Objective:To enhance the CT department full-time staff professional quality. Methods: Summary according to the CT room personnel in CT department working experience. Results: Eliminate or reduce the CT enhancement in the accident.Conclusion: CT room staff should have good communication and coordination ability, rich clinical experience, skilled professional skills, a high degree of vigilance and a strong sense of responsibility, eliminate their concerns, to implement CT successfully enhance the inspection, the prevention of medical risk.

Cytosine deaminase (CD) gene is a kind of suicide gene, cytosine deaminase can catalyze the conversion from 5 - fluorocytosine (5 - FC) into 5 - fluorouracil (5 - FU), this combination therapy (CDgene/5 - FC) were widely used in cancer therapy. The results of many researches in different cancer cells have demonstrated that it can inhibit tumor growth significantly. The mechanism includes 5 - FU's direct killing tumor cells and its bystander effect. It can also be used as a potential purging method for autologous hematopoietic cells transplantion after chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. CD/5 - FC combined with other therapies would be an important future research approach.

Objective To observe the vascular collagen remodeling, apoptosis and Bcl-2/Bax of vascular smooth muscle cells in carotid artery on SHR . Methods 12 SHR treated with Irbesartan ,12 SHR without treated Irbesartan ,12 wistar rats were normotensive control group. The vascular volume fraction of Collagen were determined by picrosirius red staining .The expression of the proteins Bcl-2 and Bax were determined by Immunhistochemia,VSMC apoptosis was identified by in situ TDT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL). Results Significant Fibrosis exists in carotid artery of SHR. After 20 week's treating, the vascular volume fraction of Collagen and the ratio of wall/cavity were descended, but weren't parallel. The expression of the protein Bcl-2 and APOI were higher than the subjects of normotensive control, its reduced after treating; The expression of the proteins Bax was similar with control, it increased after treating. Conclusions The results suggest that vascular collagen remodeling exist, its maybe related with apoptosis , the proteins Bcl-2 and Bax of VSMC. The Irbesartan can treat it.

AIM: To establish the methods for determining borneol,isoborneol,muscone,benzyl benzoate in Shexiang Baoxin Pills. METHODS: Turbomass GC-MS instrument was used;the selective ion was applied for detecting borneol,isoborneol,muscone,benzyl benzoate.DB-5 capillary column(0.1 ?m?0.25 mm?30 m).The column temperature was rose by program from 80 ℃ to 260 ℃;the quantiative ion m/z 95 used for borneol and isoborneal,m/z 238 for musone,m/z 212 for benzyl benzoate;Shexiang Baoxin Pills were diluted with hexane. RESULTS: The linear ranges of borneol,isoborbeol,muscone,benzyl benzoate were within 0.020-20.0 ?g/mL(r=0.999 3),0.024-24.0 ?g/mL(r=0.999 0),0.029-28.8 ?g/mL(r=0.999 1),0.050-50.0 ?g/mL(r=(0.999 2)) respectively.The average recoveries of borneol,isoborbeol,muscone,benzyl benzoate were 97.00%,(96.30%,) 96.85%,98.20%,respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple accurate and highly sensitive and suitable for Shexiang Baoxin Pills.

Objective:To establish the method of determination of the contents of Danshensu and Protocatechuic aldehyde in Huoxue Mixture simultaneously by RP HPLC.Methods:The determination was carried out with Inertsil ODS column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol 0.5% HAc (22∶78) and UV detection wavelength was 280nm. Results:The average recovery of standard addition were 96.7%, RSD =1.12% ( n =5) for Denshensu, and 97.0 %, RSD =1.53% ( n =5) for Protocatechuic aldehyde, There was a good linear relationship between the absorption area value and the concentration in the range of 1.25～10?g for Deshensu and 0.25?g～2.0?g for Protocatechuic aldehyde.Conclusion: The method is simple, acurate, reproducible and can be used for content determination of Huoxue Mixture.

