Objective To study the effect of calcium dobesilate on serum Hs-CRP and TNF-α and other micro-inflammatory in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 74 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing maintenance hemodialysis from April 2015 to December 2016, were randomly divided into the control group(n=39) and the observation group(n=35). All patients are in line with the diagnostic criteria of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic renal failure, established by the Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine. All patients in the two groups were given atorvastatin, at this basis, the observation group was given calcium dobesilate. After treatment, hypersensitive inflammatory markers, such as C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF-α), as well as nutrient index plasma albumin (ALB) and the pre-albumin (PA) level in the two groups were compared. Results The hs-CRP, TNF-α in the observation groupwere lower than that in the control group, the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05). The ALB, PA in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with calcium dobesilate was used in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis which can improve thenutritional status and inflammatory conditions, it is safety and is worth popularizing,.

Objective To explore methods for hypertension intervention healthy promotion, improve villagers 'healthy consciousness and facilitate their behavior change in country. Methods Adopted "point to lead side and point combine with side" to develop community diagnosis and mobilization, establish system for measuring blood, organize villagers abstain from tobacco and supervise those who with hypertension in experimental village. Results Understanding rate(full understanding means knowing all parts of the project ) about the clinical manifestation and harmful influence of hypertension have increased from 2.0% to 10.4% and 0.2% to 8.7% respectively just after intervening, but preventive knowledge level hasn't improved obviously between 2003(before intervening) and 2006(after intervening).Before 2003, There were no villagers have ever measured their blood pressure on their own, and the rate of medical workers who have measured blood pressure for patients on their own was 28.5%. But after 2006, the rate of villagers who know ought to measure blood pressure periodical was 97.6%, and among them, 83.0% have measured their blood pressure on their own. Medical workers who have measured blood pressure for patients increase to 80%~90%. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are non-coding RNAs that have transcript lengths exceeding 200 bp and do not have the capacity for protein coding because of having no open reading frame. In the human genome, lncRNAs play important regulato-ry roles in the process of epigenetic, transcription and post-transcription, so they have become the focus of research followed by mi-croRNAs. The abnormal expression of lncRNAs in cancer usually represents different functions, such as the function of oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes, which promote or inhibit tumor growth. Lung cancer is a common malignant tumor with a five-year survival rate of 17%. Previous literature shows that MALAT1, H19, lincRNA p21, UCA1, and BC200 are closely related to the development of lung cancer. They could promote cancer growth, invasion and metastasis, apoptosis and induce drug resistance, and so on. This review aims to provide assistance in the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of lung cancer by clarifying the functions and mechanisms of ln-cRNAs.

Objective To explore the significance of blood lactic acid level and lactic acid clearance in evaluating the prognosis of septic shock.Methods The blood lactic acid concentration of 64 patients with septic shock EICU ICU admission 1h inside,6,12,24 and 48h was recorded,and the lactic acid clearance was calculated 12 hours after treatment,and according to lactic acid clearance of outcome,64 patients were divided into two groups,live group and death group;Then compared blood lactic acid level and lactic acid clearance between the two groups.Results The blood lactic acid concentration of live group and death group when enter the ICU was (7.2 ±5.4)mmol/L,(9.2 ±5.6)mmol/L respectivly,and was higher than normal,and of live group after 6h began to fall,and it reached normal level after 24h [ (2.2 ± 1.3 ) mmol/L ],but of death group after 48 h [ ( 8.0 ± 3.8 ) mmol/L ] was still significantly higher than normal,until death.There was significant difference between the two groups (t =3.7816,3.8257,7.5263,4.5875,5.8765,all P ＜ 0.05 ).The lactic acid clearance of death group after 12 hours was (5.83 ±3.92)mmol/L,and significantly lower than that of live group[ ( 14.32 ±2.68) mmol/L] (t =6.2565,P ＜0.05).Conclusion Blood lactic acid concentration was positively related to the prognosis of patients with septic shock,and dynamic response of disease progression by detecting lactic acid clearance rate could be early,sensitive,quantitative indicators to determine the severity of critical illness.

Objective　To study the expressions of oncogenes c-Ha-ras, c-ki-ras, pan-ras and c-myc and point mutation of c-Ha-ras1 during hepatocarcinogenesis in rats. Methods　Immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization and microdissection of tissue (MDT)-PCR-SSCP were used to detect the oncogene expressions and point mutation of c-Ha-ras1 in both Solt-Farber model and DEN-induced liver cancer model. Results　The overexpression of c-Ha-ras was closely associated with the formation and proliferation of the precancerous basophilic hepatocyte foci, while that of c-myc with the growth of the oval cell foci. The abnormalities of IGF-Ⅱ played an important role in the evolution of precancerous foci/nodules towards hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The overexpression of fms was only associated with HCC of some rats. Conclusion　Hepatocarcinogenesis in rats was related with the overexpression of c-Ha-ras, c-myc, IGF-Ⅱand fms and the point mutation of c-Ha-ras1, and overexpression of these oncogenes was associated with morphological evolution.

