1.Analysis of correlation between NKG2D receptor pathway and the mechanism of DNT cell' killing effect
International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(6):429-432
NKG2D is an activating receptor expressed on various immune cells' surfaces.Currently, eight ligands have been found, they can be divided into two kinds:MHC Ⅰ related protein and ULBP molecules.NKG2D receptors and their respective ligands differentially exist in normal and cancerous tissues. So far, many researchers have found that a lot of immune cells' anti-tumor mechanism is mediated by NKG2D receptor and it can't be replaced in the resistance to the development of carcinoma.adoptive immunotherapy is a new method of treating cancer that propose to find tumor-specific cytotoxicity immune cells and enlarge the amount of it,then injected into human body to resist tumor.Recently, many researchers have found that DNT cells (CD4-CD8-T 细胞)have the function of anti-tumor;sadly its mechanisms are unclear. After the summary of NKG2D receptor-mediated pathway of destruction, this paper try to analyze its relevance to DNT cells' killing effect,on the purpose of finding the Killing mechanism of DNT cells that may existed.

Objective To explore the influence of hospital- based transitional care on the rehabilita-tion of patients with enterostomy, and provide evidence- based reference for specialist care of the enterostomy patients. Methods The randomized controlled trials on the hospital- based transitional care in enterostomy patients were collected by computer using China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, Chinese Science Technology Periodical Database, Wanfang Periodical Database, Foreign Medical Information Resources Database and PubMed from the building of the database till December 2014, and analyzed by RevMan 5.2 software. Results Sixteen articles were included in the study, involving 1 263 patients with enterostomy. The results of Meta- analysis revealed that the incidence of complications in transitional care patients was lower than that in conventional discharge guidance patients, odds ratio(95% confidence interval) was 0.31 (0.21-0.45), the difference was significant (Z=6.02, P<0.01), and the quality of life was raised (including the physical function, cognitive function, role function, emotional functions, social function and the total quality of life), weighted mean differences (95% confidence interval) were 13.81 (8.23-19.39), 22.00 (17.21-26.79), 15.22(11.71-18.73), 16.68(13.01-20.35), 22.60(16.58-28.62), 17.46(13.53-21.38),the differences were significant(P<0.01). Conclusions The transitional care model giving priority to hospital service resources can provide a higher level professional care for patients after enterostomy, and avoid or reduce the complications, promote the recovery earlier as well as constantly improve the quality of life.

Objective To investigate the effect of matrix metalloproteinas-9 (MMP-9) and high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) combined with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods Thirty-one patients with T2DM combined with CHD(T2DM combined with CHD group) ,50 patients with CHD (CHD group) and 30 healthy volunteers (control group) were studied. Serum MMP-9 was measured by ELISA, and serum hs-CRP was measured by scattering immunoturbidimetric assay. Results The level of MMP-9 in T2DM combined with CHD group (409.62 μg/L) was significantly higher than that in CHD group (263.40 μg/L) and control group [(196.15 ±44.89) μg/L] (P < 0.05).The level of hs-CRP in T2DM combined with CHD group (17.20 mg/L) was significantly higher than that in CHD group (4.57 mg/L) and control group [(1.52±0.78) mg/L] (P <0.01). MMP-9 wa significantly related with hs-CRP in T2DM combined with C HD group (r = 0.482,P < 0.01). Conclusion The serum M MP-9 and hs-CRP levels are closely associated with the occurrence and development of diabetes related coronary atherosclerosis.

Objective To investigate the sustained release of BSA from chitosan-OREC/BSA films coated mats in vitro. Methods The negatively charged cellulose acetate (CA) fibrous mats were modified with multilayers of the positively charged chitosan or chitosan-OREC intercalated composites and the negatively charged bovine serum albumin (BSA) via electrostatic layer-by-layer (LBL) self-assembly technique. The adsorption and rinsing steps were repeated until the desired number of deposition bilayers was obtained. The in vitro BSA encapsulation and release experiments demonstrated that OREC could affect the degree of protein loading capacity and release ficiency of the LBL films coating. Results In the pH-gradient release assay, only a small amount of BSA was released from the mats in 1 h.As the time increased, the release rate of BSA of all the samples gradually went up to the maximum data within 8 h.For the samples with identical number of bilayers and record time, obvious increasing of the release amount could be seen in pH 7.4,in comparison with pH 1.2.Besides,doubling bilayers film-coated mats generally.Meanwhile,it was slightly distinguishable between 5 and 5.5 as well as 10 and 10.5 bilayers (t=0.651~ 1.324,P>0.05).Interestingly,it could be seen that protein release of the chitosan-OREC/BSA films coated mats remarkably increased compared with that of chitosan/BSA films coated mats(t=2.264~ 2.305,P<0.05).Conclusion The release of protein in the initial time could be controlled by adjusting the number of deposition bilayers, the outmost layer and the composition of coating bilayers.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2016;32(4):305-306
[Summary] In newly diagnosed diabetic patients, fasting plasma glucose, HbA1C , and plasma lipid profiles were measured to analyze the association between HbA1C and plasma lipid profiles. HbA1C might affect plasma lipid profiles in newly diagnosed diabetic patients. Higher HbA1C was associated with the worse plasma lipid profiles and more severe insulin resistance.
