Objective To assess the feasibility and the reliability of emergency temporary cardiac pacing under fluoroscopy and nofluoroscopy, and compare to the superiority and inferiority between two groups. Methods Fifty-seven patients were temporarily paced under fluoroscopy and nofluoroscopy by the way which the common bi-pole temporary endocardium pacing electrode was introduced into the right ventricle by the bi-subclavian vein and right internal jugular.Result Twenty-six patients were successfully paced under fluoroscopy, and 27 patients of 31 were successfully paced without fluoroscopy, the other 4 patients were not paced successfully.Besides, there was no any complication in all patients. Conclusion Emergency temporary cardiac pacing without fluoroscopy is utility, saving time and safety,Compared to other method, the effect is proximity and even superior than the way under fluoroscopy. The way of the emergency temporary cardiac pacing without fluoroscopy is applied widespreadly in the work of clinical first aid.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Nutlin-3,a MDM2 antagonist,on the pyroptosis in SMMC-7721 cells. Methods: The expression of actived caspase-1(p20) and IL-1β was detected using Western blot analysis.Pyroptosis was investigated by a standard lactate dehydrogenase release assay(LDH).IL-1β content in the cell culture supernatant was quantified by ELISA.Results: Nutlin-3 up-regulated the expression level of actived caspase-1 and IL-1β in SMMC-7721 cells.Meanwhile,Nutlin-3 increased significantly the content of LDH and IL-1β in the cell culture supernatant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Nutlin-3 activated pro-caspase-1,promoted pyroptosis and IL-1β release in SMMC-7721 cells.

Objective To explore the relationship between achievement motivation, procrastination and positive mental health of college students. Methods A total of 348 students completed a survey that in-cluded Achievement Motivation Scale(AMS),General Procrastination Scale(GPS)and Mental Health Con-tinuum Short Form(MHC-SF).Results (1)The average scores of achievement motivation, procrastination and positive mental health in college students were 3.61±12.05,56.48±10.62 and 3.46±0.82 respectively. The proportion of flourishing student was accounted for 53.16%,44.83% for the moderately mentally healthy and 2.01% for the languishing.(2)College students' achievement motivation was positively correlated with positive mental health(r=0.399,P<0.01),achievement motivation was negatively correlated with procrasti-nation(r=-0.388,P<0.01)and procrastination was negatively correlated with positive mental health(r=-0.267,P<0.01).(3)Procrastination had a partial mediating effect between achievement motivation and positive mental health, and the proportion of mediating effect in total effect was 12.75%.In three dimensions of positive mental health, procrastination also had partial mediating effect between achievement motivation and psychological well-being and emotional well-being respectively, the proportion of mediating effect in total effect were 15.71% and 20.63% respectively. But the mediating effect between achievement motivation and social well-being was not significant. Conclusion College students with higher achievement motivation have higher positive mental health, but the procrastination has indirect negative effect between the two variables, which leads to the negative effect of emotional and psychological well-being in the positive mental health condition.

Mesh-related visceral complications caused by mesh erosion after tension-free inguinal hernia repair are one kind of rare long-term complications, but they are easily neglected. Interval time from initial hernia repair to mesh-related visceral complications by preperitoneal and laparoscopic repair is short. Rutkow and transabdominal preperitoneal repair have the highest reported rate. Lichtenstein has the longest interval time and the lowest reported rate. The most frequently eroded organs are sigmoid colon, bladder and small intestine. The common clinical manifestations of sigmoid colon erosion are hematochezia, abdominal wall fistula and colitis, hematuria and recurrent urinary tract infection in bladder erosion cases, intestinal obstruction and abdominal wall fistula in intestinal erosion case, sigmoid-bladder fistula and intestinal-bladder fistula in multiple organ erosion cases. Resection or repair of corresponding organs with mesh removal have good efficacies in most patients. The authors summarize and analyze researches on mesh-related visceral complications after tension-free inguinal hernia repair from 1994 to 2021, review their advances, in order to raise awareness of such complications in clinicians.
