OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of camrelizumab combined with sorafenib in the treatment of advanced liver cancer. METHODS Sixty patients with advanced liver cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects， and then were randomly divided into study group and control group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Sorafenib tosylate tablets orally （0.4 g，bid）， and the study group was additionally given Camrelizumab for injection intravenously （200 mg， every 3 weeks） based on the control group； for all patients， the treatment was stopped until disease progression or intolerable side effects occurred. The clinical efficacy， progression-free survival （PFS）， total survival （OS） and 1-year survival rate of the two groups were compared， and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups， and immune-related adverse reactions in the study group during treatment were recorded. RESULTS The objective remission rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group （36.7% vs. 13.3%， P＜0.05）， and the median OS and median PFS were significantly longer than the control group （OS： 12.6 months vs. 7.9 months； PFS： 8.2 months vs. 5.3 months， P＜0.05）. There was no significant difference in the 1-year survival rate and the incidence of elevated aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase， rash or pruritus， anorexia， diarrhea， fatigue and hypertension between the two groups （P＞0.05）. The adverse events immune-related in the study group mainly included 21 cases of reactive capillary hyperplasia （70.0%）， 6 cases of hypothyroidism （20.0%）， and 1 case of immune-associated pneumonia （3.3%）， which were improved or tolerable after symptomatic treatment. CONCLUSIONS Camrelizumab combined with sorafenib in the treatment of advanced liver cancer can effectively control and delay the disease progression， prolong the survival period of patients， and the adverse reactions can be tolerated.

AIM: To explore the therapeutic effects of flunarizine combined with aspirin in the treatment of migrainous cerebral infaction. METHODS: 38 cases of patients diagnosed as migrainous cerebral infaction were respectively given flunarizine 10 mg combined with aspirin 100 mg every night for a month. The observed indices included the dysfunction scores of nervous system, the total classes of living ability, and the accumulating rate of platelet and viscosity of plasma before and after the treatment. RESULTS: Before the treatment the dysfunction scores of nervous system and the living ability of the patients were 13.51 ? 4.78 and 3.45 ? 1.13 , and after the treatment the values were 4.34 ? 1.85 and 1.79 ? 0.72 respectively (P

Objective To statistically analyze data of blood transfusion from General Hospital of Chengdu Military Command,Mianyang field blood station,Deyang field blood station and other military medical institutions from May 12 to June 30,2008 so as to provided certain references for reasonable blood supportability in wartime and disaster.Methods A statistical analysis was done on data of blood collection and supply including self-taken blood and assembled blood,total amount of blood supply as well as the transfusion information of inpatients injured by earthquake in our hospital.Results The amount of self-taken blood was 5 111 U,the amount of assembled blood 3 380 U and the total amount of blood supply 1 0405.5 U.But blood transfusion was 4 090.6 U in 132 patients admitted into General Hospital of Chengdu Military Command.In addition,the crest-time of transfusion appeared at 96 hours after earthquake.Moreover,patients with fractures received the highest rate of blood transfusion and crush syndrome patients received the most blood transfusion and the highest per capita transfusion.Conclusions Blood supportability in earthquake is different from that in wartime and other disasters in aspects of transfusion time,blood types and blood transfusion volume.It is important to analyze the characteristics of transfusion in patients injured by earthquake for national strategy of blood supportability in disasters and for blood supportability in the wartime.

