[Objective] To discuss the clinical effect of Jianpi Qingwei Decoction on chronic erosive gastritis(CEG). [Method] Choose the said patients 68 cas-es, randomly divide them into treatment group(n=38) and control one(n=30).The treatment group take the self-made Jianpi Qingwei Decoction for treat-ment;the control one, lansoprazole and col oid pectinBi. Both take 4w as a course;after 1 course, compare their cure effect and side effects;fol ow up the re-currence. [Result] In the treatment group, 22 cases were cured, 13 better, 3 uncured, the total effective rate 92.10%;for the control one, they were respective-ly 13,11,6 and 80.00%;by comparison, their difference had statistical meaning;there ’s no recurrence fol owing up for half year. [Conclusion] Jianpi Qingwei Decoction has marked cure effect and little side effects on CEG, without easy recurrence, worth promotion.

OBJECTIVETo observe the differences in clinical effect on menstrual migraine between subgaleal acupoint injection with metoclopramide and oral administration of medication.

METHODSSixty-four patients of menstrual migraine were randomized into a subgaleal acupoint injection group and a medication group, 32 cases in each one. In the subgaleal acupoint injection group, the acupoint injection started 10 days before menstruation. Eight acupoints on the head were selected and injected alternatively in two groups, once every 2 days, 4 treatments made one session and 3 sessions (3 menstrual cycles) were required. In the medication group, flunarizine was applied with oral administration, 2.5 mg each time, once every night. The duration of treatment was 3 months. The analgesic effect, frequency and time of pain attack were observed in 3 and 6 months after treatment in the two groups.

RESULTSAfter treatment, VAS scores were lower than those before treatment in the two groups (P<0.01, P<0.05), the attack frequency and pain time were all reduced as compared with those before treatment (all P<0.01). After treatment, VAS score, the frequency and time of pain attack in the subgaleal acupoint injection group were improved significantly as compared with the medication group (all P<0.01).

CONCLUSIONThe subgaleal acupoint injection with metoclopramide achieves the superior preventive effect in clinical treatment of menstrual migraine as compared with flunarizine.

Objective To study the effects and mechanism of Huangqi against myocardium injury induced by ischemia and reperfusion in rats. Methods Totally 30 male Sprague-Dauley rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group (C group), ischemia/reperfusion group (I/R group), ischemic pretreatment with Huangqi group (H+I/R group), with 10 rats in each. The left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery was ligated to establish the ischemia/reperfusion heart model. Huangqi was administered before the model was established in the H+I/R group. The pathologic changes of myocardial tissues (under light and electron microscopy), content of creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum, as well as activities of Na~+K~+-ATPase and Ca~(2+)-ATPase in myocardial tissues were observed. Results Light and electron microscopic examination showed that the necrotic degeneration and pathologic changes of myocardiocytes in Huangqi group were significantly milder than those in the model group. The levels of CK, LDH, MDA were decreased significantly in Huangqi group (P<0.05), the activities of SOD, Na~+K~+-ATPase and Ca~(2+)-ATPase in myocardial tissues in Huangqi group significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion Huangqi shows a significantly protective effect on myocardial I/R injury in rats. The mechanism may be related to multiple factors, including improving microcirculation, forming anti-oxygen free radicals and decreasing calcium overload.

Objective To investigate the effects of remifentanil on NF-κB activity in a rabbit model of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. Methods Fifty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 10 each): sham operation group (group S); group I/R; low dose of remifentanil group (group L); median dose of remifentanil group (group M); high dose of remifentanil group (group H). In group I/R, L,M and H, myocardial I/R was produced by occlusion of left anterior descending artery for 30 min followed by 120 min reperfusion.In group S and I/R,10 min before ischemia,normal saline was infused at 5 ml·l·h-1 via the external jugular vein until the end of 120 min reperfusion. In group L, M and H, remifentanil was infused at 1, 5 and 10ug·kg·min-1 respectively 10 min before ischemia until the end of 120 min reperfusion,and the other procedures were the same as those in group I/R. The myocardial tissues were taken at the end of 120 min reperfusion for determination of NF-κB expression which was used to reflect the activity of NF-κB and microscopic examination. Results The activity of NF-κB was significantly higher in group I/R, L, M and H than in group S. The activity of NF-κB was gradually decreased with the increase in the dose of remifentanil in group L, M and H compared with group I/R. The microscopic examination showed that remifentanil significantly attenuated I/R-induced injury in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Infusion of remifentanil reduces myocardial I/R injury through decreasing the activity of NF-κB in a doee-dependent manner.

