Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of amiodarone in preventing reperfusion ventricular fibrillation (RVF) in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.Methods:This study searched the databases of CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu, Cochrane, Embase, Web of Knowledge and PubMed, and searched the related research of amiodarone to prevent RVF in cardiac surgery patients, the time was until December 2019. Meta analysis was performed using Revman 5.3 software according to established standards.Results:The study included six studies (incorporating 514 patients). According to different intervention methods, 514 patients were divided into three groups, 196 in the amiodarone group, 153 in the lidocaine group, and 165 in the placebo group. The incidence of RVF was significantly lower in the amiodarone group than in the control group ( RR: 0.64, 95% CI: 0.47-0.86, P=0.003, I2=49%), but there was no significant difference between the amiodarone group and the lidocaine group( RR: 1.03, 95% CI: 0.48-2.22, P=0.94, I2=74%). Compared with the control group, amiodarone reduced the defibrillation frequency of RVF, but the difference was not statistically significant ( RR: 0.90, 95% CI: 0.68-1.20, P=0.48, I2=0). There was no difference in the number of defibrillation of RVF between the lidocaine group and the amiodarone groups ( RR: 1.50, 95% CI: 0.90-2.52, P=0.12, I2=38%). Conclusion:Compared with the control group, amiodarone can significantly reduce the incidence of RVF in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.

AIM To investigate the effects of tetracycline on the expression of adhesive molecules E selectin and intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM 1) on human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) stimulated by tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF ?) or lipopolysaccharide (LPS). METHODS HUVECs were activated by TNF ? (0 5～50 ?g?L 1 ) or LPS (0 5～50 mg?L -1 ). Tetracycline (10 -6 ～10 -4 mol?L -1 ) was used to incubate HUVECs for 1 h before stimulation with TNF ? ( 1 ?g?L -1 ) or LPS ( 5 mg?L -1 ) and co incubate HUVECs with TNF ? or LPS for 4 h or 18 h. The expression of adhesive molecules on HUVECs was measured by a cellular enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay (Cell ELISA) method. RESULTS After stimulation of HUVECs with TNF ? or LPS for 4 h induced E selectin expression, and exposure HUVECs to TNF ? or LPS for 18 h increased constitutive expression of ICAM 1 compared with control group ( P

BACKGROUND:Three-dimensional (3D) biological printing uses tissue engineering and stem cel research results, and takes living cel s and other cel active ingredients as printing materials, final y realizing biological tissue printing and production. OBJECTIVE:To review the application and research progress of 3D printing in the field of orthopaedics. METHODS:A computer-based search of PubMed, Ovid, and CNKI databases was performed for relevant literatures about application and research progress of 3D printing in the field of orthopaedics, al of which were published from 2007 to 2016.“three-dimensional printing, 3D printing, plastic and reconstructive surgery, orthopaedic, organ printing”were used as keywords during the searching process. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, 44 articles were included for further analysis and summary. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:3D printing was mainly applied into craniomaxil ofacial reconstruction, nose, ear and cartilage reconstruction, breast reconstruction, and skin printing. Its application in bone and prosthetic fabrication was quite mature. Based on the development of 3D printing from prosthetic fabrication to bioactive printing, organ printing wil eventual y become reality to completely solve the autologous or al ograft transplantation limitations.

Based on this fact, more and more studies have been carried out to study its role in the treatment of human hepatocarcinoma cell. This article reviews arsenic trioxide in trial studies and clinical use of hepatoma carcinoma cell.

This paper described a method for detemination of vitamin E and carotene by means of an improved method. The extract of the sample was made without passing N2, sheltering from light, and saponification. Therecovery rates of vitamin E and carotene are 97.2% and 97.6% respectively. The standard deviation is within 0.044 and 0.026.

A great number of experiments on education system,curriculum,teaching methods,administeration,selection and organization of knowledge were performed in higher education in China in the second half of the 20th century. As a whole ,we find that they changed from serving the political,economical and social needs to focusing on variables of experiments themselves. Selection and organization of knowledge became the theme of experiments. Effective means and methods of education constituted the key contents. However, while concerning scientificity and impartiality of the experiments were tested, their motive,process and results still need to be carefully examined.

