Objective:To investigate the psychosocial factors of women with menopausal depression and to study their preventive measures. Methods:From July 2016 to December 2018, 150 patients with climacteric depression who admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Huzhou were selected as the study group, and 150 healthy women during the same period were selected as the control group. The psychosocial factors of the two groups were investigated and compared, and the preventive measures were studied. Results:The total scores of the Symptom Checklist (SCL-90), the number of positive items and their average scores in the study group[(174.41±38.32)points, (38.94±18.21)points, (3.22±0.49)points] were significantly higher than those in the control group[(155.09±48.50)points, (30.08±20.20)points, (2.92±0.56)points], the scores of the 9 factors in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( t=2.271, 2.212, 2.290, 2.133, 2.112, 1.970, 3.602, 3.425, 2.104, 1.951, 2.093, 2.146; P=0.038, 0.030, 0.022, 0.017, 0.017, 0.018, 0.006, 0.004, 0.015, 0.015, 0.013, 0.012). The neurotic (P) and internal and external (E) dimension scores of the study group[(6.83±2.36)points, (9.53±5.64)points] were significantly lower than those in the control group[(7.78±3.27)points, (14.21±5.31)points], the differences were statistically significant ( t=1.203, 4.313; P=0.021, 0.002). The emotional stability (N) and occlusion (L) dimension scores of the study group[(13.39±6.01)points, (10.80±4.31)points] were significantly higher than those of the control group[(7.20±2.11)points, (6.39±2.69)points], the differences were statistically significant ( t=6.896, 6.210; P=0.007, 0.004). The total score of social support[(31.66±4.61)points] in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group[(36.75±4.79)points], the difference was statistically significant ( t=4.97; P=0.003). The scores of total life events and negative events in the study group [(60.61±14.68)points, (39.02±15.27)points] were significantly higher than those in the control group[(32.09±9.20)points, (9.21±4.53)points], the differences were statistically significant ( t=11.396, 12.510; P=0.006, 0.008). Conclusion:Female patients with menopausal depression are closely related to their psychosocial factors, and their mental status is poor, and they are in a sub-health state for a long time.Active and effective psychological interventions for menopausal women can effectively prevent the occurrence of menopausal depression, and thus improve the quality of life and level of menopausal women.

Objective:
To explore the effect of horticultural therapy on the rehabilitation of patients with depression in hospital.
Methods:
A total of 80 cases with depression who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Third People′s Hospital of Huzhou City from January 2017 to December 2017. We used random-number methods to classify patients into either the intervention group or the control group with 40 cases in each group. While the two groups both received conventional antidepressant drugs, and psychiatric care routine and conventional rehabilitation training. Patients in the intervention group also attended horticultural therapy, the treatment period lasted for 4 weeks. The two groups were measured by HAMD and IPROS to compare the clinical symptoms and rehabilitation effects, the before of the 4th week and the end of the 4th week after treatment.
Results:
There was no statistically significant difference in HAMD score before the intervention among two groups (