Objective:To investigate the impact and mechanisms of TAM to the imbalance of Treg /Th17 in the Eoc microenvi-ronment.Mte hods:Build the in vitro M2 macrophage model ,which was like TAMs .Use flow cytometry to detect the difference of the Treg/Th17 before and after the co-culture of M2 macrophage and CD 4+T cells.Use Western bolt to detect the change of T cell transcription factor and ELISA to detect the IL-10 levels in the supernatant after co-culture.Use crystal violet methods to detect the influence to the ovarian tumor cell proliferation between the different co-culture supernatants and the Transwell to detect the influence to the ovarian tumor cell migration.Thus to analysis the how TAMs influence the imbalance of Treg/Th17 in Eoc microenvironments.R esults:①After coc-ultured with M2 macrophage ,the ratio of Treg/Th17 was( 0.76 ±0.33 ) significant increased compared with control (0.41±0.25) ,M0( 0.40±0.32) and M1(0.31±0.16) (P<0.05).②After co-cultured,the supernatant of M2 group has a significant ability to promote the proliferation of Skov-3 cells.After co-cultured for 1 day, the Skov-3 cell number of M2 group was 14 942.43 ±434.19 , which was significantly higher than the control group ( 12 445.57 ±179.34 ) and CD3/28 group (12 470.32±434.18)(P<0.001).After co-cultured for 2 days,the Skov-3 cell number of M2 group was 30 129.09±520.53 ,which was significantly higher than the control group (25 622.81±897.07) and CD3/28 group(25 721.62±1 808.60) (P<0.05).③After co -cultured with M2 macrophage , the Treg-specific transcription factor Foxp 3 increased ( P=0.047 ) compared with control and M 1 group .④After co-cultured with M2 macrophage for 3 days,the concentration of IL1-0 in the supernatant was(264.04±75.9)pg/ml, which was significantly higher than CD 3/28 group ( 60.89 ±46.54 ) pg/ml,M 0 group ( 44.81 ±32.93 ) pg/ml, M1 group ( 42.71 ± 26.09)pg/ml(P=0.001).Conclusion: M2 macrophage induces the increase of the radio of Treg /Th17 as well as the increase of Treg-specific transcription factor Foxp 3 and the decrease of Th17 -specific transcription factor ROR-γt.Meanwhile , the co-culture supernatant of M2 macrophage and CD4+T cell have the ability to promote the proliferation and migration of ovarian cancer cell ,the mechanism which ,may related to the IL -10 in the supernatant .

OBJECTIVETo compare the differences in pain reaction, hemodynamics and clinical efficacy between extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) after injection with flurphen mixture (mixture of droperidol and fentanyl citrate) at Shenshu (BL 23) and simple ESWL in the patients.

METHODSSixty-four cases of urinary calculi with ESWL were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 32 cases in each one. In the observation group, 15 to 20 min before ESWL, flurphen mixture (droperidol injection 1.25 mg and fentanyl citrate injection 0.05 mg were diluted to 6 mL with 0.9% sodium chloride solution 4.5 mL) was injected at bilateral Shenshu (BL 23). In the control group, no any adjuvant therapy and medication were used before ESWL. The changes in blood pressure and heart rate, visual analogue scale (VAS) score, lithotripsy frequency till calculi complete removal and the rate of calculi complete removal after the first lithotripsy were observed in the two groups.

RESULTSIn the control group, blood pressure and heart rate were higher during lithotripsy than those before lithotripsy (both P<0.05). In the observation group, the differences in blood pressure and heart rate were not significant statistically as compared with those before lithotripsy (both P>0.05). The blood pressure and heart rate during lithotripsy in the observation group were apparently lower than those in the control group (both P<0.05). VAS scores during lithotripsy in the observation group were lower apparently than those in the control group (both P<0.05). The lithotripsy frequency in the observation group was less than that in the control group. The rate of calculi complete removal in 1 week after the first lithotripsy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [75.0% (24/32) vs 50.0% (16/32), P<0.05].

CONCLUSIONThe flurphen mixture at Shenshu (BL 23) significantly alleviates pain reaction in patients undergoing ESWL, avoids the fluctuation of hemodynamics and improves the clinical effect of lithotripsy.

Objective To investigate the feature of Th1 cytokines induced by Mtb-specific antigen in patients with refractory pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 28 patients with refractory pulmonary tuberculosis,67 patients with first-treated pulmonary tuberculosis,and 25 healthy controls with positive T.spot (LTBI group) were enrolled.IFN-γ,IL-2 and TNF-α in supernatants from PBMCs stimulated with ESAT-6 and CFP-10 were analyzed with Bender Flowcytomix on flow cytometry.Results The levels of the three cytokines were utmost high in patients with first-treated pulmonary tuberculosis.The lowest level of IFN-γ and IL-2 were induced in patients with refractory pulmonary tuberculosis,and were significantly lower than the LTBI group(Mann-Whitney U ＝ 105.5,162.5,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions The immunotherapy with IFN-γ and IL-2 may play a role in treatment for refractory pulmonary tuberculosis but not for most of first-treated pulmonary tuberculosis.

Objective To explore the correlations of the MRI findings and its pathological typing in the focal cortical dysplasia (FCD) .Methods MR images of 74 patients with FCD confirmed by operation and histopathologic examination were analysed retro‐spectively .MRI findings with FCD were divided into three subtypes including radial band type ,hyperintensity type and mild type . The correlation of the FCD MRI findings and pathological typing is analysed .Results In 74 patients with FCD ,there were radial band type in 12 cases ,hyperintensity type in 32 cases ,and mild type in 30 cases respectively .M RI finding of radial band type FCD showed a tail of increased T2WI/FLAIR signal tapering down to the lateral ventricle .Hyperintensity type FCD showed increased T2 WI/FLAIR signal in the cortex and subcortical white matter ,accompanied with focal cortical thickening .Mild type FCD showed T2 WI/FLAIR subtle hyperintense signal in cortex with or without focal cortical thickening ,but there was no hyperintense signal in subcortical white matter .Most of radial band type FCD were ⅡB in pathology .Most of hyperintensity FCD were ⅡA and ⅡB .Mild type FCD was more found to beⅠA orⅠB .Conclusion Analysing MRI features would improve the accurate diagnosis of FCD and help to infer the pathological type .