AIM: To study effects of Fuyuanbunao Granules (Radix Ginseng Rubra, Fructus Crataegi, Radix Astragali, Herba Epimedii, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Alismatis, Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii) on ATPase activities, MDA level in mouse brain, SOD activities in mouse blood and the quotient of brain. METHODS: On the mouse model of Alzheimer' disease toxified with AlCl 3, the effects of Fuyuanbunao Granules on Na + K + ATPase, Mg 2+ ATPase activities and MDA level in mouse brain, SOD activities in mouse blood were evaluated with spectroscopic analysis, and the weight of brain was measured with analytical balance. RESULTS: Compared with Alzheimer'disease model team, Fuyuanbunao Granules enhance the activities of Na +、K + ATPase, Mg 2+ ATPase, decease MDA level in the mouse brain and enhance the activities of SOD in blood. It also increases the weight of brain. CONCLUSION: It indicates that enhancing the activity of ATPase and deceasing peroxide level may be one of the mechanism for Fuyuanbunao Granules to prevent and cure Alzheimer' disease.

Objective: The effect of oil of Hippophae rhamnoides (OHR) supplements on sGOT,metabolism of free radical and ultrastructure of myocardium was observed in mice.Methods: 70 male ICR mice were randomly divided into six groups: sedentary control group (SCG), sedentary+OHR group (SHG), immediately after exhaustive exercise in control group (IEC) and in OHR group (IEO), 24 hours recovery after exhaustive exercise in control group (REC) and in OHR group (REO). After 6 w swimming program with gradually increasing intensity, these mice carried out an exhaustive swimming before sacrifice. Serum GOT, SOD and MDA in myocardium were measured and the changes of ultrastructure of myocardium were observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results: 1) Serum GOT was significantly different among these groups except between SCG and SHG, IEC and REC. 2) SOD was significantly different among the above groups except between SCG and SHG, IEO and REO. 3) The concentration of MDA was significantly different among the above groups except between IEC and IEO, REC and REO. 4) The integrity of mitochondrion, rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum and myofilament in myocardium was better in OHR groups than in control groups and the pathological tendency of these ultrastructures was lighter in OHR groups compared with control groups. Conclusion: OHR supplementation can reduce the damage of myocardium caused by exercise and enhance antioxidative status of myocardium; OHR supplementation can protect the ultrastructure of myocardium.

Objective To detect the expression of orphan nuclear receptor RORC gene and the level of serum interleukin-17 in acute lung injury (ALI) rats, and to explore the effects and possible regulation mechanisms of helper T lymphocyte 17 (Th17) in the ALI.Methods Twenty four SD male rats were randomly assigned to three groups, control group, model group, and pyrrolidine dithiocarbamates (PDTC) prevention group.The rats in model group and PDTC prevention group were intravenously injected LPS (6 mg/kg) for inducing ALI.The PDTC prevention group had been intraperitoneally injected PDTC (120 mg/kg) thirty minutes before LPS injection.All rats were killed twelve hours after LPS injecttion.The lung wet/dry weight ratio was measured.Lung pathologic tissue scored after hematoxylin-eosin (HE) stain.The expression of alveolar macrophages (AM) nuclear factor-KBP65 (NF-κBP65) was detected by immunohistochemistry.The level of serum IL-17 was detected by ELISA method.The expression of AM orphan nuclear receptor RORC gene was determined by SYBR Green Ⅰ real-time polymerase chain reaction.Results Compared with control group.the lung wet/dry weight ratio.lung pathologic tissue score, the expression of AM NF-κBP65.the level of serum IL-17 and the expression of AM orphan nuclear receptor RORC gene were significantly increased (P < 0.05).However, compared with model group, these changes were prevented in PDTC prevention group.Conclusions Th17 might participate in the pathological process of ALI.Activation of NF-кB might influence RORC gene expression, induce Th17 differentiation, and elevate the level of serum IL-17.
