Objective To observe the effect of Weidongfang and hydrotalcite in treatment of bile reflux gastrifis.Methods Bile reflux gastritis were randomly assigned to 2 groups.30 eases in the Weidongfang group were treated with Weidongfang and hydrotalcite;30 cases in the mosapride group were treated with mosapride and hydrotalcite;and the course of treatment was 4 weeks for all.The clinical symptoms of bile reflux gastritis,the classify of extent of bile reflux and the accumulated points of pathological change of the gastric mucosa below gastroscope were evalumed before and after treatment.Results The significant and total effective rate in the Weidongfang group were 33.3% and 86.7%.Mosapride group 43.3% and 83.3%.Butthe classify of extent of bile reflux and the accumulated points of pathological change of the gastric mucosa of Weidongfang group were Similar to Mosapfide group below gastroscope.Conclusion Weidongfang and hydrotalcite were effective medicine in treatment of bile reflux gastritis.

Objective To explore the clinical effect and lung CT change of long-term used of low-dose roxithromycin in treatment for bronchial expansion patients in stable phase. Methods 94 cases collected in the Department of Respiration, The Second Hospital Affiliated to Suzhou University from February 2011 to December 2012 were diagnosed as bronchiectasis, 34 cases in control group were given oral treatment for ambroxol 30 mg, three times one day, 60 cases in treatment group were added roxithromycin 75 mg on basis of control group, two times one day. Patients in two groups were both treated for 6 months. The therapeutic effect and the score of life quality and dyspnea scores in two groups were observed, and the changes of CT data were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the life quality score and dyspnea score of two groups were all improved, but the treatment group was signiifcantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate in treatment group was 86.67%, which was signiifcantly higher than 70.59%in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, chest CT imaging score of patients in treatment group were improved, signiifcantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Long-term low dose administration of roxithromycin can control and stable bronchiectasis symptoms, and improve signs and symptoms .

This article was aimed to explore the effect of acupuncture on HDAC2 activity in peripheral blood of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) rats. The COPD rat model was established by cigarette smoking. Acupuncture was given for 3 consecutive weeks. The lung ventilation of rat was detected by equipment. Peripheral blood of rat was taken after 3 weeks. The HDAC2 enzyme activity was detected by fluorescence technology. ELISA was used in the detection of IL-10, IL-8 and TNF-αexpression in peripheral blood. The results showed that after acupuncture treatment, the lung ventilation was obviously increased compared with the model group (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, the HDAC2 activity in the peripheral blood of rat was obviously increased (P < 0.05). However, the expression of inflammatory cytokines IL-10, IL-8 and TNF-α was obviously reduced (P < 0.05). It was concluded that acupuncture treatment had a good efficacy on COPD rat. It indicated that acupuncture treatment might regulate HDAC2 activity to reduce inflammation.

Objective To study the effect of apigen on articular cartilage repair involving chondrocytes transfected with bone morphogenic protein-7 (BMP-7).Methods lnterleukin (IL-8) and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) were induced by IL-1 β in rabbit chondrocytes.After apigen at different concentrations (10 μmol/L,25 μmol/L,and 50 μmol/L) was added into the culture system,the effect of apigen on IL8 and sICAM-1 production was observed using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Then chondrocytes were seeded on improved matrigel gel bracket and culturedin vitro to construct the compound,which was then transplanted into the rabbit model of articular cartilage defection.The rabbits were randomly divided into sham group (n =4),trans-BMP-7 group (n =4),and trans-BMP-7 + apigen group (n =4).Histological observation was conducted and Wakitani score calculated after 5 weeks.Results The concentrations of IL-8 and sICAM-1 in the chondrocytes supernatant in vitro significantly decreased after apigen treatment at 10 μmol/L,25 μmol/L,and 50 μmol/L [(6803.63 ±162.31) ng/g,(6005.74 ±201.49) ng/g,and (5202.34 ±271.67) ng/gvs.(10011.84±239.29) ng/g ; P =0.00].Five weeks after the cartilage cells on matrigel gel bracket were transplanted into rabbit models,the Wakitani scores of the trans-BMP-7 group and the trans-BMP-7 + apigen group were significantly lower than that of the sham group [(3.68 ± 0.86) vs.(8.25 ± 0.90),P =0.00 ; (3.21 ± 0.78) vs.(8.25 ±=0.90),P =0.00].In addition,no inflammatory reaction was noted during the repair in the trans-BMP-7 + apigen group.Conclusion Apigen can promote the construction of compound and repair of articular cartilage defects by trans-BMP-7 chondrocyte.