Objective:To explore the characteristics of somatic symptoms and their dynamic changes after treatment in elderly inpatients with depression,so as to give supported data in differential diagnosis and management of somatic symptoms in the elderly patients.Methods:Totally 69 consecutively hospitalized depression patients(≥60 years)were enrolled in the study,and 62 of them completed the 12-month follow-up.The diagnoses were made according to International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problem-10th revision(ICD-10) criteria.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Somatic Symptom Self-rat-ing Scale-Somatic factor(SSS-S)were used to assess the severity of depression,anxiety and somatic symptoms, which were evaluated at baseline,2 weeks,4 weeks and the end of 12-monthr espectively.The Minimum Mental State Examination(MMSE)were used to evaluate cognitive function,and Global Assessment Function(GAF)were used to evaluate social function at the end of 12-month follow-up.Result:Somatic symptoms presented in the all patients at the stages of depressive episode.The most common ones were gastrointestinal symptoms(91%),dizzi-ness or headache(66%),cardiovascular symptoms(59%).SSS-S scores at 2 weeks and 4 weeks of antidepressant treatment were significantly improved compared with those of baseline,[(13.6 ±3.2),(12.4 ±2.8)vs.(17.1 ± 4.8),analyzed by repeated measures of ANOVA,P <0.05].The changes of SSS-S scores were positive associated to the changes of anxiety symptoms and the effect of physical diseases,analyzed by hierarchical linear model analy-sis.At the stages of rehabilitation,residual somatic symptoms were positive associated to the degree of anxiety symptoms(OR =2.132,P <0.05),and unrelated to the level of HAMD,MMSE and GAF scores analyzed by logis-tic regression analysis.Conclusion:Somatic symptoms are various in elderly inpatients with depression during the a-cute phase,which are improved greatly as effective antidepressant treatment,and still have residual somatic symp-toms at the stage of rehabilitation.The effect of physical diseases and anxiety symptoms have influence on somatic symptoms.

Objective To detect the differences of grey matter volume between the patients with mental retardation (MR) presented clinically as operation deficit (OD) or as language deficit (LD) and the children with typical normal development using optimal VBM.The developmental connections between brain gray matter and language or operation skills were examined.Methods Magnetic resonance imaging was obtained from 9 children with mental retardation presented as OD predominantly and 11 children with mental retardation presented as LD mainly,as well as the age-matched control group (11 and 14 normal children,respectively) on a 1.5 T scanner.Voxel-based morphometry analysis with an optimization of spatial segmentation and normalization procedures was applied to compare the volume of grey matter between the two groups (OD VS.control; LD VS.control).Statistically,the total and local gray matter volumes were compared between the two groups with t test.Results The total gray matter volume of OD group was [(1.030 ± 0.078) × 106 mm3].Compared to that of controls [(0.984 ± 0.058) × 106 mm3],it was increased significantly (t =-2.6,P ＜ 0.05).And the gray matter volume in the posterior cingulated gyrus,left superior prefrontal gyrus,left cuneus,left middle prefrontal gyrus and the body of left caudate nucleus showed significantly increased.Meanwhile,the total gray matter volume of the MR children presented as LD [(1.002 ± 0.068) × 106 mm3] showed significantly increased(t =-3.0,P ＜ 0.05) compared with that of control group [(0.957 ±0.057) × 106 mm3].The gray matter volume in bilateral thalami,the left inferior temporal gyrus,the left inferior frontal gyrus,and the left cerebellum of the LD group was more than that of normal children.Conclusion As revealed by VBM,there are differences in alterations of gray matter volume between MR children presented with OD and with LD relative to control.

Objective To detect brain structural difference between children with unexplained mental retardation and children with typically normal development. Methods The high-resolution magnetic MR imaging were obtained from 21 children with unexplained mental retardation and 30 age-matched control children without intellectual disabilities. Voxel-based morphometry analysis with an optimization of spatial segmentation and normalization procedures were applied to compare differences of gray matter volume between the two groups. The total and regional gray matter volume were compared between the two groups with independent t test. Meanwhile, correlation was conducted to analyze the relationship between the total gray matter volume and intelligence quotient (IQ) with partial correlation test. Results The total gray matter volume was significantly increased in the mental retardation children [(1. 012 ±0. 079) × 106 mm3]in relative to the controls [(0. 956 ± 0. 059) × 106 mm3, t = - 2. 80, P ＜ 0. 05]. Compared to controls,children with unexplained mental retardation showed significantly increased gray matter volume in different regions, including the bilateral thalami, the bilateral superior frontal gyri, the bilateral gyri rectus, the bilateral temporal poles, the right inferior frontal gyrus, right parahippocampal gyrus and the right cerebellum. No correlation was detected between the total gray matter volume and IQ in children with mental retardation (r = 0. 078 ,P ＞ 0. 05). Conclusions VBM would detect the gray matter abnormalities that were not founded in routine MR scanning. The increase of gray matter volume in the frontal-thalamus network might indicate the delayed maturation of the brain development. This might be one of the causations of mental retardation in children.

