Objective To explore the clinical significance of coagulation factor and fibrinolytic indexes in viral hepatitis and pregnant hepatitis. Methods 142 inpatients with viral hepatitis classified into five subgroups (acute hepatitis; mild chronic hepatitis; chronic moderate/severe hepatitis; cirrhosis and severe hepatitis),and 35 cases of pregnant hepatitis were measured eight indexes of FV:C、FVⅡ:C、FX:C、PL:A、t-PA:A、PAI:A、D-D和FDP respectively and the results were compared with that of 90 cases from normal control group and 32 cases of normal pregnant women. Results Compared with control, plasma FV: C increased evidently in acute hepatitis (P

The quality control methods are the important to improve the exactness of diagnses and the effectivity of treatment.X-ray imaging quality is an important factor in improving the X-ray diagnosis effect. To serve this purpose, medical engineering personnel should do the X-ray quality control regularly to keep every parameter in accordance with national standards and demands. The quality control methods for several important indexes of X-ray generators are also discussed.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(2):99-101]

Objective To develop ECG Holter system with SD card as storage medium. Methods Data that used MSP430F449 SCM to acquire 3-channel ECG signal to record SD card through serial peripheral interface were reviewed and analyzed on computer. Results Portable ECG Holter System based on SD card is realized. The using of SD card can enhance storage performance. Conclusion Low-cost, and high-performance solution program is observed.

The quality of technicians is the dominate factor to determine the level of medical engineering section. The key to improving technical skills is to do basic jobs.During the Tenth Five-Year-Plan,we not only did many basic jobs and research works in science but did a lot of revolutions in order to accelerate the development of medical engineering and improve the working quality.Compared with the past,we have made great progress and development in standardized management, technology support, technician education, scientific researches, studies, technology level, the quality of service, etc.

Objective To analyze the characteristics of the common first attack of headache in patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST). Methods The clinical data of 51 patients who were diagnosed as CVST with MR venography (MRV)or DSA were collected retrospectively. The patients were divided into either a acute group (≤3 week,n= 32)or a chronic group (>3 weeks, n=19). Results (1)The age of onset of symptoms in these patients was 20 to 40 years, and most of them were females. Of all the first symptoms, headache ranked first, accounting for 84. 3%(43/51 );headache only accounted for 52. 9%(27/51 ),headache with other symptoms (ophthalmic symptoms, hemiplegia, and aphasia, etc. )accounted for 31. 4%(16/51 ),and other symptoms such as epilepsy, paralysis, and ophthalmic symptoms accounted for 15. 7%(8/51). (2)The proportion of headache only as the first symptom in the acute group was higher than that in the chronic group (65. 6% vs. 31. 6%,P<0. 05), and the proportion of chronic headache with other symptoms as the first symptom in the chronic group was higher than that of the acute group (P<0. 05). In addition, the proportion of the first symptom including ophthalmic manifestations in the chronic group was higher than that of the acute group (P <0.01 ). (3)Forty-three patients with headache, dull headache or distensible pain accounted for 72. 1%(31/43), thunderclap headache accounted for 11. 6%(5/43),and other kinds of headache accounted for 16. 3%(6/43),however,there were no significant differences about the types of headache between the two groups (all P>0. 05 ). Conclusion Young patients without previous history of migraine, especially women of childbearing age with sudden onset and progressive worsening headache, and the patients with idiopathic intracranial hypertension,CVST should be considered as an important possibility.

ObjectiveTo assess gene chip application value in detecting pathogenic bacteria in intracranial infection cases.MethodsPrimers and probes aiming at the specific DNA sequences of 4 kinds of common pathogenic bacteria and 6 kinds of common drug resistance genes (DRGs) were designed and used to identify the bacteria and DRGs among 30 cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) specimens (12 positive,18negative in CSF culture) from patients with intracranial infection using multiplex polymerase chain reaction (mPCR) and gene chip. The results of gene detection were compared with those of CSF culture and drug sensitivity testing.ResultsBacteria were identified and DRGs were detected in 15 specimens; DRGs and 16S gene were detected in 8 specimens; neither bacterium nor DRG was detected in 7 specimens.ConclusionGene chip technique is characterized by its relative sensitivity and rapidity of detecting the pathogenic bacteria in CSF of intraeranial infection cases.

Objective To investigate the protecting mechanism of heat stress pretreatment on acute lung injury(ALI). Methods The oleic acid ALI mouse model was built to dynamically observe the binding capacity and the binding affinity of glucocorticoid receptor(GR),the levels of GR,heat shock protein 90(Hsp90)and Hsp70 before and after hyperthermic stress pretreatment. Results Heat stress pretreatment had significant protective effect on ALI.Western blotting showed insignificant changes of GR levels but progressive increase of level of Hsp70 and Hsp90.Heat stress pretreatment exerted insignificant effect on Bmax and Kd of GR,shown by radio ligand binding assay after ALI. Conclusion The protective effects of heat stress pretreatment on ALI of mouse may relate to its ability of keeping stable GR level and increasing levels of Hsp70 and Hsp90.

Clinic expert information provides important references for residents in need of hospital care. Usually, such information is hidden in the deep web and cannot be directly indexed by search engines. To extract clinic expert information from the deep web, the first challenge is to make a judgment on forms. This paper proposes a novel method based on a domain model, which is a tree structure constructed by the attributes of search interfaces. With this model, search interfaces can be classified to a domain and filled in with domain keywords. Another challenge is to extract information from the returned web pages indexed by search interfaces. To filter the noise information on a web page, a block importance model is proposed. The experiment results indicated that the domain model yielded a precision 10.83% higher than that of the rule-based method, whereas the block importance model yielded an F₁ measure 10.5% higher than that of the XPath method.