Chinese traditional patent medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(PBCRBS) originated from traditional Chinese medicine theory and had approved efficacy and safety standards. However, its compatibility regularity and anti-thrombotic mechanism is not clear. To analyze the compatibility regularity and anti-thrombotic mechanism of Chinese traditional patent medicine for PBCRBS, a statistical and bioinformatics analysis was carried out using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TICMISS, V2.0) and ingenuity pathway analysis (IPA). The compatibility regularity analysis shows that the most commonly used herb combinations are Danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.) and Honghua (Carthamustinctorius L.). The anti-thrombotic mechanism analysis reveals that 25 ingredients have an effect on 29 thrombosis related molecules which 23 molecules are related to inflammation response. Furthermore, there are 5 inflammation molecules (NOS2, PTGS2, IL6, TNF, IL1β) served as major targets. At the same time, Danshen, Chuangxiong and Honghua mainly used as sovereign herb or minister herb in the application of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Therefore, Chinese traditional patent medicine for PBCRBS probably has an effect on anti-thrombotic activity through inhibiting the inflammatory response. In summary, the most commonly used herb combinations of Chinese traditional patent medicine for PBCRBS are Danshen, Chuanxiong and Honghua. Inhibiting inflammatory response, especially inflammation related molecules (NOS2, PTGS2, IL6, TNF and IL1β), is probably a new starting point to clarify the anti-thrombotic mechanism of Chinese patent medicine for PBCRBS.

Objectives To investigate the serum uric acid level and its related factors in obese children. Methods Obese children were selected from all pupils (ages 7-14) of 3 primary schools. Age-and sex-matched children with normal body mass index (BMI) were chosen as normal controls. Fasting venous blood samples were collected to detect uric acid (UA), glucose (GLU), total cholesterol (CHOL), triacylglycerol (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipopro-tein cholesterol (LDL-C). Results Sixty-eight (2.2%) obese children (57 boys and 11 girls) were detected from 3 000 children. Compared with 136 normal controls, the blood pressure (BP), levels of UA, CHOL, TG and LDL-C, and waist circumference (WC) were higher while HDL-C was lower in obese children (P<0.05). The detection rate of hyperuricemia in obese children (35.3%) were signiifcantly higher than that in normal controls (5.9%) (P<0.05). UA was positively related with WC, BMI, BP and TG, negatively related with HDL-C. Conclusions Obesity can lead to higher serum UA, higher BP and abnormal lipid metabolism. The level of serum UA was correlated with BP and abnormal lipid metabolism.

Objective To study the feasibility of percutaneous pedicle screw fixation in treatment of thoraco-lumbar fractures.Methods Twenty-two patients with thoraeo-lumbar fractures were treated with the posterior percutaneous or open pedicle screw fixation respectively.Operation time,the bleeding volume,the height of the anterior border,the cobb angles of seoliosis,the late loss of correction,and complications were compared.Results All patients were followed up for mean 19 months(13 to 22 months).In percutaneous group,the mean time of operation was 102 minutes,the anterior height of compressed vertebral bodies was restored from 52% to 95% of the normal height,and the Cobb angle was corrected from 16?to 6.3?,the mean late loss of correction was 13% in percutaneous group,and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P＞0.05).The mean bleeding volume in the percutaneous group and open group was 102 ml and 290 ml respectively,which showed significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Posterior percutaneous pedicle screw fixation in treatment of thoracolumar fractures,which didn't need vertebral canal decompression,was a perfect and effective method.Compared with open method,it had such strongpoints as quicker recovery and less invasive.

