of fibrous tissue on the endocardial surfaces of the heart.Several series have reported CHD in up to 70% of cases of carcinoid syndrome.Somatostatin analogue use is a therapeutic cornerstone,effective in symptomatic control of the endocrine syndrome.In patients with severe cardiac involvement and well-controlled systemic disease,valve replacement surgery is an effective treatment modality that can relieve intractable symptoms and contribute to improved outcome.

The inner structure and operating principle of non-contact magneto potentiometer are described. The noncontact magneto potentiometer is one of the main parts of the electrocardiographic magnetic sensing position feedback recorder, which is important for the electrocardiograph to operate normally. If magneto potentiometer has any problem, it will result in some faults. Based on the analysis about the common faults, static method and dynamic method are provided. At last, some suggestions and reference are presented for detection and maintenance.

AIM: To explore the effects in different dosage of ketamine on the expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in medial septal nuclei (MS) and vertical diagonal band (VDB) of rats. METHODS: 40 SD rats were randomized into normal control group,normal saline(NS) group, low, middle and high dosage of ketamine(25,50,100 mg?kg~ -1 ,ip) group.Each group was maintained intraperitoneally by given daily dosage once a day for a period up to 7 days. That was done at 2100 hour each night, and by 2 h of the last administration, poured, fixed and sliced were carried out. Method of nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPH-d) was used to show the expression of NOS in MS and VDB pars dorsalis and ventro. Objective To investigate the technical characteristics and clinical feasibility of 2 implant supported immediate loading mandibular implant complete denture by linear occlusion.Methods40 cases of edentulous patients in the fifth people's hospital of yuhang district hangzhou from January 2011 to January 2017 were selected, these patients were divided into 2 implants supported immediate loading implant supported mandibular complete overdenture group (immediate loading implant group, n=20) and conventional complete denture repair group (n=20) two groups according to the treatment methods, the planting denture satisfactions, body marginal bone resorption, complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe planting retention function, masticatory function, language function, comfort scores of the immediate loading implant group were significantly higher,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05), the bone resorption was significantly lower,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05), the incidence of complications 10% (2/20) was significantly lower than the conventional complete denture repair group 40% (8/20).there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical feasibility of 2 implant supported immediate loading mandibular implant complete denture by linear occlusion is higher than conventional complete denture repair.

This paper reported that bronchial artery embolization(BAE)had been used to treat 35 non tumorous patients who suffered from recurrent hemoptysis or acute severe hemoptysis after the given medical treatment was proved uneffective in 35 patients,7 patients had recurrent hemoptysis during 1.5～19 months postoperatively and were treated by BAE again,and there was no recurrence of hemoptysis during 7～34 months follow-up.Therefore, the authors considered that repeated BAE was still effective in treating recurrent hemoptysis.

Objective To explore the protective role and mechanisms of glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1) on advanced oxidation protein products (AOPPs)-induced apoptosis of cardiomyocytes. Methods The H9C2 cells were selected in this study and divided into blank control group,RSA control group,and groups treated with indicated concentrations of AOPPs with or without GLP-1,and AOPPs +GLP-1+LY294002 for 24 hours respectively. Cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay. The ROS level was detected by DCFH-DA fluorescent probe. The cell apoptosis was tested by fluorescent staining and flow cytometry. The expression of p-Akt,p-Bad,Bcl-2,Bax,and active-caspase-3 proteins were evaluated by Western blot. Results GLP-1 attenuated AOPPs-induced cytotoxicity[(0.929±0.083) vs (1.409±0.099),P<0.01],decreased AOPPs-induced ROS[(47.817±0.878)% vs (25.413±2.597)%,P<0.01] and apoptosis[(15.773±3.130)% vs (9.715±0.757)%,P<0.01]. GLP-1 improved AOPPs-induced phosphorylation of Akt and Bad,increased the expression of Bcl-2,and decreased the expression of Bax and the activation of caspase-3. Conclusion GLP-1 protects cardiomyocytes against AOPP-induced apoptosis,predominantly via the PI3K/Akt/Bad pathway.

Objective:To study the relationship between the dose of active DNA and the induction of SLE-like syndrome.Methods: DNA from extracted ConA-activated spleen lymphocytes and immunized syngenic mice with different quantities of active DNA, the anti-dsDNA antibodies and anti-histone antibodies as well as the antibody subclass were detected by ELISA.The patterns of antinuclear antibodies and immune complexes in glomeruli were observed by immunofluorescent-stain. Results: 10 pig active DNA could induce all the animal to produce anti-dsDNA and anti-histone antibodies,and the induced autoann'bodies were mainly IgGl type.Only 25%animals produced autoantibodies immunized by 5 fjig active DNA. Conclusion:The minimum dose of active DNA to induce SLE-like syndrome was 10 ^tg,and it predominantly evoked the humoral response.
