1.Research on EV71 infection complicated with neurogenic pulmonary edema
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(5):466-469
Enterovirus 71(EV71) infection complicated with neurogenic pulmonary edema (NPE) is an important complication and the main death cause of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. The exact pathogenesis has not yet fully understood. Peripheral sympathetic nervous system hyperexcitability has been recognized, but its central positioning and machanisms are debatable. In recent years, people emphasized the release of cytokines caused by the brainstem injury and/or systemic inflammatory response also plays a very important role in the formation of NPE.The interventions at present are mainly symptomatic treatment in the nervous system involvement, respiratory and circulatory failure. Vaccines are still in the experimental phase of exploration. There is a certain distance from clinical application.
3.Modification Suggestion of Electrically Powered Wheelchairs Standards
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2013;19(10):998-1000
Electrically Powered Wheelchairs Standards (GB/T 12996-1991) is being modified in China. With the help of the test methods from the international standard, European standard and Japanese standard, in contrast to Chinese national standards, the article discussed the new Electrically Powered Wheelchairs Standards.
4.IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL QUANTITY ANALYSIS OF DENDRITIC CELLS AND T LYMPHOCYTES IN HUMAN CERVICAL INTRAEPITHELIAL NEOPLASIA AND INVASIVE CARCINOMA
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the number, distribution and expression intensity of dendritic cells and T lymphocytes in human cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and invasive carcinoma for seeking biotherapeutic evidence of cervical carcinoma. Methods The number, distribution and expression intensity of CD-(1a),S-100,CD-3, CD-8 positive cells were determined in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and invasive carcinoma and human normal cervix tissue as the control,by using immunohistochemical technique and computerized imaging analysis system. Results Compared with human normal cervical tissue, the number and the expression intensity of CD~+-(1a),S-100~+,CD~+-3,CD~+-8 cells in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia significantly increased(P
5.The molecular mechanisms of ?-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids modulating inflammation and immunological function
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(01):-
As one of pharmaconutrients,it has been proved that ?-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids can regulate inflammation and immunological function because not only its metabolites are different from other lipids but also it can affect intracellular signal transduction. So the structure、composition and molecular mechanisms of ?-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are reviewed in this article.
6.The clinical study of ?-3 polyunsaturaed fatty acids on different diseases
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(03):-
As one of lipid nutrients,it has been proved that ?-3 polyunsaturaed fatty acids can effectively be used in the patients with sepsis, cancer, transplantation, chronic inflammatory diseases and so on,which is related with the molecular mechanisms of regulating the structure and function, cytokines and so on.So the clinical study of ?-3 polyunsaturaed fatty acids on different diseases is reviewed in this article.
7.Study progress of laterally spreading tumor
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(05):-
Laterally spreading tumor is a new type of colorectal tumor found recently. For its particular shape and develptment of tumor,LST is divided as an independent tumor.LST is associated with colorectal cancer and more research is done on it .The progress of its epidemiology, oncomolecularbiology, diagnosis and therapy is reviewed.
9.Quantitative study of the hemodynamic changes of portal vein in hepatocellular carcinoma with arterioportal shunts
Journal of Interventional Radiology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To measure the changes of portal venous pressure before and after APS by percutanous portal vein catheterization and to quantitatively analyse the correlation between portal pressure and portal hypertension. Methods All the 18 central arterioportal shunts (APS) patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were treated with embolization of APS and TACE, and the pressure of portal vein was measured by percutaneous portal vein catheterization pre- and post-embolization of APS. Color dopplar sonography and endoscopy were employed to investigate before and 2 weeks after embolization in all patients. Results The pressure of portal vein decreased significantly after embolization, and the decreased rate was 5.4%-33.3% with the mean rate 20.1%. After the embolization, the width of portal vein decreased and the blood flow velocity of portal vein increased significantly, P
10.Research progress of enteral nutrition and growth velocity in very low birth weight infants
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2012;19(5):536-538
This article reviewed the digestive system characteristics, enteral nutrition style, milk choice, the starting time of enteral nutrition, the velocity of milk volume increased and the ideal growth velocity of very low birth weight infants. The aim was to investigate the effect of the different starting time of enteral nutrition on their digestive function and the growth velocity,in order to find the suitable starting time of enteral nutrition, providing the basis for clinical enteral nutrition program of very low birth weight infant.
