Objective To evaluate the effect of lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate granules combined with montmorillonite powder and live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus granules in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 80 cases of children with infantile diarrhea in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the combined treatment group ( lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate granules combined with montmorillonite powder and live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus granules ) , and conventional treatment group ( montmorillonite powder and live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus granules ) two groups with 40 cases in each group, the clinical curative effects, adverse reactions, stool frequency recovery normal time, stool normal time, abdominal pain disappeared time, temperature recovery time, vomiting disappeared time of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total treatment effective rate of the combined treatment group 97.5%(39/40) was significantly higher than the conventional treatment group 72.5% (29/40), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the stool frequency recovery normal time, stool normal time, abdominal pain disappeared time, temperature recovery time, vomiting disappeared time were significantly shorter than the conventional treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate granules combined with montmorillonite powder and live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus granules in the treatment of infantile diarrhea is better than montmorillonite powder and live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus granules .

Heteroclitin D (H.D) was successfully isolated from Kadsurae Caulis by using flash chromatography and recrystallized by methanol, 10.2 mg of H.D was obtained from 4.86 g of crude extract, and the purity determined by HPLC was 99.4%. The structure was identified by UV, IR, MS, and NMR analysis. The fast, simple and efficient method can be applied to the preparation of reference substance of H. D.

Objective To explore the possibility of preparing rabies laboratory diagnostic monoclonal antibodies with synthetic peptides as immunogen. Methods A synthetic peptide located at residues 355 to 369 of rabies virus CVS-11 nucleoprotein was conjugated to the Keyhole Limpe hemocyanin (KLH) macromolecule and used to immunize BALB/c mice to prepare hybridoma cell lines by classical hybridoma technology.Indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and indirect fluorescent assay (IFA) were used to screen and identify the hybridoma cell lines. Results A positive hybridoma cell line named 2B1D11 was obtained after screening the anti-peptide antibodies in supernatants of hybridoma cell lines by indirect ELISA and IFA.Monoclonal antibody in ascites of BALB/c mice inoculated with 2B1D11 was purified and used successfully to detect the rabies virus in canine brain tissues and BHK-21 cells by IFA.Conclusion It is possible to prepare rabies laboratory diagnostic monoclonal antibodies with synthetic peptides as immunogen.

Objective To analyze the geographical distribution and epidemiological characteristics of rabies in China in 2013,to guide the national rabies control and prevention. Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was adopted, and analysis was made based on the epidemic data of rabies in 2013 in China.Result Totally 1128 rabies cases were reported from 28 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions during this time, the incidence and mortality rates were 0.083/100000 and 100%,respectively.Rabies cases were reported in all the seven geographic regions in China. The number of reported cases in the south of the Yangtze River area accounted for 70.48% of the total number of case, much higher than the rest areas; 47.96% of them occurred in the top five provinces,i.e.,Guangxi,Guangdong,Hunan,Guizhou and Yunnan. The ratio of male and female was 2.28∶ 1.Cases were reported among all age groups. Most of cases were farmers, which covered about 71.01% of the total number of cases. The number of reported cases decreased in 2013 while decreasing in previously high risk provinces compared with that of 2012.Conclusion The incidence rate of rabies was continually reduced in 2013,and the trend geographically showed a moving from the south to north and the trend from the high risk region to the low risk region was also presented.
