Autogenous nerve transplantation is the best means for treating peripheral nerve injury. However, it would detriments function of donor area. Therefore, homologous nerve transplantation is adopted in clinic. The key of successful nerve allograft transplantation is to reduce nerve allograft antigenicity. Compared to physics method, chemistry method achieved a better result in reducing antigenicity of allograft nerve. Here, we introduce immune response and characteristics of grafts following homologous nerve transplantation, discuss the pretreatment method which can reduce the antigenicity. And propose that the combination of one or many kinds of methods would decrease the antigenicity of homogenous nerve in future.

Objective To study the influence of electroacupuncture on the expression of Nestin in neural stem cells after focal cerebral ischemia in rats and to explore the mechanism of electroacupuncture in treating ischemic brain injury. Methods The model of middle cerebral artery occlusion was made by using opening cranium hot coagulation in 72 rats, who were divided randomly into a model group and an electroacupuncture group. Electroacupuncture was applied on "Dazhui" and "Baihui" points in rats in electroacupuncture group, and immunohistochemistry method was used to observe the number of Nestin expression positive cells on the 3th, 7th, 14th and 21st days after ischemia. With the burgeoning of continuing medical education, grass-roots hospitals are confronted with quite a number of problems in the implementation of the task, such as a general rush into action with each department going its own way, incontrollable educational expenses that are beyond the hospitals, difficulties in developing programs at the hospital level because of the limitation of academic disciplines, and the buying and selling of credits. Objective To explore the relationship between gene mutation of JAK2 V617F, JAK2 (exon12), CALR, MPL and clinical features of patients with bcr-abl negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), and to analyze the risk factors of thrombosis. Methods Clinical features and laboratory tests of 115 patients with bcr-abl negative MPN were analyzed retrospectively. 34 patients with thrombosis were treated as the observation group, and 81 patients without thrombosis were treated as the control group. Results Among 71 primary thrombocythemia cases, the white blood cell count (WBC) and hemoglobin level of JAK2 V617F positive group and CALR positive group was higher than that of 4 gene mutations in negative group (F= 5.835, P= 0.005; F= 3.405, P= 0.039). The incidence of splenomegaly in JAK2 V617F positive group and CALR positive group was higher than that of 4 gene mutations in negative group (χ2=16.902, P=0.0002; χ2= 12.658, P= 0.001). The patients'proportion of JAK2 V617F positive, high hemoglobin level (male ≥160 g/L, female ≥150 g/L), hypertension and over 60 years old in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (χ2= 5.585, P= 0.025; χ2= 4.909, P= 0.043; χ2= 8.891, P= 0.004; χ2=15.933, P=0.023). Conclusion The detection of JAK2 V617F, JAK2 (exon12), CALR and MPL gene mutations is helpful to the diagnosis of bcr-abl negative MPN; JAK2 V617F positive, high hemoglobin level, hypertension, and elderly age are risk factors of thrombosis.

Objective To introduce operative skill of liver resection by blocking hilum of liver under normal temperature.Method Retrospective analysis of experience treating 86 cases of liver cancer with the operation.Result Among 86 cases of hepatic malignant tumor,there were not serious complications such as death,massive haemorrhage etc.during operation;postoperative liver failure occurred in 7 cases,among them,cure 5 cases and 2 cases of death.The incision infection occurred in 5 patients;The thorax dropsy occurred in 19 cases, which was absorbed by oneself after treating in 14 cases,cured by puncture occurred in 5 cases.Conclusion Operative skill of blocking hilum of liver under normal temperature is more ideal means in treating the liver cancer.

Objective To study the thrombolysis effect and safety of UK combined with tirofiban in young patients with ST segement elevation acute myocardial infarction.Methods 76 young patients with ST segement elva-tion acute myocardial infarction were selected as research objects,and they were divided into UK group(control group, n =34)and UK combined with tirofiban group(observation group,n =42)by random number table,then the recanali-zation rate of infarct -related artery and incidence of complications were compared.Results The recanalization rate of infarct -related artery in the observation group was 97.6%,which was 91.2% in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(χ2 =1.564,P >0.05);The vascular infarction related to blood flowⅡlevel of the patients was 90.5% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 70.6% in the control group(χ2 =4.945,P <0.05);The death,complications incidences had not significant differences between the two groups(χ2 =1.252,2.837,2.837,all P >0.05).Conclusion The thrombolysis effect of UK has a high recanaliza-tion rate of infarct -related artery in young patients with ST segement elevation acute myocardial infarction,and the thrombolysis effect of UK combined with tirofiban is better,and it does not increase the incidence of complications.

Objective: To study the e ects of Heying Anxin Fang on cardiac function and intracellular Ca2+ concentration in cadiocyte of chronic congestive heart failure rats. Methods: Animal models of heart failure were induced by subcutaneous injection of a large dose of ISO, and were randomly divided into model group, Shenmai injection group, captopril group, high, middle and low dosages of Heyinganxin Fang group and normal group with 9 in each group. To determine the indexes of LVSP, LVEDP, +dp/dtmax ,-dp/dtmax and heart weight, and determine Ca2+ concentration in cardiomyocytes by ow cytometer. Results: Compared with normal group, the indexes of heart weight, Ca2+ concentration and LVEDP in model group increased, but indexes of LVSP, +dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax decreased obviously(P
