Objective To analyze recent 30 years’ regularities in point selection for acupuncture treatment of Parkinson disease and provide reference for its treatment. Methods Parkinson disease, parkinsonism and acupuncture were used as key words. Recent 30 years’ Chinese literature was searched using Wanfang, CNKI, VIP and Chinese biomedical literature database. Selection of main acupoints and scalp acupuncture points, syndrome differentiation-based point selection and meridian tropism of main acupoints were metrologically studied. Results The Du meridian, the large intestine meridian and the gallbladder meridian were mainly selected for acupuncture treatment of Parkinson disease. Taichong(LR3), Baihui(GV20), Hegu(LI4) and Fengchi(GB20) were used as main points. Chorea-tremor control area, motor area and parietotemporal anterior oblique line were often selected as main scalp acupuncture points. Fenglong (ST40), Qihai(CV6), Sanyinjiao(SP6), Yinlingquan(SP9) and Zusanli(ST36) were often used according to syndrome differentiation-based point selection. Conclusion Modern acupuncture doctors select Taichong(LR3), Baihui(GV20), Hegu(LI4) and Fengchi(GB20) as main points, often use scalp acupuncture points and combine points mainly from the Du meridian according to syndrome differentiation in the treatment of Parkinson disease.

Objective To explore the effect of LPLD (laparoscopic peritoneal lavage and drainage ) on SAP (severe acute pancreatitis), and to compare its effect with that of non- LPLD (conservative medical management). Methods We collected data from 87 consecutive patients with SAP, from January 2009 to May 2014, including LPLD group (n = 46) and non-LPLD group (n = 41). LPLD was performed in the 1st and 2nd week after the disease onset in LPDP group and other treatment in LPDP group was the same as that in non-LPLD group. Data were comparatively analyzed in two groups about the length of hospital stay, ICU stay, cure rate, incidence of complications and in-hospital mortality. Results In LPLD group, hospital stay, and ICU stay were shorter while cure rate was higher than those in non-LPLD group , and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). In terms of the incidence of complications in two groups, only the incidence of sepsis indicated statistical significance (P < 0.05) and in-hospital mortality did not differ significantly between two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Compared with non-LPLD, LPLD is effective in short outcome, which is a promising treatment for SAP.

Purpose To investigate the effect of resveratrol on acute lung injury induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in mice. Methods Acute lung injury (ALI) was induced by LPS in mice. The changes of lung airway inspiratory resistance (Ri), expiratory resistance (Re), and dynamic lung compliance (Cdyn) were observed with pulmonary function test apparatus. Brochoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was collected, and the concentrations of interleukin 1β (IL-1β)、interleukin 6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factory α (TNF-α) were measured by ELISA. The ratio of wet to dry weight was calculated to assess lung edema. Pulmonary vascular permeability was examined with injection Evans blue to judge the destructive extent of alveolar epithelial cell and endothelial. Pathological section was made, and the histopathological change was observed with light microscope. Results Resveratrol can inhibit the elevation of Ri and Re, and the descent of Cdyn. Simultaneously, resveratrol reduced the concentration of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α,as well as the wet to dry weight ratio and the pulmonary vascular permeability significantly. Furthermore, it also could attenuate the lung injury on histopathology. Conclusion The results show that pretreatment with resveratrol has a protective effect on ALI induced by LPS. The ultimate inhibiting and release of inflammatory factors were involved in the mechanism of the effects.

