Objective:To determine the effects of parathyroid hormone(PTH) upon dentinogenesis in rat tooth. Methods:15 SD rats aged 42 d were evenly divided into 3 groups. In the groups of control,PTT and PTX,shamoperatoin, parathyroid autotransplantation and parathyroidectomy were conducted respectively. After operation serum Ca 2+ was weekly measured with methylthymol method.30 d after operation dentinogenesis was observed with HE staining and light microscopy.Results:30 d after operation, serum Ca 2+ concentration in PTX group was lower than that in control and PTT groups(P

Objective: To study the effects of parathyroid hormone(PTH) on the calcification characters of cultured human dental papilla mesenchymal(DPM) cells. Methods: DPM cells were cultured up to 35 days in two groups. The control group was cultured in DMEM supplemented with 15% FCS,50 ?g/ml ascorbic acid and 10 mmol/L ?-glycerophosphate. The cells in experimental group were cultured in above mentionned medium containing 33.3 nmol/L of PTH. The medium was changed every 3 or 4 days. Osteocalcin secretion of the cells was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: Addition of TPH in medium caused a significant increase of osteocalcin secretion from 21 to 35 days culture (P

Objective:To study the effects of parathyroid hormone (PTH) on BMP3 expression of cultured human dental papilla mesenchymal cells (DPMCs). Methods:DPMCs were obtained by cell culture, BMP3 mRNA expression was studied by in situ hybridization. BMP3 gene expression of human DPMCs after exposure to 33.3 nmol/L PTH for 5 days were measured. The cells cultured in the medium without PTH served as control. Results: Stronger BMP3 positive signals were observed in PTH treated cells than that in the control cells. Conclusion:PTH stimulats BMP3 systhesis of cultured DPMCs.
4.Clinical effect of labetalol combined with nifedipine on essential hypertension and its influence on inflammatory factor and coagulation function
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2020;27(10):1168-1172
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of labetalol combined with nifedipine in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension and its influence on inflammatory factors and coagulation function. Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018, 142 patients with essential hypertension admitted to Rongjun Hospital of Zhejiang Province were divided into control group (71 cases) and observation group (71 cases) according to random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with nifedipine, while patients in the observation group were treated with labetalol on the basis of the control group. Both two groups were treated for 3 months. The therapeutic effect, changes of blood pressure, inflammatory factors, coagulation function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group (90.14%) was higher than that of the control group (73.24%) (χ 2=6.780, P<0.05). After treatment, the diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and systolic blood pressure(SBP) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (observation group: t=24.544, 19.890, control group: t=14.473, 19.273, all P<0.05). After treatment, the DBP and SBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( t=8.756, 6.892, all P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, C-reactive protein (CRP) and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (observation group: t=15.125, 20.859, 22.729, control group: t=7.784, 10.865, 10.418, all P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, CRP and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( t=15.145, 7.662, 13.692, all P<0.05). After treatment, the plasma D-dimer and Fib levels in the two groups were lower than before treatment (observation group: t=14.655, 18.707, control group: t=8.728, 7.269, all P<0.05). After treatment, the plasma D-dimer and Fib levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( t=9.384, 10.831, all P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Labetalol combined with nifedipine has good clinical efficacy in treating essential hypertension, alleviating inflammation and improving coagulation function, which is worthy of clinical reference.

Objective:
To evaluate the application effect of the medication management training based on Precede-Proceed Model in schizophrenic inpatients.
Methods:
In this self-control study, 60 schizophrenic inpatients were chosen for this investigation and were undergoing the medication management training on Precede-Proceed Model with conventional nursing care. By using Insight and Treatment Attitudes Questionnaires (ITAQ), The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) and Nurses′ Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOSIE) after the first 3 months and 6 months of the intervention, in order to evaluate their results with their initial readings.
Results:
The total scores of ITAQ, the total scores of BPRS, lacking in activity factor, reaction factor, hostile-suspiciousness factor, the total scores of NOSIE, total positive and negative factors before the intervention were (183.3±15.0) points, (71.7±10.9) points and (13.6±8.8) points; three months after intervention were (189.0±15.8) points, (75.3±11.1) points and (11.6±7.2) points; six months after intervention were (193.8 months after intervention were15.2) points, (71.8 ±9.6) points and (10.1±7.0) points. There were significant differences between the total score and the total negative factor score before and after treatment (

Objective To investigate the characteristics of ST segment changes in middle-aged and elderly people in Fuzhou through cardiopulmonary exercise test and to analyze its possible influencing factors, in order to provide theoretical guidance for cardiovascular prevention. Methods A total of 987 individuals undergoing health examination at the physical examination center of 900TH Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from 2017 to 2023 were collected as study subjects, and cardiopulmonary exercise tests were performed, and the exercise maximum heart rate (/min), resting systolic blood pressure (mm Hg), resting diastolic blood pressure (mm Hg), peak systolic blood pressure (mm Hg),,carbon dioxide ventilation equivalent (%) ,Borg score (score) and other index data were collected, using Logistic regression to analyze the influencing factors of ST segment anomalies. Results A total of 234 ST-segment abnormalities occurred, and the abnormal rate was 23.72%. Among them, 148 cases (14.99%) were depressed in ST segment, 52 cases (5.27%) were elevated in ST segment, 13 cases (1.32%)was extended in ST segment , and 21 cases (2.14%) was shortened in ST segment . The ST-segment abnormal group had higher exercise maximum heart rate (/min), resting systolic blood pressure (mm Hg), resting diastolic blood pressure (mm Hg), peak systolic blood pressure (mm Hg), peak diastolic blood pressure (mm Hg), carbon dioxide ventilation equivalent (%) and Borg score (score) than the normal group, and the differences were statistically significant. The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that peak systolic blood pressure (mm Hg), carbon dioxide ventilation equivalent (%) and Borg score (score) were the influencing factors in the ST segment depression ; the peak systolic blood pressure (mm Hg) and Borg score (score) were the influencing factors in the ST segment elevation(OR>1). Conclusion Peak systolic blood pressure (mm Hg), carbon dioxide ventilation equivalent (%) and Borg score (score) are the influencing factors of ST segment abnormalities in cardiopulmonary exercise test in middle-aged and elderly people , and their measurement is of great significance for cardiovascular health evaluation and treatment.