ObjectiveTo explore the role of BTBD10 overexpression in the proliferation of insulinoma cell line INS-1and its mechanism. MethodsThe recombined expression plasmid of pcDNA4.0-BTBD10 was constructed by gene cloning technique and was transfected into INS-1 cell by lipofectamine 2000. The stable overexpression BTBD10 of INS-1cell was selected at 48th hour after transfection.INS-1 cell proliferation activity was measured by MTT method.The expression of BTBD10,protein kinase B(Akt),phospho-Akt(p-Akt),mammal target of rapamycin (mTOR) and phospho-mTOR (p-mTOR) were determined by Western blot.ResultsThe stable overexpression BTBD10 of INS-1 cell wassuccessfullyconstructed.OverproductionofBTBD10promotedbetacellproliferation.The phosphorylation of Akt and mTOR was increased and the ratio of p-Akt/Akt and p-mTOR/mTOR was enhanced in the INS-1 overexpressed by BTBD10.But the expression of total Akt and mTOR presented no obvious changes. Conclusion The overexpression BTBD10 of INS-1 cell could activate of Akt/mTOR signalling pathway via stimulating phospho-mTOR and Akt,and enhance overall cell protein translation,so as to promote proliferation of INS-1 cell.

Objective: The study was designed to evaluate the changes and significance of circulating CD4~+CD25~+ and CD8~+CD28~- regulatory T cells (Tregs) in patients with multiple myeloma (MM).Methods:CD4~+CD25~+ and CD8~+CD28~-Tregs in peripheral blood of 38 patients with MM and of 20 healthy doners were measured by flow cytometry.Serum albumin and β_2-MG in patients with MM were measured using bromocresol green method,transmission turbidimetry respectively.Results:Compared to those of the controls,the proportions of CD4~+CD25~(+/high),CD4~+CD25~(high) CD127~(low) and CD8~+CD28~-Treg cells in newly diagnosed MM patients were elevated.Furthermore,the proportions of CD4~+CD25~(high) and CD4~+CD25~(high)CD127~(low) Tregs in each clinical stage were elevated when compared to those of the controls.The number of the Tregs were increasing with clinical stages and were significantly higher in stage Ⅲ MM than in stageⅠ MM;In stageⅡand Ⅲ MM,there were also elevated proportions of CD8~+CD28~- Tregs,increasing with clinical stages.However,there were no differences when compared between stage Ⅰ MM and the controls;Both the proportions of CD4~+CD25~(+/high) and CD4~+CD25~(high)CD127~(low) Tregs in active MM were not different from stable MM,although all of them were higher than those of controls.The proportion of CD8~+CD28~- Tregs was higher in active MM than in stable MM and controls,but there were no differences when compared between active and stable MM.The proportions of both CD4~+CD25~(high) Tregs and CD4~+CD25~(high)CD127~(low)Tregs had negative correlation with the levels of serum albumin.Conclusion:MM patients have elevated levels of circulating CD4~+CD25~+ and CD8~+CD28~-Tregs,which may be an important mechanism of MM immune evasion,and may be associated with clinical stages,disease progression and prognosis of MM to some extent.