Objective To investigate the expression of serum miR-140-3p in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and its correlation with interleukin-4 ( IL-4),interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interleu-kin-17A (IL-17A),and provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of ASD. Methods Totally 172 ca-ses of ASD children admitted to Anning Hospital of Hainan Province from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected as case group,80 cases of healthy subjects as control group. ASD children were divided into mild-moderate group (n=116) and severe group (n=56) by ASD Behavior Rating Scale and Child Autism Rating Scale. Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR) and enzyme-linked immu-nosorbent assay ( ELISA) were used to detect the changes of serum levels of miR-140-3p,IL-4,IL-8 and IL-17A in each group. ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of miR-140-3p,IL-4,IL-8 and IL-17A for ASD. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between serum miR-140-3p and IL-4,IL-8 and IL-17A in children with ASD. Results The serum levels of miR-140-3p ( 0. 86 ± 0. 17 vs 0. 15±0. 03),IL-4(48. 65±13. 82)pg/ml vs (31. 42±7. 50)pg/ml),IL-8((7. 14±2. 05) pg/ml vs (2. 30± 0. 74)pg/ml) and IL-17A((112. 35±51. 64)pg/ml vs (58. 20±26. 40)pg/ml) in the case group were sig-nificantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0. 05). Serum levels of miR-140-3p( 1. 08 ± 0. 24 vs 0. 71±0. 12),IL-4((53. 28±16. 30)pg/ml vs (43. 70±13. 52)pg/ml),IL-8((9. 42±2. 85)pg/ml vs (5. 63 ±1. 48)pg/ml) and IL-17A((138. 40±65. 72)pg/ml vs (96. 74±40. 83) pg/ml) in severe group were sig-nificantly higher than those in mild-moderate group(P<0. 05). The AUC (95%CI) of serum miR-140-3p for ASD diagnosis was 0. 827 (0. 773-0. 886),which were significantly higher than that of IL-4 (0. 719 (0. 651-0. 764)pg/ml),IL-8 (0. 683 (0. 625-0. 743)pg/ml) and IL-17A(0. 745 (0. 683-0. 817)pg/ml). The best cut-off value was 0. 75,and the sensitivity and specificity were 84. 8% and 78. 2%,respectively. The best cut-off value of serum miR-140-3p for diagnosing ASD was 0. 75, and its sensitivity and specificity were 84. 8% and 78. 2%,respectively. The correlation analysis showed that serum miR-140-3p was positively cor-related with IL-4,IL-8 and IL-17A in children with ASD (r=0. 681,r=0. 624,r=0. 775,all P<0. 01). Con-clusion Serum levels of miR-140-3p was significantly higher in ASD children, correlated with levels of IL-4,IL-8 and IL-17A,and miR-140-3p was a potential biomarkers for ASD diagnosis.

The control group was given 0.05 mg/kg midazolam and 0.50 μg/kg sufentanil and 0.15 mg/kg vecuronium bromide were used for anesthesia induction. Patients in the observation group were given 0.3 mg/kg remimazolam besylate and 0.50 μg /kg sufentanil and 0.15 mg/kg vecuronium were used for anesthesia induction. The levels of hemodynamic indexes before anesthesia (T 0), during anesthesia (T 1), and after intubation (T 2) as well as the levels of postoperative anesthesia recovery indexes were compared between the two groups. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) scores were recorded and compared before surgery, 24 h, 72 h after surgery. The total incidence of adverse reactions after surgery was recorded and compared between the two groups. Results:The heart rate (HR) at T 1 and T 2 in the two groups was higher than that at T 0, the oxygen saturation (SpO 2) at T 1 and T 2 was lower than that at T 0, the mean arterial pressure (MAP) at T 1 was lower than that at T 0, and the MAP at T 2 was higher than that at T 0, with statistically significant difference (all P<0.05); The HR and MAP at T 1 and T 2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and SpO 2 was higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05); The recovery time of spontaneous respiration, eye opening time and extubation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (all P<0.05); The MMSE score at 24 h and 72 h after operation was lower than that before operation, and the VAS score at 24 h was higher than that before operation in both groups (all P<0.05); The MMSE scores in the observation group at 24 h and 72 h after operation were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the VAS scores at 24 h and 72 h after operation between the two groups ( P>0.05); There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (all P>0.05). Conclusions:Remimazolam besylate has little effect on cognitive function of patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia, with fast recovery and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
10.Correlates of HBV infection among high school students in Guangxi
Chinese Journal of School Health 2019;40(1):110-112
Objective:
To understand hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection in high school students in Guangxi, and to provide scientific foundation for hepatitis B prevention and control strategies.
Methods:
A selfdesigned epidemiological questionnaire was used among 2 632 participants. Information regarding general demographic characteristics, lifestyle habits, HBV infection history, knowledge of viral hepatitis prevention and control, as well as hepatitis B vaccination. Univariate and multivariate logistics regression analysis was used to analyze associated factors for hepatitis B infection.
Results:
A total of 192 out of 2 632 participants were found HBsAg positive and 2 440 were HBsAg negative. Multivariate analysis showed that family liver disease history and hairdressing injury positively associated with hepatitis B virus infection risk (OR=3.62, 95% CI=2.28-5.73;OR=3.06, 95%CI=1.94-4.83), and hepatitis B vaccination was negatively associated with hepatitis B virus infection risk (OR=0.08, 95%CI=0.05-0.11).
Conclusion
Family history of liver disease, hairdressing injury experiences, as well as low rate of hepatitis B vaccination may associate with relatively high prevalence of hepatitis B virus infection among high school students in Guangxi.
