1.Effects of Shengmai injection on cytokines in serum of press-overload rats
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(02):-
Objectives:To study the change of cytokines in serum of press-overload rats with chronic heart failure(CHF) and the effect of Shengmai injection on cytokines,to uncover the working mechanism of Shengmai injection in treatment of CHF from the standpoint of immunity. Methods:A total of 70 male Wistar rats were divided randomly into sham-operation group(20 rats) and model group(50 rats),and sham-abdominal aortic stenosis operation and abdominal aortic stenosis operation were given respectively. After 8 weeks,10 rats of each group were randomly chosen to detect hemodynamics parameter. If the results showed the construction of the CHF model was successful, the rest rats of model group were divided randomly into control group and ShengMai group. The rats of sham-operation group and control group were given saline celiac injection, and the rats of ShengMai group were given ShengMai Injection celiac injection. After 4 weeks, hemodynamics parameter and serum concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),interleukin-1?(IL-1?),interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-10(IL-10) were detected. Results:The serum concentrations of cytokines in control group were higher than those of sham-operation group(P
2.Radiation induced second malignant tumors of head and neck following radiotherapy(Report of 18 cases)
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis, mechanism and treatment for second malignant tumors (SMTs) of head and neck induced by radiotherapy.Methods:18 cases of SMTs of head and neck following radiotherapy were studied retrospectively.Results:1 patient was dead during the second treatment,3 patients died at 9 months,1 year and 3 years after the second treatment, respectively. All of the 4 patients died of SMTs.Of the remaining 14 patients,1 is being treated at present, the rest 13 patients surviving free of disease up to now.1 patient has survived for more than 7 years since the second treatment. Conclusion:SMTs induced by radiation is the most serious complication of radiotherapy. The key to the successful management of this difficult disease is early detection and expedient treatment. The surgical operation is the first choice for these patients. The radiotherapy may be performed again for SMTs of head and neck when the patients are not suitable for operation.
3.Paclitaxel in antiangiogenic chemotherapy
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(9):664-667
Traditional chemotherapy mostly caused the proliferative cancer cells'deoxyribonucleic acid damaged and suspended copy.It is purposed to kill cancer cells as far as possible. So we adopted chemotherapeutics' human maximum tolerated dose clinically.Recent findings indicate that some chemotherapy drugs such as paclitaxel are applied under way in the low dose and high frequency could inhibit tumor angiogenesis.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(30):4203-4205
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Vitamin B6 on efficacy and related indexes of patients with peripartum car-diomyopathy(PPCM). METHODS:64 PPCM patients were randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group (32 cases). Control group received diuretic drugs, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist,β-blockers,digitalis,low molecular weight heparin and other conventional treatment. Observation group additionally received Vita-min B6 tablet 50 mg,orally, twice a day. They treated for 2 weeks. Clinical efficacy, serum prolactin(PRL),brain natriuretic pep-tide (BNP),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) before and after treatment, milk back rate and the incidence of ad-verse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate in 2 groups (P>0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in PRL,BNP and LVEDD in 2 groups (P>0.05). After treat-ment,PRL,BNP and LVEDD in 2 groups were significantly lower than before, and observation group were lower than control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05). And the milk back rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). There were no obvious severe adverse reactions during treatment. CONCLUSIONS:Based on conventional treatment,Vitamin B6 shows similar efficacy and safety with conventional treatment in the treatment of PPCM,though it is superior to conventional treatment in terms of decreasing PRL level,it has high milk back rate.
5.Reversing methods of tumor multidrug resistance
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(5):364-367
Chemotherapy is one of the main treatment methods in malignant tumor.Tumor multidrug resistance (MDR) is one of the important reasons for the failure of chemotherapy. It makes some progress in reversing tumor MDR,such as chemical drug, traditional Chinese medicine, immunotherapy, gene therapy, nanoparticles drug system and so on.But it takes more effort to develop medicine of less adverse reactions, better pharmacodynamic and application to clinic widely.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(10):-
‘Pathemas in meridians and collaterals’, a new word in stroke, is put forward by CHENG Men-xue. He emphasizes that pathemas in meridians and collaterals plays an important part in syndrome differentiation of stroke. Attention should be paied to meridians and collaterals when we treat stoke. Drugs with function of dispelling wind and removing obstruction in the meridians should be used in the whole process of the stroke.

Five-zang is the nucleus of viscera state doctrine. The nonequilibrium of Five-zang's different properties guides syndrome differentiation and treatment in TCM. This article discusses five-zang's nonequilibrium from lung being a delicate viscus, correlation between lung and five-zang,physiology and pathology of lung and so on. It attaches the importance to five-zang's nonequilibrium and clinical level of syndrome differentiation.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(01):-
Objective To study the levels of soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor (sTNFR)、 tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF? ) in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) patients and its clinical significance. Methods Double antibody sandwich ELISA was used to determine soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor typeⅠ (sTNFRⅠ )、 soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor typeⅡ (sTNFRⅡ ) and TNF? levels in patient serum and peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC) culture supernatants. Other immunological tests were carried out simultaneously. Results① The serum sTNFRⅠ、 sTNFRⅡ、 TNF? sTNFRⅠ /TNF? and sTNFRⅡ /TNF? ratios were significantly higher in SLE patients than those in normal control group(P

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2009;25(2):174-176
The relationship between plasma level of endogenous secretory receptor of advanced glyeation end products(esRAGE)and oxidative stress in diabetic patients with hypertension was investigated. The results showed that there was significant negative correlation between esRAGE and body mass index(BMI,r=-0.33), diastolic blood pressure(DBP,r=-O.38)and oxidative stress(all P<0.05).The levels of plasma esRAGE decreased significantly in diabetic patients with hypertension.BMI,DBP and oxidative stress may participate in determinining the esRAGE level in diabetic patients complicated with hypertension.
