Objective:To evaluate the quality status of lithium carbonate tablets and lithium carbonate sustained-release tablets. Methods:The samples were examined in accordance with the statutory standard, and the exploratory studies were carried out. The results were statistically analyzed. Results:In accordance with the statutory standard, among 120 batches of samples, only one was unqualified in dissolution, and the others were qualified. The qualified rate was 99. 2% . Conclusion:The quality of the most products meets the current standard and the quality evaluation standard needs to be improved.

Objective:To discuss the necessity of upgrade and verification laboratory information management system( LIMS) in drug control institutes. Methods:LIMS was upgraded and validated in a laboratory. Results:The upgrade and verification of LIMS en-sured the primitiveness and accuracy of laboratory date, and improved the work efficiency. Conclusion:The application of LIMS sys-tem ensures the reliability of the date and is of great significance to the development of drug testing organizations.

The causes of obstructive azoospermia are complex, mostly permanent, and it is very rare to return to normal without medication or surgery. This article analyzes the changes in the course of a patient with obstructive azoospermia without surgery and medication and the delayed return to normal sperm density. The reasons for its self-recovery: it might be related to asymptomatic epididymitis and ejaculatory duct cysts. The possibility of self-recovery in patients with obstructive azoospermia due to specific etiologies.

【Objective】 To explore the factors that affect the coordinated development of blood banks and apheresis plasma collection banks (hereinafter referred to as plasma banks), and explore feasible measures for the coordinated development of blood banks and plasma banks. 【Methods】 The blood information management system and blood source information management system were used to retrieve related data of blood and plasma donation from 9 cities in Shandong province from 2017 to 2021. The number of blood donors and plasma donors and the intersection of them were analyzed. The data analysis was performed using chi-square test, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the policies and information status, as well as expectations for coordinated development for blood and plasma donation. 【Results】 From 2017 to 2021, the total number of blood donors in 9 cities was higher than that of plasma donors, both have been increasing year by year, and the increase in plasma donors was significantly higher than that of blood donors (131.78% vs 23.90%, P<0.05). The intersection proportion of blood and plasma donors had increased from 0.45% in 2017 to 1.04% in 2021, with an increase of 131.11%. Among the administrative regions where the participating blood and plasma banks located, 94.2% have not released relevant policy to promote the coordinated development of blood and plasma donation. The majority (63%) expected blood banks and plasma banks to be set at a distance more than 50 km apart. The top four functional requirements for the interconnection between blood banks and plasma banks management information system were blood test results (94.61%), ID number (87.54%), blood and plasma donation records (85.51%) and health consultation/examination results (82.15%). The top four elements of coordinated development between blood and plasma banks were policy support (96.25%), information networking (92.36%), top-level design (87.44%) and cultural construction (86.58%). 【Conclusion】 The number of donors who donate both blood(mainly whole blood) and plasma has been increasing year by year, which deserves our close attention. To achieve the coordinated development of blood donation and plasma donation, policy support is the most crucial and fundamental means. Establishment of a standard system and the share of blood and plasma donation information is necessary for blood informatization construction. It was critical to promote the coordinated development of blood and plasma donation and ensure blood safety with improving legislation, formulating policies for coordinated development, strengthening top-level design, standardizing the publicity of blood and plasma donation and establishing the idea that blood and plasma donation are equally honorable.

【Objective】 To evaluate the effect of Arntl on T cell development and T cell-mediated anti-viral immunity. 【Methods】 ArntlF/FCD4cre+(KO) in mice was constructed to delete Arntl gene specifically in T cells. We examined the percentage and number of T cell subsets in the thymus and spleen by flow cytometry (FCM). At day 8 after lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV) infection, the proportions of T cell subsets, virus-specific CD8+ T cells and IFN-γ secreting T cells were analyzed. The viral load in the spleen was measured using qPCR. Naive CD4+ T cells (CD4+CD25-CD44-CD62L+) were sorted by flow cytometry to perform T helper cell differentiation in vitro. 【Results】 The percentage and number of T cells in the thymus and spleen of KO mice showed no significant change compared with those in the control group (ArntlF/FCD4cre- mice, WT) (P>0.05). Acute LCMV infection did not cause observable changes in effector T cell proportion in the spleen of KO mice compared to that in WT mice (P>0.05), but KO mice showed a higher proportion of IFN-γ secreting T cells (P<0.05) and better virus clearance (P<0.05). In addition, naive CD4+ T cells from KO mice were more prone to differentiate into Th1 cells in vitro (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Arntl deletion in T cells does not affect T cell development, but enhances their ability to defend against viral infection by promoting Th1 cell differentiation and response.