Objective To analyze whether β1,4-galactosyltransferase-Ⅰ(β1,4-GaiT-Ⅰ)expression correlates with the expression of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α in osteoarthritis(OA).Methods Synovial tissue samples from eight OA patients and eight healthy people were obtained as the experimental group and controls respectively.The mRNA levels of β1,4-GalT-Ⅰ and TNF-α were measured by reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and real-time PCR.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to test the expression of TNF-α in the protein level.Cellular colocalization of β1,4-GalT-Ⅰ and TNF-α was analyzed by double immunofluorescence.ANOVA and t-test was used for statistical analysis.Results ①Compared with the control group[β1,4-GalT-Ⅰ(0.48±0.09),TNF-α(0.46±0.07)],the expression of β1,4-GalT-Ⅰ(0.94±0.16)and TNF-α(1.19±0.19)were significantly increased in OA synovial tissue(t=3.47,t=4.06,P＜0.01)and there was colocalization between β1,4-GalT-Ⅰ and TNF-α;② Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)could induce fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLSs)β1,4-GalT-Ⅰ[11.2±0.9 vs 2.9±0.5(dose effect),22.3±2.3 vs 4.4±0.9(time effect),F=83.03,F=157.58,P＜0.05]overexpression;③ LPS could induce FLSs TNF-α[(1256±96)vs(101±7)pg/ml,F=431.96,P＜0.01]overexpression;④ Not only endogenous TNF-α,but exogenous TNF-α could induce FLSs β1,4-GalT-Ⅰ[23.2±1.9 vs 8.4±1.3(dose effect),23.9±1.8 vs 11.5±1.3(time effect),F=124,F=93.6,P＜0.05]overexpression.Conclusion It is possible that FLSs mayuse TNF-αto control β1,4-GalT-Ⅰ functions during inflammation in OA.

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of acute leukemia patients during pregnancy.Methods:The clinical data of 16 cases with acute leukemia during pregnancy from January 2009 to December 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis and treatment regimens, pregnancy outcome, the early fetus and survival status of patients were also analyzed.Results:All 16 leukemia cases were confirmedly diagnosed and classified by bone marrow puncture, including 13 cases of acute myeloid leukemia (5 cases of non-acute promyelocytic leukemia and 8 cases of acute promyelocytic leukemia) and 3 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. At the time of confirmed diagnosis, 6 patients were in first trimester, 6 cases in second trimester and 4 cases in late trimester. As for pregnancy outcome, 1 patient had natural birthing, 5 patients underwent cesarean operation, 9 patients underwent artificial abortion and 1 patient had spontaneous abortion. Chemotherapy was performed in 15 patients during pregnancy, 11 patients received chemotherapy for treatment of primary disease after pregnancy, 3 patients died during the treatment. During the follow-up of 13 cases, 8 patients survived and 5 patients lost follow-up.Conclusions:Early diagnosis of acute leukemia during pregnancy is very important. Bone marrow puncture should be performed timely to make clear diagnosis when blood routine result is abnormal during antenatal care. Multidisciplinary consultation should be initiated in time, and the best treatment plan should be worked out to guard against serious complications during pregnancy.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of detection of protein SP70 in differentiating benign and malignant pleural effusion.Methods A case-control study was conducted from July 2011 to February 2012.108 cases of pleural effusion from patients with clinically proven lung cancers and 122 cases of benign pleural effusion were collected.SP70 was detected by Sandwich ELISA,while CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE were measured by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay for comparison.Meanwhile,protein SP70 on exfoliated cells in pleural effusion was detected by direct immunofluorescence,and was compared with the results of HE staining.The differences between the groups were evaluated by the chisquare test Fisher' s exact test.Results Positive rates of SP70,CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE were 72.2％,58.3％,52.8％ and 30.6％ in malignant pleural effusion,obviously higher than benign pleural effusio (9.8％,13.1％,23.0％ and 19.7％).The specificity of SP70,CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE were 90.2％,86.9％,77.0％ and 80.3％,NSCLC had significantly higher positive rate than SCLC(74.3％ ＞0.0％,P =0.02 ＜ 0.05),detection of protein SP70 in malignant pleural effusion had significantly higher coincidence rate than HE staining(72.2％ vs 47.2％,x2 =14.03,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Determination of the protein SP70 in pleural effusion and in exfoliated cells,can improve the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion.