Objective　To explore the relationship between morphologic evolution and proliferative activity during hepatocarcinogenesis in rats. Methods　Imaging analysis technique was used to detect the morphologic parameters of cells in hepatic lesions in both Solt-Farber model and diethylnitrosamine (DEN)-induced liver cancer model. Immunohistochemistry was employed to detect proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU). Results　The oval cells were identified as irregular small proliferating cells in size of one-eighth of and with a nucleus/cytoplasm ratio of 6 times of the normal hepatocyte by image analysis. The morphometric parameters of basophil hepatocyte in precancerous foci and nodule were similar to those of the liver cancer cell. PCNA and BrdU positive cells were mainly localized within the proliferative foci and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues. There was a better consistency between the development of hepatic lesions and cellular proliferative activity. Conclusion　The morphologic evolution is closely related to proliferative activity during hepatocarcinogenesis in rats.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of tobacco control interventions among employees in centers for disease control and prevention (CDC) in Hebei Province. Methods Tobacoo control interventions, including health education, Quit and Win competition, and founding smokeless CDC, were carried out in CDC system in Hebei Province from May 2006 to June 2008. Surveys on smoking rate of employees and on average cigarette quantity consumed by male employee smokers were conducted at the beginning and the end of the interventions. Results In 2006, 9 931 employees in 174 centers at provincial, city, county level in Hebei Province participated in this study. The overall smoking rate was 25.69%. Male employees had a higher smoking rate (51.28%) than the females (0.68%). The smoking rate of male employees was 50.92%, 49.48% and 51.72% for provincial, city and county CDC levels, respectively. The average cigarettes consumed by one smoker in one day were 15.0. In 2008, 9 139 employees in 189 centers participated in this study. The overall current smoking rate was 25.07%. The smoking rate was 52.26% and 0.43% for males and females, respectively. The smoking rates of male employees in provincial and city CDCs were 43.93% and 46.18%, significantly lower than those in 2006. The smoking rate of male employees in county CDCs was 53.98%, much higher than that in 2006. The average cigarettes consumed by one smoker in one day in 2008 were 12.4, significantly less than that in 2006. The current smoking rate of male employees in smokeless CDCs was 48.0% , significantly lower than 56.9% in non smokeless CDCs. Conclusion Male employees in Hebei Province CDC system had a high smoking rate. Tobacco control interventions play a role in reducing smoking rate and cigarettes consumption.

METHODS: 61 patients (male 34, female 27) were randomly divided into 2 groups. Perindopril group (n=31): perindopril 4 mg qd, and gliclazide 80 mg bid. Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin on lung Injury complicated by severe acute pancreatitis and explore its mechanism.Methods Ninety Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely sham operation (SO) group,acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) group,low molecular weight heparin treatment (LH) group.4％ sodium taurocholate was injected into the pancreatic duct to induce ANP model.Subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin (10 U/100 g body weight) was injected in the LH group,the equivalent amount of normal saline was injected in the SO and ANP group.After 6,12,24 h,rats were sacrificed respectively,pancreas and lung tissues were harvested to observe the pathological changes and the pathological changes were scored;and the changes of TLR4 and VEGF protein expression in lung tissue was determined by immunohistochemical method.Serum and lung levels of IL-6,IL-l0,TNF-α were determined by ELASA method.Results The pancreas and lungs tissues were normal in SO group,diffuse hemorrhage,necrosis and a large number of inflammatory cells infiltration was observed in pancreas tissue in ANP group.Lung alveolar wall rupture,interstitial hyperemia,edema,a large number of infiltrating neutrophils could be seen in lung tissue in ANP group.The pancreas and lungs tissues injuries were significantly alleviated.The pancreas and lungs pathological scores of ANP group at 12 h were 6.34 ± 1.09,7.01 ± 1.16,and those were 5.48 ± 0.86,6.24 ± 0.86 in LH group,the values in LH group were significantly lower than those in ANP group (P ＜ 0.05),and there was a positive association between lung and pancreas scores (r =0.812,P ＜ 0.01).The expressions of TLR4,VEGF,IL-6,TNF-o,IL-10 in lung tissue of ANP group at 12 h were 0.68 ± 0.10,0.50 ± 0.11 and (2617.2 ± 485.3),(1603.1 ± 519.7),(608.3 ±137.5)pg/g,which were 0.61 ±0.09,0.41 ±0.06 and (2398.5 ±503.7),(1302.4±389.8),(753.2 ±100.0) pg/g in LH group,and the expressions of TLR4,VEGF,IL-6,TNF-α in LH group were significantly lower than those in ANP group,but the expression of IL-10 was significantly up-regulated,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,IL-10 in ANP group at 12 h were (184.3 ± 45.7),(289.7 ± 60.4),(143.2 ± 30.4) μg/L,which were (143.8 ±31.8),(256.4 ±40.7),(189.3 ± 50.9)μg/L in LH group,and the levels of IL-6,TNF-α in LH group were significantly lower than those in ANP group,but the expression of IL 10 was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The expression of TLR4,VEGF in lung tissue was positively associated with the degree of lung injuries (r =0.524,0.503,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Low molecular weight heparin may improve lung injury complicated by ANP.The mechanism may involve inhibiting the expression of TLR4 and VEGF protein,IL-6,TNF-α,and up-regulation of the expression of IL-10.
