Objective To optimize the extracting process for Weiningsu Capsule. Methods With dry extract rate and naringin content as the inspection indicators, orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of four extracting factors (water volume, extracting time, times of extracting and soak time of herbal) on the extracting process. Results The optimum extracting process was A3B2C2D3,i.e.the water volume being 10 times of the weight of medicinal material, extraction for two times and 1.5 hours each time, and soaking for 1.5 hours. Conclusion Optimization of extracting process for Weiningsu Capsule by orthogonal test is a simple, quick and accurate method.

Anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (AION) is the ciliary artery-circulatory disorders for the supply of optic nerve head area before the sieve plate prozone and sieve plate district, result in the insufficient blood supply of the optic nerve head and ischemia hypoxia, edema. Clinical manifestations of the type with non-artery inflammatory neuropathy and artery inflammatory neuropathy, which would both eventually lead to the irreversible damage to the optic nerve. In the early phase of AION, the main method is giving a glucocorticoids intravenous drip and a periglomerular injection (or retrobulbar injection) in time, but using the glucocorticoids for a long time or in quantity can cause a series of complications. Therefore, the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of AION has become more and more significant in clinic.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
The present article deals with the result of early repair of 105 cases of cleft palate within the first two years of life. The result is excellent without fistulae, ruptures or deaths. The early repair of the cleft palate has the advantages of small blood loss during operation, little postoperative reaction and better healing. The key points of surgical procedure and postoperative management are introduced in details. The safety of the early operation and its influence on the development of maxillofacial growth are also discussed. The deficiency of maxillofacial growth is related to surgical procedures of cleft lip and palate besides the congenital factors.Early repair of cleft palate enables the child to develop normal speech and is advantageous to psychological development of the child.

Purpose To investigate the diagnostic value of ~(18)F-flurorodeoxyglucose (~(18)F-FDG) PET/CT (positron emission tomography/computed tomography) on multiple myeloma.Materials and Method ~(18)FDG PET/CT imaging findings were retrospectively analyzed in 31cases with multiple myeloma proved by bone marrow aspiration or biopsy from August 2005 to June 2009. Results The PET/CT imaging characteristics were categorized into three types: ① osseous destruction (n=28): Osseous destruction with active metabolism was found in this type combined with no extramedullary organs involvement. The SUV_(max) ranged from 2.5 to 15.4, and the SUV_(arg) ranged from 2.0 to 11.3. ② Extramedullary organ involvement (n=2): Besides osseous destruction, extramedullary organs involvement were detected in this type demonstrating active metabolism in varying degrees. The SUV_(max) ranged from 2.2 to 8.3 and the SUV_(avg) ranged from 1.7 to 6.5. ③ Diffuse bone marrow infiltration (n=1): Diffuse hypermetabolism without osseous destruction was found in the whole body bone marrow with the SUV_(max) of 13.4 and SUV_(avg) of 8.8.Conclusions ~(18)FDG PET/CT can accurately demonstrate the morphology, extent and activity of multiple myeloma, thus facilitating the clinical staging, whereas multiple osteolytic osseous metastases and osseous lymphoma should be excluded for certain cases.

Objective To evaluate the changes of brain metabolism with 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET/CT in patients with disorders of consciousness (DOC).Methods This retrospective study, from January 2007 to October 2016,included 40 patients (26 males,14 females, age range:17-73 years)in the vegetative state (VS),12 patients (11 males,1 female, age range:25-53 years) in the minimally conscious state (MCS),and 11 patients (10 males,1 female, age range:12-68 years) in the state of recovering from DOC.All patients underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging. The standardized uptake value (SUV) of multiple brain areas among 3 groups of patients was calculated and compared.One-way analysis of variance was used for data analysis. Results The SUV in different encephalic regions among 3 groups were significantly different (F values:6.214-13.642,all P<0.01) except for mesencephalon.Compared with MCS group, the SUV of cerebral cortex of VS group was lower (t values:2.263-3.548,all P<0.05).Compared with the recovered group, the SUV of cerebral cortex and cerebellum of VS group was lower (t values:1.299-5.136,all P<0.05).Compared with the recovered group, the SUV of parietal lobe, temporal lobe, occipital lobe, thalamus and cerebellum of MCS group was lower (t values:1.962-2.841,all P<0.05).Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT may be significant in evaluating brain function of DOC patients.

Objective Based on the technology acceptance model,to explore the influence mechanism of technical support, perceived interactivity, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived risk on medical staff's report intention on adverse events, and to provide path suggestions for improving medical staff's report intention adverse events. Methods The multi-stage sampling method was used to select 637 medical staffs of tertiary public hospitals in Hangzhou who used the information-based platform to report adverse events as the research respondents, and the self-developed scale of report intention on adverse events was used as the research tool, monofactor analysis were conducted by Wilcoxon rank-sum test, and the structural equation model was used to analyze the influence path of their report intention on adverse events. Results Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have positive effects on medical staff's report intention on adverse events(β=0.264,0.658;P<0.001);Perceived risk negatively affected the medical staff's report intention on adverse events(β=-0.143,P<0.001).The indirect effects of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on medical staff's report intention on adverse events are 0.538 and 0.205,respectively.Conclusion Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use plays a mediating role in perceived interactivity and medical staff's report intention on adverse events.