Objective: To observe the effect of different moxibustion durations on rats with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and to evaluate the relationship between moxibustion amount and moxibustion efficacy.Methods: Eight rats were randomly selected as a normal group from the 40 male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats, and the other 32 rats were used to establish typeⅡ collagen-induced RA models. After successful modeling, the 32 rats were randomly divided into a model group, a moxibustion for 20 min group, a moxibustion for 40 min group and a moxibustion for 60 min group, with 8 rats in each group. Rats in the normal group did not receive modeling and moxibustion intervention; rats in the model group did not receive moxibustion after modeling; rats in the moxibustion for 20 min group, the moxibustion for 40 min group and the moxibustion for 60 min group were treated with moxibustion at Shenshu (BL 23) and Zusanli (ST 36) for 20 min, 40 min and 60 min, respectively. Six days were a course of treatment, with a total of 3-course treatments and a 1-day rest between the courses of treatment. After treatment, the serum levels of interleukin (IL)-1β and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, arthritis index (AI) scores, toe volumes and pathological score of synovitis were evaluated in the rats.Results: Compared with the normal group, the serum IL-1β and TNF-α levels, and the toe volumes in the model group were increased, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01), before the treatment. Compared with the model group, the serum IL-1β and TNF-α levels, toe volumes and arthritis index (AI) scores were significantly decreased in the moxibustion for 20 min group, the moxibustion for 40 min group and the moxibustion for 60 min group (P<0.05 orP<0.01 ). Compared with the moxibustion for 20 min group and the moxibustion for 60 min group, serum IL-1β and TNF-α levels, toe volumes and AI scores were decreased more significantly in moxibustion for 40 min group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05 orP<0.01). There were no significant differences in serum IL-1β and TNF-α levels, AI scores and toe volumes between the moxibustion for 20 min group and the moxibustion for 60 min group (allP>0.05). The synovial histopathological improvement was the most obvious in the moxibustion for 40 min group, when the synovial histopathological changes were compared among the moxibustion for 20 min group, moxibustion for 40 min group and moxibustion for 60 min group.Conclusion: The therapeutic efficacy of moxibustion for 40 min in RA rats was more significant than that of moxibustion for 20 min and moxibustion for 60 min, indicating that the duration of moxibustion is the main factor affecting its therapeutic efficacy.

Objective: To analyze the association between alcohol consumption and hyperuricemia among residents in Chengdu City, so as to provide the evidence for prevention and control of hyperuricemia. Methods: Based on the Natural Cohort Study in Southwest Area, residents at ages of 30 to 79 years were recruited in Chengdu City in 2018. Information of demographics, smoking, alcohol consumption and diet were collected through a questionnaire survey. Blood uric acid was tested in the laboratory. Participants were divided into never, moderate and excessive drinking groups based on alcohol consumption. A multivariable logistic regression model was used to analyze the association between alcohol consumption and hyperuricemia, and subgroup analysis was conducted according to gender, current residence, physical activity and body mass index (BMI). Results: A total of 20 164 residents were investigated, including 8 776 males (43.52%) and 11 388 females (56.48%), with a mean age of (51.22±12.33) years. There were 9 769 never-drinkers (48.45%), 8 310 moderate-drinkers (41.21%), and 2 085 excessive-drinkers (10.34%). Hyperuricemia was detected in 4 101 patients, with a detection rate of 20.34%. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that moderate drinking (OR=1.122, 95%CI: 1.031-1.222) and excessive drinking (OR=1.529, 95%CI: 1.349-1.734) were associated with an increased risk of hyperuricemia. Moderate and excessive drinking were associated with an increased risk of hyperuricemia among men, urban residents, residents with a high level of physical activity, and those with BMI less than 24 kg/m2 (all P<0.05). Excessive drinking were associated with an increased risk of hyperuricemia among rural residents, residents with a low level of physical activity and with BMI of 24 kg/m2 and higher (all P<0.05). Conclusions Both moderate and excessive drinking are associated with an increased risk of hyperuricemia. Moderate drinking is not associated with a higher risk of hyperuricemia among rural residents, residents with a low level of physical activity and with BMI of 24 kg/m2 and higher.
