Objective To review the regulation of liver regeneration factors.Methods The literatures about liver regeneration related regulators in recent years were reviewed.Results With further advancement of researches on regulators of liver regeneration in recent years,there were more therapies for treatment of liver-related diseases.Regulators play important roles in the process of liver regeneration,as one of which,cell growth factor plays an essential role in liver cell proliferation,such as the proper expression of TNF-? and IL-6 promoting liver cell proliferation,HGF,TGF-?,EGF,ALR,FS,and others motivating liver cell proliferation,while TGF-? and IL-1 physically terminating liver cell proliferation.Conclusion By strengthening the studies on liver regeneration regulators,new methods may appear for treating liver-related diseases.

Objective To discuss clinical effect of bronchodilator treatment on patients with chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease.Methods According to the exclusion criteria,106 patients were selected and randomly divid-ed into two groups,the control group were given glucocorticoid therapy,the study group was given glucocorticoid +bronchodilator treatment;lung index,including forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,and the percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second of forced vital capacity of the two groups were compared,and the patientˊs clinical curative effect was observed.Results The patients of the study group of three indicators:forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second of forced vital capacity percentage were (1.6 ±0.8)L,(3.4 ±0.4)L,(48.6 ±2.3)%,which were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05);The total effective rate of the study group was 96.3%,which was higher than 81.2% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of glucocorticoid +bronchodilator on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is good,which can effectively improve patient forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second percentage of forced vital capacity,and can avoid illness development,significantly improve the treat-ment efficiency.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of dendritic cell-cytokine-induced killer cell (DC-CIK) combined with interleukin (IL)-2 in treatment of renal cell carcinoma.Methods A total of 60 patients with renal cell carcinoma after radical nephrectomy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Thirty cases in treatment group were given DC-CIK cells combined with IL-2 treatment.Thirty cases in control group were treated with IL-2 treatment.The immune function,quality of life,survival rate and adverse reactions were analyzed in two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the percentages of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ ratio and CD16+CD56+ increased and CD8+ decreased significantly in treatment group(P ＜ 0.05).In control group,there was no significant change before and after treatment in the percentages of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ ratio,CD16+ CD56+ and CD8+(P ＞ 0.05).Quality of life of 83.3％(25/30)patients in treatment group was improved,56.7％(17/30) patients in control group was improved,there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The 1-year survival rate in treatment group and control group were 93.3％ (28/30),83.3％ (25/30),and the 1-year recurrence rate in two groups were 6.7％ (2/30)and 13.3％ (4/30),there were no significant difference between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).There were no significant statistically in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion DC-CIK cells combined with IL-2 in treatment of renal cell carcinoma after radical nepbrectomy can improve patients' immune function and quality of life.

Objective To investigation the relation of leptin to birth weight and insulin in preterm and term neonates and to explore whether a functional “adipoinsular axis” might exist in preterm and term neonates. Methods A total of 264 preterm and term newborns were recruited and categorised according to gestation length. Anthropometric measurements were performed at birth. Leptin, fasting glucose and insulin were measured at 3 days of life. Results Serum leptin was significantly higher in term than in preterm. The relation between serum leptin and gestation followed a non-linear pattern; The slope of the curve began to increase after 34 weeks gestation. Objective To Discuss the influence of intrauterine environment to neonatal insulin sensitivity. Methods Two hundred and eight new borns were selected into our study and divided into 4 groups, they are full term adequate for gestational age(AGA) group(133 cases), full term small for gestational age(SGA) group(30 cases), preterm AGA group(87 cases) and preterm SGA group(30 cases). In the morning of the 3rd day after birth their serum glucose, insulin and lipid concentration were examined before milk, and the ratio of insulin to glucose were calculated. Statistical analysis was performed with the SPSS 9.0 software. Results The mean ratio of insulin to glucose are 1.243?0.703 in full term SGA group and 0.259?0.837 in full term AGA group, while in preterm SGA group and preterm AGA group the mean ratio of insulin to glucose are 1.190?0.683 and 0.497? 0.080, it shows that each SGA group has significantly higher insulin to glucose ratio than the AGA group( P
