To investigate the mechanism of Xiefei Dingchuan injection (XFDCI,泻肺定喘注射液) in treating pulmonary hypertension by means of measuring the activity of Ca2＋Mg2＋ ATPase and Na＋K＋ATPase of red blood cell(RBC) membrane.Methods:The pulmonary hypertension models induced by monocrotaline in 18 rats were established then treated with XFDCI.Using cardiac catheter and chromatometry respectively the pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) and the activities of Ca2＋Mg2＋ATPase and Na＋K＋ATPase of RBC membrane were measured.Results:The activities of Ca2＋Mg2＋ATPase and Na＋K＋ATPase of RBC membrane in XFDCI group were obviously higher than those in pulmonary hypertension group.Conclusions:XFDCI is able to reduce the pulmonary hypertension and its mechanisms may be related to increasing the activities of Ca2＋Mg2＋ATPase and Na＋K＋ATPase of RBC membrane.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of the ultrasonography in greater omentum lesions.Methods The ultrasonic findings in 33 patients with greater omentum lesions were compared with the pat hological result of operation,celioscope or ascites cytology.Results The lesions in 27 of 33 patients(81.8%)were localed within the treater omemurn,and pathological changes of 26/33(78.8%)were found by ultrasonography.These greater omentum lesions appeared as characteristics of thickened,shifted and peculiar-echo.Conclusion The lOcation and pathological nature of the primary affection can be approximately estinlated according to the localizatiOn and sonographic appearance of the greater omentum by experienced physicians.

Objective To compare the effects of butorphanol,midazolam and innovar on relieving appendix traction response during appendectomy. Methods Sixty-eight patients who underwent appendectomy were randomly divided into butorphanol group(n=21),midazolam group(n=23) and innovar group(n=24).Butorphanol,midazolam and innovar were intravenously administered to patients during skin incision.The appendix traction response,sedation score,heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP) and pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2) were recorded and compared among groups.Results Compared with those before operation,there was no significant changes in HR,MAP and SpO2 during operation.The effective rates of butorphanol,midazolam and innovar in relieving appendix traction response were 95.2%,65.2% and 50.0%,respectively.Butorphanol surpassed midazolam and innovar in sedation and relieving appendix traction response(P

The efficacy of injecting sclerosing agent next to transverse process of cervical vertebra to induce vertebral artery type of cervical syndrome (CSA) was observed. Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: the model group and the control group. The rabbits in the model group were injected with sclerosing agent next to transverse process of cervical vertebray, on the contrary, the rabbits in the control group were injected with nothing. Transcranial Doppler (TCD) was used to detect the average speed of blood (Vm), pulsatility index (Pi) and the resistant index (Ri) of the vertebral artery, hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining was used to observe the morphological changes, and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of alpha-smooth muscle actin (alpha-SMA) and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2). TCD showed increased Pi, Ri and decreased Vm in the model group (P<0.05) compared with the control group. HE staining revealed hyperplasia and hypertrophied smooth muscle cells in the model group (P<0.05). Immunohistochemistry displayed up-regulation of alpha-SMA and MMP-2 in the model group (P<0.05). It was concluded that injecting sclerosing agent next to transverse process of cervical vertebra induces remodeling of vertebral artery in rabbits, suggesting it is a practical method to establish CSA animal model.

Objective To discuss the clinical applied value of MSCT MPR in displaying the relation between periampullary diverticula(PAD) and pancreaticobiliary duct.Methods There were 32 patients with PAD found through the volume scans by MSCT, and proved by endosope or GI. The axial source images after being reconstructed were transmitted to Vitrea workstation for observation, and the images which were valid to show the relation between PAD and pancreaticobiliary duct were get.Results In 32 patient,34 PADs were found,22PADs located above the papilla , 7 located in the neck edge of diverticula , 4 were papilla in diverticula and 1 located below papilla .Conclusion MPR can clearly display PAD and pancreaticobiliary duct, their relation and pancreaticobiliary disease.

Objective To observe the efficacy and effect on cerebral vascular reserve and serum hs-CRP of Xueshuantong combined with butylphthalide in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 140 cases with ACI in Huzhou Central Hospital from August 2015 to July 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group with 70 cases in each group, according to the order of single and double number.The control group was treated with routine western medicine while giving butylphthalide , and the observation group was given Xueshuantong on the basis of the control group.After two weeks of treatment, the efficacy and CVR, BHI and hs-CRP levels were observed.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%, and the control group was 81.43%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.080, P<0.05), there was significant differences of CVR, BHI between two groups (Fgroup =5.534, 4.608, P<0.05), the CVR and BHI increased gradually with time (Ftime =11.325, 9.432, P<0.05), the rised amplitude in observation group was higher than the control group (Finteraction =5.742, 5.016, P<0.05), there were significant differences in the levels of hs-CRP between two groups (Fgroup =7.421, P<0.05), and hs-CRP decreased gradually with time (Ftime =10.185, P<0.05), the decrease of observation group was larger than that of control group(Finteraction =4.824, P<0.05).Conclusion Xueshitong combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of ACI is effective , can better improve cerebral vascular reserve capacity and inhibition of inflammatory response, better than the single use of butylphthalide.

Objective To investigate and observe the influence degree of continue nursing for the self -effi-cacy and compliance of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the research subjects,and 90 cases were divided into control group(conventional nursing of coronary heart disease group) 45 cases and observation group(continue nursing group) 45 cases by the method of random number table.Then,the self -efficacy,treatment compliance and satisfaction degree for the nursing of the two groups before the nursing and at first,second and fourth week after the nursing were compared.Results The self -efficacy and treatment compliance of the two groups before the nursing had no significant differences (all P >0.05),while the very high rates of the observation group's self -efficacy at first,second and fourth week after the nursing were 40.00%, 57.78% and 77.78% respectively,the higher rates of treatment compliance were 64.44%,84.44% and 97.78%respectively,the total satisfaction rates for the nursing were 97.78%,100.00%,100.00% respectively,which were all higher than those of the control group(all P <0.05),the differences were significant.Conclusion The influence of continue nursing for the self -efficacy and compliance of patients with coronary heart disease are more active,and it is more definitely to the patients,so the nursing mode is more suitable to patients with coronary heart disease.
