Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2005;0(09):-
Objective To analyze the pathogeny of acute respiration failure after kidney transplantation on early period and discuss the clinical value of mechanical ventilation. Methods A total of 16 cases of acute respiration failure after kidney transplantation on early period were studied retrospectively. Results The main causes were acute pulmonary edema caused by heart failure and serious pneumonia; patients were divided into two groups according to pathogeny: heart failure group (n=8) and non-heart failure group (n=8). It was found that the patients in heart failure group were older, preoperative blood pressure higher, dialysis duration longer, acute respiratory failure occurred earlier and mechanical ventilation time shorter than in non-heart failure group. The mechanical ventilation could raise oxygen pressure in artery blood and correct hypoxemia quickly. The mechanical ventilation could keep oxygen pressure in artery blood on the ideal level. Conclusion The pathogeny of acute respiration failure after kidney transplantation on early period included acute pulmonary edema caused by heart function failure and serious pneumonia; the mechanical ventilation was important to treat patient with acute respiration failure after kidney transplantation on early period because it could ensure oxygen pressure in artery blood in order to win time to cure heart failure and serious pneumonia. Also, the mechanical ventilation could improve prognosis of the patients.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(03):-
Objective:To determine the CD 30 expression in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS).Methods:The double immunofluorescence technique and flow cytometry were used. Results:There is no significant difference among the three groups of HFRS patients on the CD + 4CD - 30 T lymphocyte subset. While the CD + 4CD + 30 T cells increase and the difference between severe group and mild-moderate group is very significant(P

China Pharmacy 2007;0(31):-
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the quality of Gentiana scabra in Qingre jiedu oral solution. METHODS: HPLC method was established to determine the content of gentiamarin in the oral solution. 299 batches of Qingre jiedu oral solution in circulation were measured and evaluated. RESULTS: Developed HPLC method is simple and reliable. The quality of Qingre jiedu oral solution in circulation is not satisfied. CONCLUSION: Great importance should be attached to the manufacture procedures monitoring of Qingre jiedu oral solution and quality control of G. scabra.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(09):-
Objective Hotelling T2 Test was used to analyze the effect of sibutramine and to provide some information for new drug's exploration. Method Fifty-five patients with body mass index (BMI) over 25kg/m2 were selected according to generally accepted including and excluding criteria. The subjects were divided into 2 groups randomly. Control group was given placebo, and the experimental group were given sibutramine. Biological and biochemical indexes were examined pre-,during and post- clinical trial. Hotelling T2 test was used to compare the index mean vector of different phases. Results There were significant statistical differences between the two groups. (P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
To evaluate the effects of combined therapy of rhIL 11 and rhG CSF on monkeys irradiated with 8 0 Gy 60 Co ? ray. Animals were divided into control ( n =4) and rhIL 11+rhG CSF treatment group ( n =4). After irradiation the control was given no treatment, while the treatment group was given rhIL 11 50?g/(kg.d)+rhG CSF 10?g/(kg.d) and other symptomatic supportive treatment whenever needed. The results showed that all animals underwent nausea, diarrhea and fever. After irradiation, all blood cells in peripheral blood of the animals declined in quantity rapidly. Animals of the control died of hemorrhage and infection. Their mean surviving time after ? ray exposure was 18 2 days. Aninals of the treatment group all survived on the 45th day after exposure. Their peripheral blood cell counts recovered to near baseline level. Histopathological observation revealed that bone marrow cells of treated animals proliferated actively. The results suggested that a combination of rhIL 11 and rhG CSF treatment was significantly effective in extremely severe hematopoietic acute radiation sickness.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2001;5(9):32-33
Objectiye To investigate the relationship between dementia degree of multi - infarct dementia(MID)and CT findiugs. MethodThe volume and location of focal lesion as well as the presence of cerebral atrophy in 44 MID patents with mild dementia, 40 MID patients withmoderate dementia, 38 MID patients with severe dementia were compared. Result The volume of focal lesion correlated with dementia degreeof MID. The bigger the volume was, the heavier the dementia was. The cerebral atropohy was heavier in patients with severe dementia than thatin patients with other dementia. Dementia degree of MID should no correlation with the location of focal lesion. Conclusion The volume andcerebral atrophy were important the factor for determing dementia degree of MID.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of related substances in Thioctic acid injection. METH-ODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 with mobile phase A of 0.005 mol/L potassium dehydroge-nate phosphate solution(adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH 3.0 to 3.1)and B of methanol:aoetonitrile(1∶1,V/V)(gradient elu-tion) at a flow rate of 1.2 ml/min;detection wavelength was 215 nm,column temperature was 35 ℃,and the injection volume was 20 μl. RESULTS:Under the established chromatographic conditions, thioctic acid with impurities and its degradation products were well separated;the linear range of thioctic acid was 0.828-52.992 μg/ml(r=0.999 9);RSDs of precision and stability tests were lower than 3%;recovery of impurity A was 98.45%-105.73%(RSD=2.41%,n=9);the largest single impurity content in mass fraction was 0.152%-0.189%,the total impurity content in mass fraction was 0.487%-0.516%. CONCLUSIONS:The meth-od is simple, accurate, specific and sensitivity, and can be used to determine the related substances of the Thioctic acid injection.