Objective:To establish the determination of the contents of ferulic acid and paecniflorin in Huoxue Mixture Radix Salviae Miltiorrmizae, Radix Angelicae sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra cortex Moutan, Radix Astragali and caulis Spatholobi simultaneously by HPLC.Methods:The determination was carried out with ZORBAX *ODS column. Chromatographic condition of ferulic acid: the mobile phase consisted of methanol 1%HAc (42∶58) and UV detection wavelength was at 313nm. Chromatographic condition of paecniflorin: the mobile phase consisted of methanol water (25∶75) and UV detection wavelength was 230nm.Results:There was a good linear relationship between the absorption peak area and the concentration in the rang of 0.125～1.0?g for ferulic acid and 0.25～2.0?g for paecniflorin, respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple, acurate, reproducible and can be applied for content determination of Huoxue Mixture.

Objective To investigate the expression of IL-10 and IL-6 in tissue and plasma of subtypes lymphoma and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical technique and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to assess the expression of IL-10 and IL-6 in 97 cases paraffin tissue and plasma samples from different subtypes of lymphoma.Results Expression of IL-10 and IL-6 was positive in all lymphoma tissue samples, but there is no significant difference among different subtypes lymphoma (x2 =0.815, x2 =0.542, P ＞ 0.05). Tumor samples were found positive IL-10 and IL-6 expression in macrophages and vascular endothelial cells by immunohistochemistry respectively. Expression of IL-10 and IL-6 in plasma of lymphoma were higher than that in control respectively [(232.57±191.59) pg/ml vs (59.12±68.35) pg/ml,(80.70±89.68) pg/ml vs (45.68±33.66) pg/ml],with significant difference (t =6.968,t =2.896,P ＜0.05).IL-10 and IL-6 plasma levels increased with enhanced expression in lymphoma (x2 =0.815,x2 =0.542,P ＜ 0.05).Which was found to be correlated with each other (rs =0.394,P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The expression of IL-10 and IL-6 had been found at various degrees in tissues and plasma of lymphoma.IL-10 and IL-6 in plasma of lymphoma were higher than that in controls. These results showed that IL-10 and IL-6 may cooperate in vivo with lymphoma cell proliferation and infiltrate. IL-6 and IL-10 maybe served as useful indicators for diagnosis of lymphoma.

AIM: To study the effects of VEGF over-expressed C6 glioma cells on the expression of Flk-1 and Flt-1 in cocultured microvascular endothelial cells using the rat hepatic cells BRL 3A as control. METHODS: Cocultured systems of rat pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells with C6 and endothelial cells with BRL 3A were established. Immunocytochemical method was used to investigate the expression change of Flk-1 and Flt-1 protein in cocultured microvascular endothelial cells. The expression of Flt-1 and Flk-1 mRNA was analyzed by RT-PCR and Northern blot. Objective To investigate clinical characteristics and psychological problems of patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome,and to study the effects of drug therapy and psychological intervention.Methods To analysis clinical characteristics and psychological qustioniare results.Results Fifty-one patients (male twenty-nine,female twenty-two,age range 15～68,average age (33 2?8)were analysed.Clinical symptoms were fever(96 1%),muscle pain and fatige(80 4%),cough 56 9%,chest distress and short breath(25 5%),dizziness and headeache(27 5%),diarrhea(3 9%).Psychological questionare results were depression and anxiety(90 2%),sleepless (51 2%),anorexia (31 7%),despair of disease (34 1%),restlessness (65 9%),fear unjustified attitude of other people after discharge (61 0%).Anti-viral drugs were used in 84.0% of the patients (ribavirin 0 4～1 2gram/day,clinical course 7～15 days).Antibiotics were used in 70 0% of the patients,mainly azithromycin and levofloxacin.Glucocortical steroid was used in 57 0% of the patients,mainly methylprednisolone 40～320 microgram per day with clinical course 3～15 days.Psychological intervention include such therapies as supporting,recognition,drug-assiting, suggestion, telephone talking etc.all of the patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion Comprehensive drug-therapy,especially glucocortical steroid was effective,psychological intervention was an important assisted therapy
