Objective To evaluate effection of Milrinone in patients with pneumocardial disease at acute exacerbation stage .Methods Eighty-three patients were randomly divided into two groups , both in the same conventional therapy , the treatment group received 10mg of Milrinone dissolve in 250ml 5% glu-cose intravenous infusion , 1 second /day, 10 days for a course of treatment .Observation group were treated with 5%glucose infusion 250ml, 1 time /day.The arterial blood gas, echocardiography measurements with mean pulmonary artery pressure , left ventricular ejection fraction and clinical evaluation to improve cardiop-ulmonary function efficiently were compared before and after treatment .Results Arterial blood gas analy-sis, pulmonary artery pressure and left ventricular function were improved and comprehensive evaluation of the efficiency of cardiopulmonary function in treatment group were significantly better than the control group ( Pall<0.05).Conclusion There is satisfactory of Milrinone in acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease .

The recent progresses on chemical components and pharmacological activities of the genus Gentiana were summarized. The main chemical constituents of this genus are iridoids, xanthone and flavone. There were more than ninety iridoid compounds, one hundred xanthone compounds, and thirty four flavone compounds isolated up till now. And flavone compounds were obtained mainly from aerial part. The plants of this genus had broad bioactivities such as antifungal activity, anti-inflammatory activity and liver protective effect. These mentioned above would be helpful for further studies on the plants of the genus Gentiana.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the quality and quantity changes of Flos Lonicerace during flowering stages in Hanzhong GAP base in order for properly harvesting and quality control.
METHODThe yield index of Flos lonicerace in four flowering stages was determined, and the contents of chlorogenic acid and the total flavonoid in the samples were determined by HPLC and the colorimetry, respectively. The volatile oils were extracted by the SFE-CO2 and the constituents were analyzed by GC-MS.
RESULTThe yield in the first two flowering times was attributed to about more than 80% of total yield, and the number of flower buds for each plant in the first time was almost the same as the sum of the other three times. The drying rate of the three-site green flowers kept the highest during the first flowering time, and the drying rate of the two-site white flowers kept the highest during the second flowering time. The contents of chlorogenic acid and the total flavonoid in the first flowering time were higher than those in the second, and among them, the two-site white flowers kept the highest, about 3.5% and 13.2%, respectively. For the sample flowers in in the second flowering time, the three-site green flowers kept the highest level of chlorogenic acid and the total flavonoid, about 2.7% and 11.6%, respectively. From the volatile oil samples in the five periods of Flos lonicerace in the first flowering time, 19 components were identified by GC-MS. They were composed by three types of compounds, n-diolefines, fatty acids and steroids. Nonacosane and hentriacontane had the relatively higher amount with more than 40% and 20%, respectively. The relative contents of vitamine E were higher too, about 8.15% - 10.43%. And, gamma-5-sitostene-3-ol, stigmasta-5,2-diene-3-ol and campesterol were also detected. Among these steroids, the relative contents of the first two were 4.90% - 6.9%, 1.06%- 4.10%, respectively.
CONCLUSIONThe flowering samples in the first two times were attributed to the most to the total yield. The samples of the two-site white flower and the whole-white flower had the higher comprehensive quality. The components of vitamine E and the steroids in the volatile oil need to be paid more attention.

Objective:To explore the predictive value of regional leptomeningeal collateral circulation scale (rLMC) based on multimodal CT in recanalization of blood vessels in patients with acute ischemic stroke after thrombectomy. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of patients with acute ischemic stroke within 6 h of first onset, admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to December 2019. Before operation, the conditions of their vessels were evaluated by rLMC based on multimodal CT. Two areas, anterior cerebral artery (ACA)-middle cerebral artery (MCA) area and posterior cerebral artery (PCA)-MCA area, were divided. The total rLMC scores of two areas (0-10) were calculated: scores of 0-3, scores of 4-7, scores of 8-10. After admission, the recanalization of the blood vessels after thrombectomy was evaluated immediately according to grading of thrombolysis in cerebral infarction (TICI) after completion of thrombectomy within the time window; TICI grading≥II was defined as succeed recanalization. The correlation between rLMC scores and vascular recanalization in patients with acute ischemic stroke was evaluated. Results:Among the 80 patients, 17 were in the rLMC scores of 0-3 group, 25 in the group of rLMC scores of 4-7, and 38 in the group of rLMC scores of 8-10; 68 patients (85.00%) had vascular recanalization, and the success rate of vascular recanalization in patients from the group of rLMC scores of 8-10 was significantly higher than that in the group of rLMC scores of 0-3 (97.36% vs. 58.82%, P<0.05). Correlation analysis results showed that the rLMC score was positively correlated with success rate of vascular recanalization ( r s=0.625, P=0.000); whose sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and accuracy were 89.5%, 90.9%, 94.45%, 83.3% and 90.0%, respectively. Conclusion:The rLMC is closely related to the recanalization rate in patients with acute ischemic stroke after thrombectomy; the success rate of recanalization after intravascular treatment is relatively high in patients with rLMC scores of 8-10.
