Although under the aegis of severe supervision and punishment by the central administrators and the subordinates, cheating in college entrance examination is still a common phenomenon.Why?Economists attribute it to the game between risks and profits.Sociologists have different idea that cheating results from the prevailing disordered values.Educationists consider it to be the consequence of present education alienation.The purpose of adapting aspects of multi-subjects to analyze the problem is to probe into the truth of cheating and find out some more practical measures to prevent cheating.

Objective:To study parenting style of difficultly educated children and the state of their mental health.Methods:Randomly select 120 difficultly educated children from a Training Camp in Changsha and used SCL-90 and EMBU to rate their parenting style and mental health.Results:The mental health condition of difficultly educated children was significantly worse than the norms,but the normal middle school students parental warmth was higher than the difficutly educated students.Difficultly educated children scored significantly higher in father's firm control,punishment,over interference,rejection and denial and maternal rejection and denial,firm control and punishment,but significantly lower in parental warmth.Conclusion:Difficultly educated children had got more mental problems,and their parents treat them with more negative parenting style and less positive parenting style.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of catgut implantation at acupoint on the content of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha), and to explore its mechanism for treatment of ankylosing spondylitis (AS).

METHODSSeventy-four AS patients were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group by digit random table, 37 in each group. Patients in the control group took Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablet (SECT), 0.5 g each time, three times daily for 3 months. Those in the observation group additionally received catgut implantation at acupoint for 3 months. Changes of visual analogue scale (VAS), Schober test, pillow wall distance, thoracic activity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C reactive protein (CRP), and TNF-alpha were compared after 3 months of treatment.

RESULTSThere was obvious change in VAS, Schober test, pillow wall distance, thoracic activity, ESR, CRP, and TNF-alpha after treatment in the both groups, showing statistical difference when compared with before treatment (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). The aforesaid indices were obviously improved after treatment in the observation group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01).

CONCLUSIONCatgut implantation at acupoint, as an assistant therapy, could significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs, decrease the level of TNF-alpha, and its effect was superior to that of oral SECT administration alone.

Objective To construct a cDNA library of human epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissue for screening ovarian carcinoma specific-antigen.Methods The total RNA was separated from human epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissue.The mRNA from total RNA was isolated to synthesize the first and second strand cDNA.The ds-cDNA termini were blunted with pfu DNA polymerase.The blunted cDNAs were added EcoR Ⅰ adaptor and then digested by XhoⅠ.Small cDNA molecules(less than 400 bp) were removed through size fraction.After the cDNAs were ligated into ZAP expression vector,the ligated products were packaged in vitro and the bacteriophage particles infected the host strains XL1-Blue MRF′.Results The efficiency of the primary library was 5.5?10~(6)pfu/ml and the amplified library was 3.0?10~(11)pfu/ml with 96% clones positive.The average length of the inserted fragment was over 1 kb.Conclusion The quality of the constructed human epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissue cDNA library is excellent and helpful to screen ovarian carcinoma specific-antigen.

Developing the clinical thinking ability and therefore improving the clinical practice ca-pacity are the core of the quality-oriented education and in the current medical education reforms. The rea-sons for retarding the development of clinical thinking ability in dental clinical probation were herein dis-cussed. According to the similarity between mind mapping and clinical thinking, drawing mind map was used in the creation of the clinical knowledge system; various teaching techniques were used and classical clinical cases were shown; role playing as dentist and patient was used to mimic the clinical circumstance;dentist-patient communication was emphasized and methods to evaluate the clinical thinking ability were also developed. These strategies effectively developed the clinical thinking ability of the dental students.

Objective To explore the clinical application of the expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues for the disease with the bile duct cancer.Methods The serum and clinical data in 35 cases of patients with the bile duct cancer (cancer group) and 28 cases of patients with normal bile duct tissue (control group) were collected,used the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (real-time-PCR,RT-PCR) technology to detect the expression of LOXL2 mRNA and TenascinC mRNA in tissues toobserve the relationship between the changes and the bile duct cancer for the two markers.Results The expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues in the cancer group were 1.27±0.18 and 1.39±0.19,which of ones in the control group were 0.20±0.06 and 0.23±0.06.In the cancer group,the expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues respectively with comparision to those in the control group were significantly higher,the differences had statistical significance(t=52.18,56.87,P＜0.01),which of ones in the cancer group was positively related (r=0.687,P＜0.01).Conclution The expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues may be a molecular targets for the disease with the bile duct cancer in the early diagnosis and judgment of progression in the courses of this disease.

Objective To reproduce a simple and practicable animal model of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)for evaluating the therapeutic effects of recombinant human interleukin-1 receptor antagonist(rhIL-1Ra).Methods The animal model of RA was reproduced in Wistar rats by intradermic injection of an admixture of bovine type Ⅱcollagen and Freund's complete adjuvant on the foot pad,tail,and back of the rats and the injections were repeated 7 days later.Results Two weeks after the second injection,all the extremities were markedly swollen.The diameter of ankle joints,the level of TNF-? in serum,and the size of the paws were increased obviously.There was destruction and absorption of the bone trabeculae of distal end of the tibia.There was also necrosis and fibrosis of cartilage of the joints.The articular space was narrowed.Thus RA model was successfully reproduced in rat.Conclusion Bovine type Ⅱcollagen and Freund's complete adjuvant were a favorable agent for the reproduction of RA model in rats.

Objective Diabetic macular edema( DME) is a common complication of diabetic patients.Laser photocoagula-tion therapy is effective in the treatment of DME despite of some patients with unsatisfactory curative effect or recurrence.This study was to explore efficacy and safety of aescin combined with laser photocoagulation in DME treatment. Methods A total of 102 pa-tients with diabetic macular edema in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(51 cases of 67 eyes) and combined treat-ment group (51 cases of 69 eyes).Aescin combined with laser photocoagulation were applied in observation group, and laser photoco-agulation was applied in control group.Observation was made on the changes of intraocular pressure, best corrected visual acuity( BV-CA), central macular thickness(CMT) and the leakage in macular area between the two groups before and after he treatment, along with detection on adverse reactions during the treatment. Results Com-pared with pre-treatment, there were no significant differences be-
tween the two groups in intraocular pressure at 1, 2, 3, 6 months after therapy(P>0.05), and compared with control group in the same time point, the intraocular pressure showed no change significantly in combined treatment group(P>0.05).Compared with con-trol group after therapy, the average value of BVCA in observation group showed significantly decreased at 2, 3, 6 months(Z=2.130, 1.932, 2.283;P=0.037, 0.028, 0.005) while the average value of CMT showed significant increase( Z=1.979, 2.315, 3.08;P=0.045, 0.031, 0.000).Compared with control group at the same time point, the number of patients who suffered from the leakage in macular area significantly decreased in combined treatment group at 2, 3, 6 months(χ2 =4.213, 5.074, 6.625; P=0.040, 0.024, 0.010) .7 patients(13.7%) in combined treatment group suffered from stomach and nausea during the treatment, without any observation of serious adverse reaction. Conclusion Conclusion Aescin combined with laser photocoagulation is effective for the rehabilitation of patients and chconsolidate effect with high safety, which is of great clinical application.
