1.Comparison of self-imposed delay of gratification between aggressive children and normal children
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2011;20(5):458-460
Objective To compare the differences of self-imposed delay of gratification and the characteristics of delay strategy between aggressive children and normal children, in order to provide evidence-based basis for aggressive children's education and behavior modification. Methods Using the classical self-imposed delay of gratification task to compare the ability of delay of gratification between 24 aggressive children and 24 class-, age-, gender-matched normal controls. Recording children' s delay behavior coding to compare their differences of delay strategy by using the time sampling observation method. The differences of purpose of delay of gratification was analyzed with χ2 test. The differences of their delay strategy was analyzed with the independent sample t -test. Results A significant difference was found between two groups on delay of gratification(χ2 = 13. 50, P <0.01). The controls showed more purpose during the waiting process than the aggressive children whose waiting was mostly without purpose or they simply gave up. The problem-solving strategy was hightlighted in the use of delay strategy for both the aggressive children(22. 38 ±11. 29) and the controls( 28. 21 ± 3. 05). The control group children used more problem-solving strategy(28.21 ±3.05) and self-control strategy(0. 71 ± 1.08) during the waiting task. Their level of delay strategy was higher than the aggressive groups ( (22. 38 ± 11. 29), (0. 13 ± 0. 45) ) (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The aggressive children are less capable of self-imposed delay of gratification, the purpose of behavior is weaker and the level of delay strategy is lower than normal children.

Objective: To investigate the tendency and correlation between connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) and low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein (LRP) in human pulmonary fibroblasts-1 (HPF-1) induced by transforming growth factor beta1 (TGF-?_1) at different times. Methods: After the HPF-1 cells were stimulated with TGF-?_1 (5 ?g/L) at different times (0 h, 3 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h),CTGF and LRP mRNA expressions were analyzed by RT-PCR. The same preparation steps of cell culture were repeated, then, the protein expressions were determined by Western Blot, co-immunoprecipitation Western Blot and immunocytochemistry. Results: The expressions of CTGF and LRP mRNA had similar tendency, and LRP (224.87?7.00) correlated with CTGF (131.53?2.86) positively (r= 0.8402, P
3.The Analysis of 2856 questionnaires of diabetes mellitus patients
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 1995;0(04):-
Objective To study the effect of individual and environmental factors of diabeties on their glycemic and lipidic metabolism. Methods While educating diabeties with diabetic informations, we inguired their individual data questionnaires. According to their diabetic periods, cultural levels, compliance to their doctors, daily work times and ocupations respectively,we grouped these patients and compared their fasting and postprandial glycemia (FBG & PBG), GHb,serum lipids and serum uric acid (BUA). Results Among 2 856 diabetic patients, the type I was about 4. 9% and the type Ⅱ about 95. 1% ; the family patients was about 9. 91% and the overweight about 44. 29K. According to patients' compliance to their doctors, blood glucose,GHb and lipids and BUA was lower in absolute compliance group than the basical group or the non compliance one (P<0. 02),and the levels of glycemia and GHb and TG all related to their compliance (respectively r=- 0. 059, - 0. 055, - 0. 075, - 0. 063 ; and P<0. 05, 0. 05, 0. 01, 0. 025 ). Considering the diabetes periods, the 1-5 year metabolic control of group was best (P<0. 02) and the 5- 10 year and above 10 year metabolic control groups were better than the group within one year (P <0. 05). To patients' cultural levels, the metabolic control senior or higher middle school groups was better than the junior middle school or lower (P<0. 05). Thinking their daily work time and occupation, the metabolic control of groups working more than seven hours was worst (p respectively less than 0. 05 and 0. 02). Conclusion diabetic patients' individual and environmental factors are all affecting their metabolic control, among them the complicance is most effective.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1995;0(10):-
Objective To study the effect of variant concentrations of lidocaine on voltage-dependent sodium current in dissociated hippocampal neurons of the ratMethods Voltage-dependent sodium currents in dissociated hippocampal neurons of the rat were recorded by whole-cell configuration of the patch clamp when a series of doses of lidocaine (10 -5mol/L-10 -2mol/L) were appliedResults Lidocaine reduced the amplitude of sodium current in a dose-dependent manner, with EC50 of (039?005)mmol/LConclusions Voltage-dependent sodium channel is related to cerebral protective effect of lidocaine, but has nothing to do with its nervous toxicity
8.Changes of acetylcholine receptor in skeletal muscle after upper motoneuron injury and the regulation of calcitonin gene related peptide
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1997;0(11):-
Objective To observe the time profile of the changes of mRNA of ? and ? subunit of acetylcholine receptor (AChR) in skeletal muscle and the level of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in spinal motoneuron after upper motoneuron injury. Method The spinal cord of adult male Wistar rats was transected on the lower thoracic segment. The spinal cords below the transection level and soleus muscles were sampled 0,1,2,4,7 and 14 days after surgery, respectively, to detect the levels of mRNA of ? and ? subunit of acetylcholine receptor in soleus muscle using Northern blot method, and CGRP level in spinal motoneuron using radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of mRNA of ? and ? subunit of acetylcholine receptor siginificantly increased after surgery, but the level of mRNA of ? subunit increased earlier and higher than ? subunit. The level of CGRP in spinal motoneuron markedly reduced after surgery, was maintained at 50 80% of normal level since the 2nd day after surgery. Conclusions The levels of AChR ? and ? subunit in skeletal muscle significantly increase after upper motoneuron injury, the expression of which CGRP may regulate.
