A method was developed for determination of thirteen amines including seven aliphatic amines, two heterocyclic amines and four aromatic amines in atmospheric particulate matter (PM) by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Samples were ultrasonically extracted with ultra-pure water and derivatized with benzenesulfonyl chloride (BSC) under alkaline conditions. The derivatives were extracted with dichloromethane and then detected by GC-MS using DB-5MS chromatographic column. The method detection limit (S/N=3) and quantitation limit (S/N=10) were 0.00008-0.017 μg/mL and 0.00026-0.0565 μg/mL respectively, and the correlation coefficients were 0.9903-0.9996, which indicated that the standard curve had good linear correlation. In addition, the relative standard deviation was less than 30% and the average recovery was 54.4%-159.7% except for methylamine and benzylamine at spiked level of 1.0 μg/mL, showing high precision and accuracy. 9 kinds of amines were detected in the PM2.5 samples collected in Guangzhou city by this method, among which dimethylamine and butylamine accounted for 90% of the total nine amines, which indicated that they were primary amines in PM2.5; while propylamine exhibited the lowest level in PM2.5 with the concentration less than 1.0 ng/m3.

Objective To evaluate the method of low-intensity anticoagulation therapy in the pregnant women who had received mechanical heart valve replacemant, and the effects of warfarin on the pregnant women and their fetus. Methods This retrospective study involved 56 pregnant women( 61 pregnancies)who had received mechanical heart valve replacement.Their pregnant status, delivery, and anticoagulation therapy were observed and followed-up between May 1986 and November 2009 at West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Results All patients took oral anticoagulant (warfarin) throughout pregnancy. The dose of domestic warfarin was ( 3.02 ± 0.85 ) mg/d ( in 42 cases), and the dose of imported warfarin was (2.84 ± 0.57 )mg/d (in 14 cases). The mean INR value of 401 samples from patients was 1.67 ±0.58. No thromboembolism or major hemorrhagic complications occurred. Minor bleeding occurred in 11 pregnancies. Forty-seven patients had term delivery, 7 had premature birth, 6 had spontaneous abortion, and 1 had intrauterine fetal death. Six newborns were born with low birth weight (2.3 ± 0. 5 ) kg, and no abnormal fetus was observed. Conclusion The low-intensity anticoagulation therapy with warfarin (at a dose of less than 5 mg/d) and a INR target of 1.5 to 2.0 was safe and convenient for the pregnant women, who had received mechanical heart valve replacement. The abnormalities rate of fetus was low.

Objective To investigate the effect of IFN-γ on the proliferation and migration of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cell line Eca9706 and related mechanism. Methods Cells were cultured in vitro and treated with interferon-γ. Cell morphology changes were observed under microscope, cell proliferation ability was detected by CCK-8 experiment, and cell migration ability was detected by cell scratch experiment and Transwell experiment. Real-time PCR method was used to detect the expression efficiency of chemokine CXCL8 (interleukin 8), and the ELISA experiment was used to detect the change of CXCL8 secretion. Results Compared with the blank control group, Eca9706 cells treated with different concentrations of interferon-γ did not change significantly in cell morphology. CCK8 experiment confirmed that the proliferation ability of Eca9706 cells after IFN-γ treatment was significantly reduced (

Chinese Journal of Preventive Medicine 2019;53(6):559-564
Objective:
To investigate the relationship between the magnesium intake and patterns of diary and the risk of type 2 diabetes in Harbin residents.
Methods:
On April 2010, 24 communities in 7 districts of Harbin were selected as research sites using multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method. A total of 9 734 residents aged 20-74 years was investigated using general questionnaire survey, dietary survey and biochemical indicators test. A total of 9 376 subjects were included in the study. Factor analysis was used to analyze dietary patterns. According to the quartile of dietary magnesium intake, the subjects were divided into four groups, from

BackgroundThe incidence of delirium in critically ill psychiatric patients is high, and there are many factors affecting delirium occurrence. At present, epidemiological studies on delirium among critically ill patients in psychiatric hospitals are limited. ObjectiveTo explore the risk factors for delirium in critically ill patients in a psychiatric hospital, so as to guide the clinical management of delirium in psychiatric hospitals. MethodsThis retrospective study included 427 critically ill patients who were admitted to Shenzhen Kangning Hospital from January 1, 2019 to May 31, 2021. The delirium situation, gender, age, pre-admission course of illness (duration from the onset of acute mental state changes to in-patient registration at a psychiatric hospital), history of mental illness, history of cognitive dysfunction, history of using psychoactive substances, history of using sedative and hypnotic drugs, number of combined chronic diseases, number of combined drugs and type of disease were examined as potential risk factors for delirium. Single Logistic regression was used to analyze the potential risk factors for delirium, and the potential risk factors were incorporated into the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis model so as to gradually screen out the risk factors for delirium in critically ill psychiatric patients. ResultsDelirium was present in 33.49% (143/427) of critically ill patients. Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that the presence of delirium was associated with mental and behavioral disorders caused by psychoactive substances (OR=8.949, P<0.01), absent history of mental illness (OR=4.202, P<0.01), number of combined chronic diseases (OR=1.249, P<0.01), age (OR=1.031, P<0.01) and pre-admission course of illness (OR=0.942, P<0.01) . ConclusionDelirium was present in nearly 1/3 critically ill patients in the psychiatric hospital. The risk factors for delirium included short course of illness before admission, age, more combined chronic diseases, absent history of mental illness, mental and behavioral disorders caused by psychoactive substances. The clinical application of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) has significantly improved the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. With the widespread applica-tion of ICIs in HCC, the management of immune-related adverse events (irAE) gained more and more attention. However, the complicated disease characteristics and various combination therapies in HCC throw out challenges to irAE management. Therefore, the editorial board of the 'Chinese expert consensus on the management of immune-related adverse events of hepatocellular carcinoma treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (2021 edition)' organizes multidisciplinary experts to discuss and formulate this consensus. The consensus focuses on issues related to HCC irAE manage-ment, and puts forward suggestions, in order to improve standardized and safety clinical medication, so as to maximize the benefits of immunotherapy for patients.
