OBJECTIVE:To seek for the countermeasures for standardized administration of pharmacy in Chinese hospital.METHODS:The existing problems in pharmacy of Chinese hospital were analyzed.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Under the current situation of advocating integrated pharmaceutical care,only by strengthening the construction of hardwares and softwares,by establishing the standardized administrative system can we ensure the good quality of drugs and pharmaceutical cares.

Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(MI/R) injury refers to restoring blood perfusion after myocardial ischemia for a relatively long time, but the tissue appears more obvious and severe myocardial damage and dysfunction than before reperfusion, this phenomenon mainly relates to inflammation, oxidative stress, cell apoptosis, cell autophagy and so on.NF-κB is a nuclear transcription factor involved in regulating a variety of pathophysiological processes, which also plays an important role in all aspects of MI/R injury.The in-depth study of NF-κB in MI/R injury and clinical application of related research will provide new ideas and methods for treating MI/R injury.

Using the research papers of Peking University Third Hospital recorded in SCIE since 2005 to 2014 as data basis, some bibliometric indexes were analyzed, including papers quality,cited times, impact factor, and funded papers.To reveal the current hospital research status and provide reference for policy drafting and subject development planning.In the past ten years, the quantity of paper increased significantly.However, highly impact papers published by Peking University Third Hospital were relatively rare, the cited times per paper in clinical medicine is lower than that of china mainland.It is necessary to improve the quality of research paper.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the possibility of null stock in hospital drug storehouse.METHODS:The current situation of the drug storehouse of our hospital and pharmaceutical company of our district,and the existing problems in implementation of null stock were analysed.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:There exist difficulties in carrying out complete null stock in hospital drug storehouse now,however,if computer network is adopted and the drug storage is shared by both hospital and pharmaceutical company,implementation of null stock in hospital drug storehouse will be practical.

The literature retrieval course is the main form of current domestic medical infor-mation literacy education. But students have no interest in it, so it's difficult to realize the goal of in-formation literacy education. Information literacy education has the same ideas and goals with PBL in developing students' ability to ask questions, analyze and solve problems, as well as in improving students' autonomous learning and life-long learning ability. To study the model of medical information literacy education embedded in PBL from three stages that early course preparation, mid implementa-tion and later evaluation. The research is aimed at the improvement of students' information literacy and their lifelong study ability. It suggests that there are coordinated effects between PBL and informa-tion literacy.

AIM: To explore the therapeutic effects of flunarizine combined with aspirin in the treatment of migrainous cerebral infaction. METHODS: 38 cases of patients diagnosed as migrainous cerebral infaction were respectively given flunarizine 10 mg combined with aspirin 100 mg every night for a month. The observed indices included the dysfunction scores of nervous system, the total classes of living ability, and the accumulating rate of platelet and viscosity of plasma before and after the treatment. RESULTS: Before the treatment the dysfunction scores of nervous system and the living ability of the patients were 13.51 ? 4.78 and 3.45 ? 1.13 , and after the treatment the values were 4.34 ? 1.85 and 1.79 ? 0.72 respectively (P

