1.Research progress in signal pathway of corneal wound healing in diabetes mellitus patients
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(03):-
Delayed wound healing of diabetic cornea may be associated with the activation of MAPK signal pathway, impaired signal transduction of TGF-? signal pathway, abnormal expression of genes related to insulin signal pathway and reduced expression of insulin receptor. In addition, the activation of NF-?b and cytochrome C signal pathway also has harmful influence on delayed wound healing. This paper reviews research progress about signal pathway of delayed wound healing in diabetic cornea.
2.Modulating factors in the differentiation of stem cells:Present research and progress
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(36):-
Stem cell is a kind of cells characterized by self-renewal and multi-differentiation potential;its committed differentiation is the basis of development, growth and renewal in organisms.Recently interest in controlling the differentiation of stem cells is rapidly increasing. The common modulating factors in stem cell differentiation include transcription factors, growth factors and intercellular interactions mediated by membrane proteins. It is shown that the expression level of transcription factors may have important influence on the control, maintenance and recovery of stem cell properties. The latter two factors, growth factors and intercellular interactions, may play a key role in modulating the directional differentiation of stem cells exogenously. This review mainly introduces current research status about those modulating factors in stem cell differentiation.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(10):-
Modern management is in essence management of people and the idea and strategy of humanistic management infiltrate into various management activities of a hospital. Our hospital has attempted to enhance the ideological quality and vocational level of the nursing staff by the theory of humanistic management. As a result of such measures as stimulating the nursing staff's thirst for knowledge, enlarging the scope of rewards, increasing the work pressure of young nurses in a proper way, providing room for the free development of head nurses, implementing dynamic management, and adopting democratic management with a high degree of openness, the ideological quality of the nurses has been greatly enhanced. At the same time, measures have been taken to ensure from 3 links that their vocational level keeps improving as well.

Objective:To investigate the complication and compliance of different supine time and the degree of obedience in children with leukemia after intrathecal chemotherapy. Methods:A total of 553 children with leukemia after intrathecal chemotherapy from April 1, 2017 to March 28, 2019 in Beijing Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University were selected. Children who received intrathecal injection from April 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 were selected as control group(274 cases), from January 1, 2018 to March 28, 2019 were selected as research group(279 cases). The children in research group were supine 2 hours but control group were supine 4 hours after intrathecal. The complications that occurred after injection and within one week after injection and compliance were observed. Results:Finally, 457 children included in this study, there were 235 cases in research group and 222 cases in control group. The number of cases of limb numbness and local pressure reddening in the research group and the control group were 18, 20 and 31, 34, respectively, with statistically significant differences between the two groups( χ2 values were 4.74, 5.07, P<0.05). After intrathecal injection, the patients' compliance with the time of supine removal was completely acceptable to the research group, relatively acceptable, acceptable, and required efforts to adhere to the number of cases were 65, 83, 42, 45, respectively, while the control group were 34, 50, 76, 62, respectively, the differences were significant ( χ2 value was 30.04, P<0.05). Conclusions:Supine for 2 hours after intrathecal injection can reduce the incidence of complications and improve compliance, which is safe and feasible. So, supine for 2 hours after intrathecal injection is recommended.

Objective:To investigate effects of over-expression and suppression of HMGB1 on proliferation and invasion of endometrial carcinoma HEC-1A cell and underlying mechanisms.Methods:Over-expression or silence of HMGB 1 in HEC-1A cell lines were established by lentiviral vector containing HMGB 1 recombinant plasmid or by HMGB 1 shRNA,respectively.Cell counting kit-8,Transwell,and wound healing assay were used to analyze proliferation, invasion, and migration of HEC-1A cells, respectively.Western blot and reverse transcription-PCR (RT-PCR) were used to detect the expression of NF-κB,VEGF,and matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP2) in the cells.Results:Over-expression of HMGB1 promoted the proliferation, invasion, and migration of HEC1A cell, and up-regulated NF-κB,VEGF,and MMP2 expressions, while suppression of HMGB1 inhibited the proliferation, invasion, and migration of HEC-1A cells and down-regulated NF-κB,VEGF,and MMP2 expressions.Conclusion:HMGB1 plays an important role in proliferation, invasion, and migration of HEC1A cell via NF-κB/VEGF/MMP2 pathway.HMGB 1 might be a potential target for endometrial carcinoma therapy.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(02):-
In order to research into the relationship between atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), aldosterone (Aldo) and pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), as well as normal pregnancy, the plasma concentrations of ANP and Aldo from normal pregnant women. PIH patients and their fetuses were measured by radioimmunoassay. It was found that maternal venous Aldo and ANP were higher in normal pregnant women than those in non-pregnant women. The plasma ANP was higher in PIH patients than that in normal pregnant women while plasma Aldo was lower. The plasma concentration of ANP was higher in the fetuses of PIH patients than that in the normal controls, but Aldo was lower. It is concluded that ANP concentration correlates significantly to the severity of PIH, and may be used for an early diagnosis of PIH.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(09):-
Objective: To explore the emergency treatment of acute respiratory tract injury caused by inhalation of phosphorus trichloride. Methods: The clinical data of 16 patients with acute respiratory tract injury caused by inhalation of phosphorus trichloride were analyzed.Intratracheal inhalation of salbutamol sulfate solution and pulmicort repules atomized liquid by aerosol rebreathing method was performed immediately after the diagnosis was made.Anti-inflammatory,fluid replacement, and other symptomatic treatment were given at the same time.Treatment lasted for 3-5 days. Results: The symptoms and signs improved significantly after 3-5 times of inhalation.Among the 16 patients,15 were cured and one improved;the cure rate was 93.75%.The shortest observation period was 2 days and the longest 7 days with an average period of 2.38 days. All cases were followed up for 3 months. No complications were found except one with pleural thickening. Conclusion: Early treatment of acute respiratory tract injury with intratracheal corticosteroid and?2 receptor activator is satisfactory for patients with inhalation of phosphorus trichloride. The method is fast-acting,efficient,with less side-effects,convenient,and easily accepted by patients.

Objective To predict the critical point of FⅧinhibitor development using the results of incubated APTT mixed test by ROC curve .Methods We retrospectively analyzed the results of APTT mixed test and FⅧinhibitor assay in 343 specimens of children with hemophilia A and performed the ROC curve analysis to define the optimum critical point of FⅧinhibitor .Results The area under the ROC curve (AUC) was 0.973 (95% CI 0.960-0.986,P<0.01).For incubated APTT mixed test, the optimum critical point of inhibitor surveillance (Youden value, 0.824) was 39.7s (sensitivity 87.2%, specificity 95.2%), 53.4s was the optimum cut-off point to distinguish low-titer from high-titer FⅧinhibitor (sensitivity94.6%, specificity 95.0%).Conclusion Our results showed that the APTT mixed test could be taken as a screening test to estimate the existence of inhibitor and distinguish high or low titer .