Objective To investigate mRNA expressions of apolipoprotein B mRNA-editing enzyme catalytic polypeptide-like 3 family (APOBEC3s or A3s) as well as expressions and subcellular distribution of major A3 proteins in HaCaT keratinocytes carrying the genome of human papillomavirus type 11 (HPV11.HaCaT),and to evaluate regulatory effects of exogenous interferon-alpha (IFN-α) on the expressions of A3s.Methods The basal levels of A3A,A3B,A3C and A3H mRNA expressions were measured by real-time fluorescence-based quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) in HPV11.HaCaT cells and normal HaCaT cells.Cultured HaCaT,HPV11.HaCaT and Hela cells were treated with recombinant human IFN-α 2b (rhIFN-α2b) at concentrations of 104,105 and 106 IU/ml for 6,24 and 48 hours separately,and those receiving no treatment served as the normal control groups.Then,qRT-PCR was performed to measure mRNA expressions of A3A,A3B,A3C and A3H in these cells.Immunofluorescence staining was conducted to observe the expression and distribution of A3A protein in cells after the treatment with rhIFN-α2b for 6 hours.Results As qRT-PCR showed,the basal levels of A3A,A3B and A3C mRNA expressions were all significantly higher in HPV11.HaCaT cells than in normal HaCaT cells (all P ＜ 0.05).After stimulation,the mRNA expressions of the four A3 members increased to different extents with the increase in rhIFN-α2b concentrations,and the increase in A3A mRNA was the most significant.Compared with corresponding normal control groups,the mRNA expression of A3A was significantly increased in HaCaT cells (35.77 ± 5.01 vs.1.00 ± 0.05,P ＜ 0.05),HPV 11.HaCaT cells (15.34 ± 2.14 vs.0.99 ± 0.01,P ＜ 0.05) and Hela cells (24.60 ± 5.45 vs.0.97 ± 0.03,P ＜ 0.05) after the treatment with rhIFN-α2b at 106 IU/ml for 6 hours,while the increase in A3B,A3C and A3H mRNA expressions was no more than 9-fold in these cell lines after that.Enhanced staining for A3A was observed in nuclei and cytoplasm of the 3 cell lines after the treatment with rhIFN-α2b at 106 IU/ml for 6 hours.Conclusions HPV11 transfected into HaCaT cells can activate intracellular A3s,especially A3A.IFN-α may play an immunoregulatory role by inducing high levels of A3A expression.

Aim To investigate the inhibitory effects of urocortin2 (UCN2) on ventral tegmental area (VTA) nervous activity of morphine addiction rats and the mechanism. Methods Morphine addiction rats and the microiontophoresis method were used to observe the effects of UCN2 on VTA neuron′s spontaneous dis-charge changing rule, as well as the inhibitory effects of UCN2 on DA neuron′s cluster spontaneous dis-charge, to identify UCN2 and DA on the same VTA neuron. Morever, the inhibitor of corticotropin-regula-ting factor′s receptor ( CRF-2 R ) and the blocker of protein kinase A ( PKA ) , AST-2 B and H89 , were used to investigate the effects of UCN2 on VTA neuron′s of morphine addiction rats. Results UCN2 could inhibit the firing rate 82% (31/38) of the tested VTA neuron ( P<0. 01 ) , the discharge frequency changed from (20. 89 ± 2. 86) Hz to (13. 66 ± 3. 93) Hz (P<0. 01). Further, the inhibitor of PKA, AST-2B and H89 could ablolish the inhibitory effects of UCN2 . Morever, the excitatory firing of VTA neurons was at-tenuated by addition of UCN2 , while AST application could inhibit the UCN2′s inhibitory effects. Conclu-sion UCN2 could regulate the effects of VTA via PKA pathway and may thereby contribute to the improvement of drug addiction.

The use of electronic resources and needs of novel services in readers of our library and their suggestions for library website construction were investigated with questionnaires and suggestions were put forward for improving and deepening the information service in hospital library.

Objective To statistically analyze data of blood transfusion from General Hospital of Chengdu Military Command,Mianyang field blood station,Deyang field blood station and other military medical institutions from May 12 to June 30,2008 so as to provided certain references for reasonable blood supportability in wartime and disaster.Methods A statistical analysis was done on data of blood collection and supply including self-taken blood and assembled blood,total amount of blood supply as well as the transfusion information of inpatients injured by earthquake in our hospital.Results The amount of self-taken blood was 5 111 U,the amount of assembled blood 3 380 U and the total amount of blood supply 1 0405.5 U.But blood transfusion was 4 090.6 U in 132 patients admitted into General Hospital of Chengdu Military Command.In addition,the crest-time of transfusion appeared at 96 hours after earthquake.Moreover,patients with fractures received the highest rate of blood transfusion and crush syndrome patients received the most blood transfusion and the highest per capita transfusion.Conclusions Blood supportability in earthquake is different from that in wartime and other disasters in aspects of transfusion time,blood types and blood transfusion volume.It is important to analyze the characteristics of transfusion in patients injured by earthquake for national strategy of blood supportability in disasters and for blood supportability in the wartime.
